Work with HelloFresh in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, HelloFresh’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power our end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, HelloTech creates the platforms that bring tailored food solutions to millions of customers every month.
Our subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model relies on technology at every step, from customer-facing apps and personalization logic to pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and initiatives that help reduce food waste. While our brands operate independently to serve distinct customer needs, they are united by shared platforms, data, and operational excellence built by HelloTech.
HelloTech works in autonomous, cross-functional alliances, each owning a specific product or domain end to end. By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.
How is a customer transformed into an engaged user? Within the Loyalty & Virality Tribe, the relationship is maintained through technical excellence. The scope involves architecting the HelloFresh Rewards and Loyalty ecosystem, where the goal is to create a "sticky" experience that keeps members engaged.
This role involves collaborating with a high-cadence team focused on one primary goal: Loyalty Member ROI. The project focuses on building reasons for millions of users to engage with reward points, explore new products, and feel valued at every step of the journey—from the shopping funnel and beyond.
Drive Loyalty ROI: Design and ship features across the Rewards domain that encourage members to earn, track, and—most importantly—spend their points.
Full-Stack Flexibility: While the focus is React, the service includes contributing to React Native mobile experiences and engaging with Backend topics to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.
High-Velocity Iteration: Maintain an aggressive development cadence, turning hypotheses into live experiments in day(s), not weeks.
AI-Augmented Engineering: Develop usage patterns and tailor processes to enable optimal customer impact. This involves finding ways to utilize AI to automate tasks and accelerate code generation.
Shape the Backlog: Drive the product direction. High-level contribution to the hypothesis backlog is expected, helping decide what is built based on data coming from customer behavior.
Cross-Funnel Thinking: You understand that "Loyalty" doesn't stop at the Rewards page—it lives throughout the user experience, in the checkout, the account settings, and the homepage.
Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences. So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.
Are you the missing ingredient? If this sounds like a tasty opportunity, we’d be excited to hear from you. We aim to review your profile and respond within 5 business days.
At HelloFresh we embrace and welcome diversity and we currently employ over 15,000 individuals globally who contribute to this. We employ individuals based on their ability to perform a job rather than on the basis of their: race, national origin, color, caste, social origin or position, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, political opinion, marital status or any other characteristic. We encourage everyone to apply and will give everyone equal consideration. We are an equal opportunity employer – everyone is welcome at our table.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Design Systems team who will help define and build the next generation of how designers and engineers at Dropbox create products, spanning UI infrastructure, design systems, and AI-native development workflows. You will evolve our design system, build intelligent tooling, and integrate AI agents into the design-to-code lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and consistency.

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums give space to share learnings and celebrate technical achievements. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers, collaborate tightly with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex, enterprise-scale deals. This is a hands-on, results-driven role — you will set bold vision, raise the bar on execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance.
Core Markets represent the priority verticals where Fundraise Up has established strong traction and significant growth potential — including large Tier 1 & Tier 2 nonprofits across Cause & Cure, Faith-based, and adjacent segments. Your mandate: position Fundraise Up as the partner of choice and default platform within these key markets.

Shelf builds software that helps enterprises make AI work in the real world. We build products people depend on, which means product judgment, engineering quality, and execution speed all matter at the same time.
This role is for a senior full stack engineer with strong product instincts.
You will own meaningful product slices end to end: understand the problem, shape the approach, build the frontend and backend pieces, ship them, and improve them based on real usage. We want someone who is equally comfortable improving a user flow, shaping an API, and closing the loop on quality in production.
This is a product engineering role with real end-to-end ownership.
Strong Plus
We care more about end-to-end ownership, product sense, and the ability to ship meaningful work than a perfect match to every framework on paper. If you are the kind of engineer who can make a product better from multiple angles, we want to talk.
Our Values:
Quality - We’re united by our focus on world‑class Quality. Quality in all things – starting with everything that leaves your desk. Everything you touch – every email, report, campaign, and piece of code – should be outstanding. Your work product should blow people away. Having people look at what you’ve done and say, “Wow.” That’s the standard here. Remember that how you do anything is how you do everything. Focus on craftsmanship—your ability to make things better.
Momentum - for us means that you should know that the things you’re responsible for are moving forward. When you look around and see something that’s stalled, get it moving again. We pride ourselves on “ball movement.” When your boss or team leaves you with something, they should return to see measurable progress. Small, continuous movement is our recipe for success. Constantly look for how to make the work around you move forward. We want you to initiate solutions, ideas, and progress. Don’t wait for it to come to you—reach out and create movement. All the time.
Accountability - We expect every team member to feel that they are accountable for more than anyone might normally expect. Each of us should feel real responsibility for things even at the edge of our control. We consistently share and align on expectations, give each other open and respectful feedback, and use those two drivers to ensure that every agreement we make with one another is clear and complete.
Hard Work - We’re here to do something difficult together. We care intensely about the mission and we expect that from our teammates. That care means that we work hard here. Hard work comes with long hours, extra effort…and real opportunity at Shelf. Your passion for creating and sustaining output is a part of our DNA. Support each other, cheer each other on, drive the mission forward. Great teams sustain intense effort together to win.
Learning Agility - We’re innovating in one of the fastest‑moving spaces in history at a time of accelerating global change. That’s incredibly exciting and requires each of us to commit fully to learning each and every day so that we can be the best at what we do. None of us know everything. All of us can learn anything. Staying open and constantly curious is a key success driver at Shelf. It also requires humility. We prize people who are consistently humble and open to making mistakes and growing from them. Recognize also that learning itself is a skill…we need you to be really good at it. Keep dialing in your own understanding about how you learn best and push yourself to keep growing.
Adapt and Thrive - Overcoming challenges lives deep in our DNA. We have a proud history of understanding and living the reality that obstacles are our opportunities…they’re the key to our success. Change is a constant in our business and fighting change is counterproductive. We need you to be good at being uncomfortable and understand that discomfort is the key to growth. Cultivate your own ability to adapt and know that struggling well is something you’ll share with every team you’re on at Shelf. Our company stories are about thriving through real difficulty…together.
Win Together - We win or lose as a team. Always. Everything you do here is connected to the rest of the organization. Part of our shared team environment demands full honesty…real candor and directness with one another. We expect you to constantly be thinking about how to support your teammates and the company, always acting in service to our shared mission and what’s best for the organization as a whole.

You thrive in ambiguity, and are comfortable moving from low level language idioms all the way to the architecture of large systems to understand how they work.
Your growth and impact trajectory demonstrates that you have mastered gathering and iterating on feedback from your engineering and cross-functional peers.
