The Role:
Sauce Labs is looking for a passionate Senior Backend Engineer to join the Sauce Connect team. This agile development team plays a critical role in enabling enterprise customers to maximize their use of Sauce Labs by providing a fast, secure connection between their internal development networks and our cloud-based virtual testing environments. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, and other talented Sauce Connect engineers to achieve excellent results and shape the future of Sauce Connect

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full end-to-end ownership of Elements — a critical interface system that powers brand-native, and high-converting donation experiences across the Fundraise Up platform.
In this role, you will own the product's long-term vision and strategy, translating company-wide initiatives into a concrete product roadmap. You will lead discovery and manage the end-to-end delivery of these roadmap features, while also serving as the "Architect of Execution" for the Growth team. You will take their high-level experiment concepts, translate them into production-ready specifications, and lead their delivery. About the Role

You’ll draft and champion strong architectural practices; use them to ensure technical strategic alignment with business objectives as well as to mentor and train engineers. You’ll identify structural or organizational blockers and technical debt in order to propose and drive solutions, while helping to modernize our architecture to support our expansion into European markets. This position offers exceptional scope for technical leadership in transforming how our global clients interact with and leverage financial data.

The Role
We are looking to add a highly experienced and impactful colleague to the organization to drive the transformation of Addepar’s Production Engineering and SRE team. The Product Manager–Observability sits within Jamf's Infrastructure Agile Release Train (ART) and serves as the strategic and operational hub for three closely-related engineering teams: Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging. The base salary range for this role is PLN 262,000 - PLN 350,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Engineering Manager to lead Portfolio Data Engineering in Poland, a critical component of the Addepar Platform team. The overall Addepar Platform provides a single source of truth “data fabric” used by the Addepar product set, including a centralised and self-describing repository (a.k.a Data Lake), a set of API-driven data services, an integration pipeline, analytics infrastructure, warehousing solutions, and operating tools. The team has responsibility for all data acquisition, conversion, cleansing, disambiguation, modelling, tooling and infrastructure related to the integration of client portfolio data.
Addepar’s core business relies on the ability to quickly and accurately ingest data from a variety of sources, including 3rd party data providers, custodial banks, data APIs, and even direct user input. Portfolio Data integrations and feeds are a highly critical cross-section of this set, allowing our users to get automatically updated and reconciled information on their latest holdings onto the platform.
As a Data Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our engineering efforts, collaborating closely with product counterparts in an agile environment to drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include leading a team to deliver complex engineering projects with the ultimate goal of dramatically increasing the throughput of data ingestion for Addepar. You’ll be adding automation and functionality to our distributed data pipelines by writing PySpark code and integrating it within our Databricks Data Lake. The Role
We’re looking for a Portfolio Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team in Poland.
A core part of Addepar’s business relies on us being able to quickly and correctly ingest data from a variety of sources, including 3rd party data providers, custodial banks, data APIs, and even direct user input. The data engineers on the Portfolio Data Engineering team help build and maintain the transformation and cleaning steps of our ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline before it can be stored and accessed by our customers in a standardized fashion. As a data engineer on this team, you’ll be building components within the ETL pipeline that automate these cleaning and transformation steps. As you gain more experience, you’ll contribute to increasingly challenging engineering projects within our broader data infrastructure.
This is a crucial, highly visible role within the company. Your team is a big component of growing and serving Addepar’s client base with minimal manual data cleaning effort required from our clients or from our internal data operations team.

For our client, we are seeking a senior SME / Delivery Lead to lead a sanctions monitoring transformation combining process redesign, system modernization, and a pragmatic AI/analytics layer. The objective is to reduce false positives, improve matching quality, and strengthen auditability and regulatory defensibility in a highly regulated environment.
Lead the end-to-end rebuild of sanctions monitoring, covering operational processes, technology, and tuning/remediation, with AI-assisted capabilities that improve efficiency while remaining explainable, auditable, and regulator-ready.
Own end-to-end delivery of the sanctions screening transformation, including governance, delivery plan, dependencies, vendor coordination, and benefits tracking.
Define and standardize operational sanctions screening processes; oversee implementation and ensure remediation actions are delivered effectively and on time.
Establish operating controls, including alert triage models, evidence capture, audit logging, SLA management, and confidentiality standards.
Provide SME oversight for investigations of potential sanctions matches (name screening), including research, data gathering, and documentation quality.
Ensure alignment with Polish AML obligations and GIIF-facing expectations, including escalation and reporting discipline.
Partner with Compliance (1LoD / 2LoD) and business stakeholders to issue opinions on higher-risk relationships or transactions and define risk-based control enhancements.
Drive the introduction of AI/ML-assisted capabilities to reduce false positives and improve matching accuracy, with strong model governance (validation, monitoring, explainability).
Coordinate data science, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions are auditable, explainable, and defensible to regulators.
Leverage AI to accelerate investigation and documentation workflows where appropriate, in line with emerging market practices for AI-supported AML/KYC operations.
8+ years of experience in AML / Financial Crime operations or change, with strong exposure to sanctions screening and related controls.
Proven delivery leadership in regulated environments, including governance and senior stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of AML/KYC processes and how sanctions screening integrates with onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate regulatory and business objectives into executable process and system requirements.
Prior experience with sanctions screening platform tuning, thresholds, and name-matching logic (vendor-agnostic).
Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CFE, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience delivering AI / ML capabilities in compliance contexts (e.g. acting as Product Owner over data science or ML teams).
