As part of the DevOps team, you will be embedded within one or more software engineering teams to deliver infrastructure and operational support. You’ll take ownership of delivering scalable, automated systems and services. When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position, reflected in PLN, is: 117,200 - 146,500. The bonus target for this position is 10 % of the applicable base salary, subject to the plan terms and meeting eligibility requirements.

We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.

We’re looking for a highly capable Operations Associate, to join the European Operations team and support the expansion of Flexport into Poland. Spend the first 4-6 months embedded in our DACH HQ in Hamburg to master the Flexport operating processes, systems and software and support our growth in Poland by driving operational quality and best in class customer service.

Define standards for model validation, monitoring, and experimentation to ensure long-term reliability and impact.

This is not a typical junior PM role, and it is not a typical BA role. We are looking for someone who genuinely operates across both — someone who can go deep on cybersecurity requirements in the morning and present a data-backed product recommendation to senior stakeholders in the afternoon.
You will own the translation layer between compliance and product: taking technical security concepts and turning them into crisp requirements, user stories, and insights that drive real roadmap decisions. You will be embedded across our B2B SaaS and B2C consumer product lines, and you need to be comfortable with the distinct dynamics each brings.
Key Responsibilities:
•Act as the connective tissue between technical cybersecurity requirements and product delivery — owning documentation, requirements, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end.
•Analyze data across both SaaS and consumer product lines to surface insights, identify gaps, and make prioritization recommendations with confidence.
•Translate compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001) directly into product requirements and acceptance criteria — without needing it filtered through a security team first.
