We are seeking a motivated Senior IP Tech & Product Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and support to Precisely’s dynamic, innovation-driven, global organization on a variety of intellectual property, technology product development, and product licensing issues, with a particular focus in data products and data licensing. This role partners closely with our supplier, product (engineering, product management, and data product), marketing, commercial, compliance, privacy, legal and security teams to ensure that our products, services and platforms are designed, deployed, contracted and marketed in compliance with IP, data, and regulatory requirements as well as business needs. The ideal candidate will appropriately balance risk while optimizing business growth in providing legal guidance to our global commercial teams and through analysis and negotiation of technology and data licensing related agreements. Additionally, this exciting role includes collaborating with internal business partners, and advising on existing and new product, feature and data development, from conception to pilot to launch, requiring a global mindset and in-depth knowledge of IP law, data licensing, AI/ML issues, open-source, open data, software and digital technology issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to combine strong business acumen with advanced negotiation capabilities for technology related agreements, balance legal risk with speed-to-market, as well as show the ability to influence product strategy through technology and data fluency and a nuanced understanding of IP and data issues.

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and stability of CoreWeave’s cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with the Production Engineer Team Lead and other engineers to support incident response, platform reliability, and operational improvements. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for monitoring the health of our infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and participating in both day-to-day operational tasks and incident resolution efforts.
About the role:
You will assist in incident response efforts by helping identify and resolve service disruptions quickly while documenting root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews (PIRs). You will monitor system performance and health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to identify potential incidents and implement automation to reduce manual intervention. We’re hiring across multiple levels. Typical cash compensation ranges from ~320,000–600,000 PLN, with additional equity that can significantly increase total compensation (up to ~1,100,000 PLN at senior levels). The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management, and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates, and remote troubleshooting of our highest-tier supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms, and tool dependencies. You will be in a daily battle with the forces of entropy to maximize the number of nodes CoreWeave can deliver to customers.
About the role:
You will help drive batches of server nodes through our provisioning and validation processes while efficiently and effectively troubleshooting node or cluster problems as they arise. This role involves configuring and maintaining large-scale, high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs. You will work two shifts from 7 am to 9 pm and participate in on-call rotations, which include after-hours and weekend work. Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our US Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment.
