We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.

The Paid Social Specialist will join TechnologyAdvice’s Paid Media team and focus on building, managing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns that drive high-intent B2B technology buyers to our owned properties. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Paid Media, the Paid Social Strategist, and other team members to support and execute campaign initiatives across Meta, LinkedIn, and additional social platforms. This is a hands-on role responsible for campaign builds, audience development, performance optimization, reporting, and experimentation. As a Technical Account Manager at Smartly, you’ll play a critical role in helping new customers successfully onboard, launch, and scale their campaigns on our platform. Based in Manila, this role works closely with global customers and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth onboarding experiences and high-quality campaign execution from day one.
You’ll work hands-on with Smartly’s creative automation and advertising technology—supporting integrations, setting up campaigns, reviewing creative and structures, and troubleshooting issues along the way. This role blends technical problem-solving with operational delivery and customer partnership to ensure customers achieve strong early performance and long-term success on Smartly.
Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for customers during onboarding
Support platform and ad account integrations, ensuring correct and timely product setup
Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and setup through QA, launch, reporting, and early optimization
Partner closely with Account Managers, Production, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution
Review campaign structures, creative outputs, and configurations to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with strategy
Manage timelines, dependencies, and turnaround times, proactively identifying and communicating risks
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Apply industry and platform knowledge to support problem-solving and idea generation
Contribute to documentation of best practices and process improvements to support scalable delivery
Have experience in technical account management, project delivery, campaign operations, or a similar client-facing role
Bring familiarity with digital advertising platforms or marketing technology (preferred)
Communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal stakeholders
Are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.

The Senior Manager works with the Digital Associate/Director, teams and clients to develop strategy scope and recommended approach for digital projects and campaigns for assigned accounts and then manages them.
Skills and Experience
• Assists the Digital Director/Associate in the development and management of digital strategy and campaigns.
• Interprets the client’s brief and translates this into a clearly defined strategy to achieve business objectives/campaign objectives utilizing the best digital mix looking out for maximum efficiencies and enhance ROI.
• Selects, suggests and evaluates each digital channel, including consultancy on determining and estimating required budget.
• Provides online users’ behavior insights, psychographics, usage of the different digital channels, to produce the soundest digital strategy to fulfill business and campaign objectives and to complement or work with other efforts to achieve a full-on 360 campaign pushing a single-minded proposition.
• Client representation of WPP Media's digital arm will be top most.
• Provides online analytical reports relevant to the market when new data and research are available. Manages digital campaign launch and implementation thru:
• Coordination with client/agency and/or third parties in the production of creative materials.
• Coordination with publishers to secure launch dates and inventory for the duration of the campaign.
• Management of display media and social media campaigns
• Management of SEM campaigns
• Overseeing mobile and production related requirements
• Preparation of regular campaign reports
• Preparation of post campaign reports, highlight key points and provide key insights
• Attends and participates in internal and external meetings as required or requested.
• Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
