Not all heroes wear capes — but plenty of them use toilet paper
Want to challenge yourself at a purpose-led scale-up AND make a difference in the world? Come join the revolootion! We’re a leading eco-friendly household essentials business, and we’re a bit different: we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2024, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD to this mission.
Basically, we’re really good at making it fun to do good. We operate scaling businesses in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, supported by an amazing team of 250+ people globally. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re aiming to increase our annual donation tenfold. That’s where you come in.
As our Director of Pricing & Revenue Management, you are the master architect of our global value exchange. You’ll turn complex data into clear pricing and promotional strategy that ensures our rolls keep rolling into homes everywhere while hitting our ambitious commercial goals.
Operating as a leader within our Commercial Strategy and Insight team, you’ll be a powerhouse of data and insight-led thinking. You won't just be crunching numbers; you’ll be solving complex problems, developing clear narratives and driving strategic action across regional and global teams to ensure our growth is both rapid and sustainable.
If you worked here this past month, here are some things you might have been involved in:
Let’s talk about you
You're a Commercial Visionary
You have a talent for building thoughtful models and enjoy exploring the "why" behind the data. But you don't stop there — you have a knack for translating that analysis into simple, persuasive narratives, and commercial strategies that stick. You're comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating difficult conversations with radical candor when the data suggests a more effective path forward.
You’re a Technical Powerhouse
Whether analysing past performance or modelling future scenarios, you thrive in the detail and have high-level proficiency with business analytics tools. You’re an expert in financial modelling, encompassing incrementality, ROI, manufacturing and logistics costs, price elasticity, unit economics and volumetrics. You can juggle multiple high-stakes projects across regions without losing sight of the long-term strategic vision.
You’re a collaborative problem solver
You value building strong connections across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and a supportive sounding board for leaders to help them navigate complex questions.
You have a wide lens
You understand the broad picture of an omni-channel, multi-market organisation and can optimise pricing and price ladders across different channels, in accordance with the channel roles, so that they make sense for consumers whilst hitting commercial goals.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
Why should you work with us?
First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5, we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.
We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly. That’s why we offer:
Our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap, and we couldn’t be more proud of that.
Have you made it this far?
If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person.
Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.

About Fresh Prints
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We work with talented student entrepreneurs and provide the working capital, training, and support they need to build businesses at their schools.
About the Operations Manager
This is Sofia, an Operations Manager at Fresh Prints.
I joined Fresh Prints back in 2016 as an Artist. A college friend of mine was actually the first Artist hired in the Philippines, and I was the second. At the time, I had just graduated, jobs weren’t easy to come by, and the idea of working from home without having to leave my province felt like a huge win.
Fresh Prints ended up becoming my training ground for pretty much everything.
I wasn’t just learning how to design. I was learning how to work with people from different countries, communicate in English in a professional setting, and adjust to a culture where being confident and outspoken actually mattered. Coming from a more reserved background, that took some getting used to.
As time went on, my role started to change. I moved from just doing the work to managing people, which was honestly one of the hardest transitions for me. Leadership didn’t come naturally, and I had to be very intentional about growing into it. A lot of it was learning through mistakes and figuring things out as I went.
Over time, my focus also shifted. It became less about just creating designs and more about how things work behind the scenes. How do we make processes more efficient? How do we support teams better? How do we handle things at scale?
That shift eventually led me into Operations, where I now focus on managing workflows, systems, and teams that keep things running.
Looking back, the biggest change has really been in how I think. I’ve become more analytical, more structured in how I approach problems, and more focused on the bigger picture instead of just the task in front of me.
Now, we’re looking for people who are ready to grow beyond just executing tasks.
If you’re someone who’s resourceful, independent, and open to figuring things out as you go, this might just be the place for you!
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Triage Associate to help review, understand, and route incoming requests across Fresh Prints. This role is a key support function that helps make sure inbound requests are clear, complete, and sent to the right team or handled through the correct workflow.
The Triage Associate works across both Art and Operations workflows. This means the role requires a strong overall understanding of how different teams operate, including Art, Sales, Operations, Admin, Tech, Finance, Production, and other support teams. The goal is not to master every team’s work, but to understand enough of the full workflow to identify issues, ask the right questions, take the correct action, and prevent avoidable delays.
Why This Role Matters
Triage is one of the first checkpoints for many Art, Ops, Admin, and Sales workflows. A strong Triage Associate helps keep work moving smoothly by making sure requests are understood, completed when appropriate, or routed to the right team with the right context. This helps reduce delays, confusion, duplicate work, and operational issues across the company.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, working independently, and learning how different parts of a business connect.

At Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team. To recognize and celebrate that commitment, we offer a 2-month paid Sabbatical to eligible employees.
Fresh Prints never charges any money during the hiring process. If you’re asked to pay for a job, it’s not real.
Fresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes diversity; actively encouraging people of all backgrounds, ages, LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities to apply.

Dexis is a dynamic professional services firm dedicated to partnering with government and community leaders both in the U.S. and internationally to achieve critical social outcomes in a rapidly changing world.
At Dexis, you will experience a corporate culture of inclusiveness, respect, fairness, and trust. You will be given the means and mentorship needed to succeed, and your creativity will be rewarded.
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
A robust and agile supply chain is a cornerstone of the America First Global Health Strategy, ensuring the availability, quality, and rapid deployment of essential health commodities such as diagnostics, vaccines, and treatments. These capabilities are critical for preventing avoidable epidemics, detecting emerging threats early, and responding swiftly to outbreaks. To achieve these objectives, the strategy prioritizes integrated and resilient supply chains, strengthened by private sector logistics, pooled procurement, and data-driven inventory systems.
At the heart of this vision is the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS), which provides real-time visibility and coordination across health commodity flows. By delivering accurate, up-to-date data on stock levels, consumption patterns, and distribution, eLMIS enables informed decision-making and proactive supply chain management.
Keeping eLMIS updated and fully functional is essential. Timely system updates allow decision-makers to act quickly to prevent stockouts or overstocking—especially during outbreaks or emergencies. Reliable data supports national health planning, donor reporting, and compliance with global health standards, while also enabling the rapid deployment of critical commodities during health crises.
Moreover, eLMIS serves as an early warning mechanism, detecting unusual demand patterns or consumption spikes that may signal emerging health threats. This capability strengthens preparedness and response systems, ensuring that both the U.S. and partner countries can effectively manage endemic and emerging infectious diseases.
The objective of this scope of work is to hire two (2) Computer Programmers who will support the Department of Health (DOH) in the Philippines fortify and optimize the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) as a critical enabler of global health security under the America First Global Health Strategy in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.. The programmers will conduct a comprehensive gap analysis, resolve technical issues, enhance the system performance, and ensure data integrity to maintain operational reliability in alignment with DOH technical standards. By strengthening eLMIS, the DOH will ensure real-time visibility and rapid decision-making for health commodity management, enabling timely deployment of diagnostics, vaccines, and treatments—essential for preventing epidemics, detecting emerging threats, and responding swiftly to public health emergencies.

InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned consulting and solutions agency dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification.
Tag Inspector, an InfoTrust product, is a 10-year industry leader in digital data privacy and governance. We are seeking an Associate Full-Stack Engineer to join our lean, high-impact engineering team. In this role, you will move beyond simple "ticket-taking" to perform forensic debugging, maintain cloud-native infrastructure, and help modernize our core global SaaS platform.
Maintain & Modernize: Support our AWS-based product while incrementally transitioning features toward a new, cloud-agnostic architecture.
Forensic Debugging: Identify root causes in legacy logic by investigating code history to recommend long-term architectural cures rather than quick fixes.
Feature Development: Build, test, and ship responsive front-end components in Vue.js and robust backend services in Python.
Collaborative Support: Take full ownership of maintenance tickets and QA tasks, acting as a force multiplier for senior architects.
Self-Sufficient Problem Solving: Research unknowns and propose "next steps" independently, demonstrating high resourcefulness before escalating.
You have 1–4 years of professional experience with Python (writing clean, maintainable code) and Vue.js (or React/Angular with a willingness to transition).
You possess a "forensic" mindset—the ability to trace data flow through complex systems and enjoy "reading" code as much as writing it.
You have foundational experience navigating AWS for legacy maintenance and feel comfortable using Docker and Git.
You are proficient in querying and managing data in Postgres or MySQL.
You have a high interest in architectural patterns and web privacy (pixels, cookies, and browser mechanics).
Prior experience with the "Strangler Pattern" for migrating legacy systems.
Specific interest or experience in digital privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
You prefer a role where tasks are strictly defined and handed off via tickets without the need for deep investigation.
You are looking for a purely greenfield development environment without the need to maintain or refactor legacy code.
Employment: This position is hired through our local Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partner in the Philippines: KMC Solutions.
Location: InfoTrust is looking for a candidate who will work out of our Cebu City or Manila office—fully in person for the first 3 months and then moving to a hybrid schedule.
Reports to: Director of Product Development
At InfoTrust, employees are deeply connected to our core values and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be their best selves everyday.
Earn Trust: Deliver on what you promise.
Be Respectful: Don't be an a**hole.
Promote Diversity: Seek understanding and be inclusive.
Take Ownership: There is no "they.” Take initiative.
Grow Every Day: Learn and apply.
Contribute With Passion: Desire to do good. Give to grow.
Benefits are provided through our local PEO and include, but are not limited to: health/vision/dental insurance, generous PTO, parental leave, and more. Ask your recruiter for more details!
