People Management: Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts, providing the coaching, support, and professional development necessary to meet performance targets.

• Individual Development Plans: Conduct at least bi-monthly 1-on-1 career coaching sessions to help team members bridge skill gaps, focusing on competencies like advanced RCA, stakeholder management, and policy expertise.
• Onboarding & Upskilling: Oversee the onboarding of new Quality staff and collaborate with the Training team to address upskill/cross-skill needs based on quality performance.
• Conflict & Dispute Resolution: Serve as the final arbiter for internal audit disputes and technical calibration variances that cannot be resolved at the Quality Analyst level. Handle internal and external escalations through the standard processes within the agreed turnaround time.

Quality Governance 

• Sampling Audit Management:  Oversee the full 360-degree sampling cycle—from defining the sampling logic and verifying statistically significant data sets to managing the appeal process and final analysis. Ensure the Quality Team’s compliance with the sampling volume requirements.
• Executive Reporting: Support the Quality Manager during WBR, MBR, and QBR sessions, translating complex audit data into high-impact "Executive Summaries" and “Path to Green” or “Get Well” strategies.
• Internal Quality Alignment:  Lead cross-functional Quality Meetings for each Line of Business (LOB) to drive performance visibility. This includes deep dives into key metrics— Audit Completion Rate, Quality Scores, Critical Errors —while ensuring all teams are aligned on the latest policy or quality guidelines updates, organizational changes, and auditor accuracy (ATA) results.
• Audit the Auditor (ATA): Execute the "checks on the checker" framework to maintain audit standardization and eliminate auditor bias across the team.
• Operational Alignment: Spearhead Weekly Meetings with Operations and Training Teams to align on upskilling needs and action plans, based on quality trends.

Policy Documentation: Maintain and update internal "huddle" documents or monitoring guidelines upon receiving clarifications from the client, ensuring a seamless cascade to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's or College degree is standard. Senior High School graduates may be considered with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience: Typically 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a BPO setting. Experience in the same program is highly desirable.

• Good leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of QA fundamentals, principles, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and  proven ability to perform Defect Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify "The Why" behind the numbers
• Ability to distinguish between an "Individual Error" and a "Systemic Policy Gap" and correlate with Operational KPIs.

Ability to translate complex data sets into "Executive Summaries" and "Path-to-Green" strategies for stakeholders.

• Good stakeholder management skills
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables) and Slides/PPT to create high-impact visual dashboards for WBR, MBR, and QBR presentations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of Sr Quality Analysts and Quality Analysts
• Conducts quality assurance evaluations (internal audits) for employees to improve the customer experience.
• Provides immediate feedback to employees who make critical errors.
• Conducts regular feedback to employees regarding their quality audits.
• Spearheads internal and external calibration sessions and provides calibration results.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality audit-related reports, which shall be sent out to Stakeholders.
• Creates, analyzes, and presents reports and insights to stakeholders
• Helps improve our frontline consultants' technical competence through quality evaluations, identifying both strengths and development opportunities.
• Conducts an audit of the auditor.
• Conducts process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's/College degree
• With at least two years of Quality Supervisor experience
• Extensive experience in audit and quality management.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
• At least 4 years of experience in doing a quality audit for any related campaign in a BPO setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude.

Job Overview

As a Quality Manager, you are the strategic leader responsible for the overall Quality Assurance framework across all programs or lines of business. You act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring that the quality strategy directly correlates with business objectives and operational KPIs. Your role is to drive the "big picture" quality roadmap, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor Quality Leads to ensure the delivery of high-impact business insights and performance stability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & People Management

• Organizational Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Quality Leads, providing strategic direction and professional development for the entire Quality Department.
• Quality Roadmap Development: Design and implement the overarching Quality Strategy for the account, ensuring it aligns with global standards and client-specific business goals.
• Performance Accountability: Own the final performance results for the Quality organization, including audit accuracy, sampling compliance, and the effectiveness of "Path-to-Green" initiatives.

2. Strategic Stakeholder & Client Management

• Executive Business Reviews: Own and lead WBR, MBR, and QBR (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Review) sessions with client executives and internal leadership.
• Client Partnership: Act as the primary consultant for the client regarding policy changes, quality framework adjustments, and long-term process improvements.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Operations Director and Training Director or Training Manager to ensure quality data is driving the account's broader performance strategy and training curricula.

3. Advanced Governance & Risk Management

• Systemic Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Oversee high-level "Defect and Trend Analysis" to identify systemic program risks, policy ambiguities, and industry-wide performance gaps.
• Governance Framework: Ensure the integrity of the "Audit the Auditor" (ATA) and calibration frameworks to eliminate bias and maintain high confidence in reported data.
• Compliance & Security: Serve as the final authority on quality compliance, ensuring 100% adherence to global legal and security protocols such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR.

4. Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Change Management: Lead the implementation of new quality tools, automated auditing systems, or major policy overhauls across the organization.
• Financial Impact: Monitor and mitigate financial leakages or platform integrity risks through strategic process redesign.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or College degree is standard.
• Experience: Typically 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a BPO setting, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Technical Skills:  Expertise in QA methodologies, Six Sigma, or COPC principles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Certification is highly desirable, with a proven track record of applying DMAIC or Kaizen to improve account performance.
• Advanced data visualization skills to translate complex datasets into strategic "Executive Summaries".
• High Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.(Excel, PPT) 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and enterprise-level reporting tools.
• Program-specific skills required.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Compliance Sr Analyst to join our global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. You will take ownership of key elements of our Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program, partner with technical teams to track risks and improve control effectiveness, and maintain the common control framework (CCF) that underpins our security, privacy, and compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise-wide Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program, ensuring that vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated, with accurate reporting and documentation.
• Conduct recurring control assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of technical, administrative, and operational safeguards, and use results to improve the CCF.
• Develop and maintain the Common Control Framework (CCF), ensuring alignment across regulatory and certification requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, DORA, C5).
• Manage the risk exception and deviation process, including intake, review, documentation, and tracking of compensating controls.
• Facilitate compliance syncs with internal teams, including Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Privacy. Drive action item closure, escalate risks, and promote visibility.
• Support audit and assessment readiness by aligning evidence to controls, updating documentation, and coordinating with process owners to demonstrate compliance posture.
• Maintain core compliance documentation, including policies, SOPs, control narratives, risk registers, and corrective action plans.
• Assist in incident response documentation, focusing on compliance impacts, reporting obligations, and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to review vulnerability scans and threat intelligence, helping assess risk exposure and prioritize remediation.
• Develop and manage compliance dashboards, metrics, and POA&M-style tracking to communicate program health and maturity.
• Continuously improve compliance processes, identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual tasks, and evolving the CCF to keep pace with a changing risk landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, security assurance, or a related field within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of major regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Experience with vulnerability management, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and a structured, documentation-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Tenable, Wiz, or other vulnerability scanners.
• Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Drata, ServiceNow).
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.

We are seeking an experienced CET Spec Check Auditor to support our US-based client’s commercial furniture dealership operations, representing leading brands such as Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, and others. This role is responsible for running and reviewing Spec Check in CET, validating furniture specifications, finishes, pricing, and technical configurations prior to order entry. The ideal candidate has hands-on dealership experience and understands the end-to-end workflow from CET design to final order submission.

This position is critical in preventing costly specification errors and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and review Spec Check reports in CET Designer, Project Spec.
• Validate part numbers, finish codes, electrical components, and pricing accuracy.
• Cross-check CET drawings against furniture specifications and quotes.
• Identify missing components, incompatible options, or technical conflicts.
• Review manufacturer quotes and acknowledgments (ACKs) for discrepancies.
• Confirm applications meet manufacturer guidelines and technical requirements.
• Ensure consistency between floor plans, elevations, finish legends, and final specs.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to correct specification issues.
• Support order entry accuracy before submission to manufacturers.
• Maintain updated knowledge of manufacturer product lines and pricing structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial furniture dealership environment.
• Hands-on experience using CET Designer.
• Experience running and interpreting Spec Check within CET.
• Strong understanding of commercial furniture specification and order workflows.
• Familiarity with major commercial manufacturers (Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat (or similar PDF tools).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
