Compliance Co‑op – Future Standard

The Compliance Co‑op will work closely with a senior member of the Compliance team and support a group of experienced compliance professionals in the ongoing maintenance, 
monitoring, and enhancement of the Firm’s compliance programs. This role provides exposure to a broad range of regulatory and operational functions across Future Standard’s 
product suite, including business development companies (BDCs), registered funds, private placements, and mutual funds. The position offers hands‑on experience in a highly 
regulated environment and an opportunity to develop foundational skills in compliance, risk management, and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support regulatory compliance activities related to the Firm’s oversight by the SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory bodies, including assisting with regulatory filings, documentation 
requests, and periodic reviews.
Conduct due diligence reviews on counterparties, vendors, and other relevant parties, helping to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory expectations.
Maintain and update the Firm’s restricted lists, including monitoring employee trading activity and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Assist in the operation and upkeep of the Firm’s electronic monitoring systems, including data entry, exception review, and issue tracking.
Support compliance oversight of Firm personnel, including reviewing certifications, disclosures, and adherence to the Firm’s Code of Ethics.
Participate in periodic testing of the Firm’s compliance program, helping to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, identify gaps, and document findings.
Contribute to special projects and process‑improvement initiatives within the Compliance team as needed.

Qualifications:
Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in regulatory, compliance, or risk‑management topics, particularly within the financial services industry.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with data analysis or compliance systems is a plus.

About the Role:

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master in similar area of study preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python (bonus: TypeScript/JavaScript) and experience building production-grade ML or GenAI applications.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, debugging, and deploying deep learning or LLM-based systems.
• Experience with modern GenAI architectures including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-using agents, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Comfortable designing cloud-native architectures across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with working knowledge of containers, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
• Able to whiteboard distributed training or inference architectures and then implement working prototypes that demonstrate real customer value.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience building and evaluating agentic applications using frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, OpenClaw, or similar ecosystems. Ability to quickly adapt to new frameworks is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings workflows, and LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, TruLens, DeepEval).
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT/LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, TRL, Unsloth, or similar fine-tuning stacks. Big plus if experience using RL to improve agentic systems. 
• Experience operating distributed workloads using Slurm, Ray, or Kubernetes.

The Field Engineering team at Weights & Biases plays a vital role in ensuring customer success and adoption of our platform. As part of this team, we partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to lead technical success after the sales process. We work closely with some of the most advanced AI teams in the world, helping them build, optimize, and scale their ML and GenAI workflows across industries such as computer vision, robotics, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).

About the Role

We’re hiring a Post-Sales AI Solutions Engineer (AISE), Scale Customer Success to help customers successfully implement and scale AI/ML workflows and GenAI/agentic applications on Weights & Biases. You will design and deliver technical enablement and adoption programs that reach many customers at once, create reusable assets that improve self-serve success, and use product signals and feedback loops to continuously improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Run 1-to-many onboarding and enablement programs
   Own and deliver scalable onboarding and adoption motions (webinars, cohort sessions, group training, and office hours) that help customers get to value quickly and consistently.
2. Build reusable technical assets that drive self-serve success
   Create and maintain playbooks, reference architectures, templates, sample code/notebooks, and troubleshooting guides that standardize best practices and reduce repeated 1:1 work.
3. Operate the scaled motion using signals and feedback loops
   Use product usage signals and customer patterns to segment and trigger the right interventions, track program impact (activation, time-to-first-value, feature adoption), and feed recurring insights back to Support, Product, and Field Engineering to continuously improve the scaled journey.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong programming proficiency in Python

Role Overview

The Onboarding Lead will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the global onboarding experience for CoreWeave’s GTM teams (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders, and adjacent customer-facing roles). This person will partner closely with Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and People teams to ensure new hires are ramped quickly, consistently, and confidently on CoreWeave’s products, customers, and sales motions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the GTM Onboarding Program
   • Design, document, and maintain standardized onboarding journeys by role (SDR, AE, Sales Leadership, SE, CSM, etc.).
   • Define clear milestones, certifications, and success criteria for new hires (e.g., pitch certification, discovery certification, first opportunity created/closed).
   • Partner with managers to align onboarding outcomes with territory plans and performance expectations.
2. Program Delivery & Coordination
   • Build and manage onboarding calendars, live sessions, and office hours in partnership with functional experts.
   • Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions on CoreWeave story, product portfolio, sales process, tools, and best practices.
   • Ensure logistics (invites, recordings, materials, follow-up tasks) are coordinated and executed with high reliability.
3.  Content & Resource Management
   • Curate and maintain onboarding paths and resources in Confluence and other internal systems, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and easy to navigate.
   • Partner with content owners to ensure onboarding materials are updated following major product launches, process changes, or tool rollouts.
4. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
   • Define and track onboarding KPIs such as time-to-first-meeting, time-to-first-opportunity, and time-to-first-win.
   • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify bottlenecks and iterate on content, format, and sequencing.
   • Regularly report onboarding performance and insights to Sales Enablement leadership and GTM leaders.
5. New Hire Experience & Communication
   • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires throughout their initial ramp period, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
   • Provide proactive communications to new hires and their managers on expectations, schedules, and required pre-work.
   • Partner with People team to ensure onboarding is aligned with CoreWeave’s culture and values
6. Alignment with Broader Enablement
   • Coordinate handoffs from onboarding into ongoing enablement programs and recurring training sessions.
   • Ensure onboarding themes and skills (pitching, discovery, objection handling) ladder into the broader enablement roadmap.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales enablement, onboarding, L&D, or GTM operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Program Design: Demonstrated experience architecting and running structured onboarding or training programs at scale.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and storytelling.
• Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with sales and enablement tools (e.g., CRM, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Confluence).

What You’ll Do: 

The Employment team, within Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), partners closely with the People team and business leaders to support CoreWeave’s global workforce by delivering practical employment law guidance and building scalable, compliant employment frameworks across the jurisdictions in which we operate. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of U.S. and international employment law issues and help operationalize employment programs, policies, and practices that support a rapidly expanding organization.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel, Employment, who will report to the Associate General Counsel, Employment, to advise on a broad range of employment law issues affecting CoreWeave’s global workforce. You will partner closely with the People team, and collaborate frequently with other key stakeholders, including Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Corporate Development, and Securities, to address workforce issues, manage legal risk, and support consistent employment practices as CoreWeave continues to scale. 

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting employment law issues in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably in a high-growth, technology environment. If hired, you will help support and implement CoreWeave’s employment strategy, programs, and policies while complying with applicable law in multiple jurisdictions in which CoreWeave operates. You will also help oversee litigation strategy and dispute resolution for the company across various substantive areas.

In this role, you will:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support under the direction of the Associate General Counsel, Employment on a variety of U.S. and global employment law matters, including recruiting, hiring, and terminations, employment and separation documentation, EORs and PEOs, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, performance management, restrictive covenants, employee classifications, employment disputes, organizational restructures, and transactional-related employment matters.
• Support and help manage the company’s litigation and pre-litigation matters across substantive areas (including employment, commercial, and regulatory disputes); partner with outside counsel on case strategy, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation; and coordinate with internal stakeholders on litigation holds, document preservation, and reporting.
• Provide timely, business-focused advice and counseling in support of CoreWeave’s workforce strategies and policies, including identifying jurisdiction-specific risks and escalating issues as appropriate, in accordance with evolving laws and regulations.
• Rapidly build trusted and inclusive partnerships with our People team and provide clear insights to address concerns and reach best outcomes.
• Review, interpret, draft, and update company policies and procedures.
• Monitor legislation, regulations, case law and government enforcement activities relating to relevant employment law areas, and surface key developments, trends, and risks to relevant Legal, People, and business partners.
• Help build a robust corporate compliance program, including assisting with enhancing and maintaining employment policies, processes, and training programs with scalable frameworks.
• Conduct legal research on U.S. and international employment law issues and prepare summaries and recommendations for review by senior team members.
• Work collaboratively to prioritize business objectives and support overall company success in a fast-paced, global operating environment.
• Support the management of outside counsel—including local counsel in non-U.S. jurisdictions—by coordinating requests, reviewing work product, and escalating recommendations as appropriate.
• Support other projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant employment law and litigation experience, including advising on U.S. and global workforce matters.
• Required experience supporting employment matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment, including working with EORs and/or PEOs, local counsel, or regional People teams outside the U.S. 
• Demonstrated litigation experience, including managing pre-litigation disputes, agency charges, internal investigations, arbitrations, and single-plaintiff and class/collective actions, and overseeing outside counsel through discovery, settlement, and trial.
• Experience gained through a combination of law firm and/or in-house roles, preferably at a global, high-growth, tech and/or publicly-traded company.
• Strong foundational knowledge of employment law and experience applying legal principles across jurisdictions.
• Ability to independently handle routine and moderately complex employment law matters, while exercising sound judgment regarding escalation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, collaborate with diverse business groups, and build strong working relationships. 
• Ability to receive feedback and demonstrate continuous growth within the role. 
• Strong problem-solving skills to digest issues, evaluate solutions, and recommend practical approaches.
• Excellent drafting, written, verbal communication, legal interpretation, and research skills.

• Ability to balance legal risk mitigation against business objectives with guidance from senior leaders.
