The Senior Analyst - Production Operations, will work with Production and Operations Leadership to deliver process improvements, evaluate metrics and data, upskill the production network, and manage projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Berkadia’s Production support platform. The role will be partner in managing stakeholder relationships across the firm and manage projects from planning to completion. The role will support the decision-making process of the Production and Corporate Leadership teams by crafting insights and recommendations through analyzing different data sources (both qualitative and quantitative) and sourcing feedback from key stakeholders across the organization (corporate and production network).
