This role is responsible for providing managerial oversight of treasury, banking, and cash management operations supporting a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform. The position oversees supervisors and team leads responsible for cash‑managed loans, banking activity, and supporting systems, with a strong focus on operational risk management, control execution, and scalable process design. • Serve as the escalation point for complex cash‑managed loan issues, including borrower disputes, covenant triggers, sweep activations, and document interpretation matters. 
• Partner with Client Relations on borrower communications related to lockbox structures, cash restrictions, and operational requirements. 

Compliance & Controls 

• Monitor bank ratings and eligibility to ensure accounts are maintained with approved institutions in accordance with governing agreements.
• Document, maintain, and enforce procedures to ensure Corporate and Servicing compliance.
• Provide guidance and consultation to internal teams on servicing involvement in cash restrictions at the loan and investor level.
• Train and support staff on banking procedures, guidelines, and system updates impacting cash operations. 

Reporting & Audit Support 

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly cash and banking reporting provided to management.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and investor inquiries by providing documentation and explanations related to banking activity, platforms, controls, and procedures.
• Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to address audit findings and support remediation efforts, as needed. 

Operational Efficiency & Projects: 

• Lead and support technology enhancements and efficiency initiatives across cash management, banking, and reconciliation teams, with a focus on automation, control strengthening, and operational resiliency.

The Senior Loan Boarding Analyst role requires strong leadership skills in addition to a strong understanding of commercial real estate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prepare e-forms to process escrow/reserve funds on newly boarded loans. Complete automated and manual Welcome Letters (including the calculation and verification of the loan payment details), as needed.
• For more complex loan types (i.e., SASB) ability to add/change applicable loan data and coding in the McCracken servicing system to reflect the terms of a structure finance transaction.
• Supports incoming and outgoing loan transfers, including coordination with all parties, document and data management and all other critical steps. For acquisitions, coordinate data mapping and uploads as well as reconciliation of and application of funds.  
• Interact with investor clients, master servicers, title companies, attorneys, loan officers, internal closing teams, servicing operational teams, as needed, and notify client relations and loan administration of time sensitive/critical issues.
• Assist with the coordination of any corrected specially serviced CMBS, Agency and third-party loan modifications.
• Identify and reconcile any funds remaining in the new loan boarding bank account greater than thirty (30) days.
• Participate in the review of new products and ensure proper coding when analyzing loans for upload to the McCracken system and notify Client Relations.  
• Participate in continuous departmental process improvement and innovation projects timely and efficiently.  
• Aid SDC with any rate uploads or other processes, as needed.
• Under special circumstances, ability to manually board a loan from the loan closing package.   
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following:

Commission Compensation:

• Assist in administration of commission compensation plans ensuring accurate payments to participants for the company’s Production lines of business including, Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking.
• Responsible for new hire data entry into ADP for commission eligible personnel.
• Assign compensation plan IDs for new hires and employee changes in HRIS (Workday) & Commission Compensation system (PeopleSoft-HR).

• Responsible for manual data entry into PeopleSoft-HR for ad hoc payments such as expense reimbursements, admin fees, deferred bonuses, etc.
• Import pay data files into ADP from the Commission Compensation system.
• Review and verification of payroll processing for all U.S. employees, specifically regarding commission and bonus compensation.
• Enter tax withholding adjustments on supplemental earnings for recurring commission payments.
• Download and issue electronic copies of pay statements to non-active employees as needed.
• Support the Corporate Accounting department by providing monthly commission accrual data.
• Assist with developing and supporting the Commission Compensation Database. Assist with identifying system issues, testing and issue resolution when needed. Support other members of Payroll team with all database upgrades; complete documentation and testing of the current and new functionality.
• Support leadership with processing all Production related bonus calculations on a semi-annual and annual basis within the commission compensation system. Assist with tracking approvals and reconciling all individual bonus payments from PeopleSoft-HR to ADP for payment.
• Support year-end 1099 process of remitting appropriate information returns to IRS and individual states.
• Respond to employee inquiries about commission and/or bonus payments, as necessary.

Secondary Responsibilities include the following:

Payroll:

• Create and distribute required reports – Such reports include compensation reports and all ad hoc reporting as requested.
• Support other related departments – Accounting/Finance with respect to commission accruals and payments, and the People Team with respect to employee payroll and compensation data, policy/procedures, etc.
• Function as a customer service representative to all employees; former, active, and prospective.
• Other payroll related duties as assigned.

• For more complex loan types (i.e., SASB) ability to add/change applicable loan data and coding in the McCracken servicing system to reflect the terms of a structure finance transaction.
• Supports incoming and outgoing loan transfers, including coordination with all parties, document and data management and all other critical steps. For acquisitions, coordinate data mapping and uploads as well as reconciliation of and application of funds.  
• Interact with investor clients, master servicers, title companies, attorneys, loan officers, internal closing teams, servicing operational teams, as needed, and notify client relations and loan administration of time sensitive/critical issues.
• Assist with the coordination of any corrected specially serviced CMBS, Agency and third-party loan modifications.
• Identify and reconcile any funds remaining in the new loan boarding bank account greater than thirty (30) days.
• Participate in the review of new products and ensure proper coding when analyzing loans for upload to the McCracken system and notify Client Relations.  
• Participate in continuous departmental process improvement and innovation projects timely and efficiently.  
• Aid SDC with any rate uploads or other processes, as needed.
• Under special circumstances, ability to manually board a loan from the loan closing package.
