THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager, Apparel
We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.
The Sourcing Manager, Americas/Apparel will focus on sourcing opportunities in Mexico, Central America, and South America but is not limited to these regions. This role is critical to optimizing Quince’s supply chain by re-sourcing existing products with long lead times and high logistics costs, as well as identifying and launching new products from the Americas region to drive business growth. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for scouting potential suppliers, pitching them on Quince’s business model, conducting cost analyses for key products, and onboarding suppliers into our fast-paced supply chain. Additionally, they will ensure supplier continuity, conduct periodic business reviews, and drive operational efficiencies.
This role is pivotal to Quince’s continued growth and success. Enabling Americas Sourcing to its full potential will drive faster lead times, lower logistics costs, and greater alignment with our Made-to-Consumer (MTC) model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the Apparel (womens/mens/kids) segment, across knits and wovens
- Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners, coaching them to operate within Quince’s rapid replenishment, M2C (Made-to-Consumer) model.
- Train suppliers on Quince OS, including operational efficiency (rapid lead times, consumer focus), financial modeling (high ROIC), and technical capabilities (Vendor Portal).
- Product Expansion: Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development teams to introduce new styles and colors approved through our NPC process.
- Drive Operational Excellence:
- Ensure high-quality standards (<0.5% defect rate).
- Optimize supply chain for speed and accuracy (Replenishment Lead Time < 14 days).
- Maintain inventory availability (>99% in-stock).
- Improve margin accretion through cost efficiencies and strategic sourcing.
- Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with supplier management, analyzing strategy, performance highlights, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers.
- Established factory partnerships within knits apparel across the Americas (Mexico, Central America, South America) and/or Asia (including India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China, where relevant).
- Passion for product development with a track record of leveraging vendor expertise to design, cost-engineer, and bring products to market.
- Strong general management (GM) mindset, with experience in lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT) processes, and supply chain optimization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Natural connector who builds and maintains strong relationships between internal teams and supplier partners to drive collaboration and shared success.
- Proactive and assertive, with the ability to self-manage in a remote/home-office setting while staying closely connected to the broader organization.
- Excellent communicator, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence and align stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Sobre el rol
En Cabify Logistics estamos construyendo la plataforma de entregas urbanas más confiable y eficiente de LATAM. Como Fleet Analyst, tendrás un rol fundamental en la gestión y optimización de nuestra vertical de flota de carga a nivel nacional.
Tu misión es escalar nuestra flota de carga. No solo diseñarás estrategias de adquisición y retención desde cero, sino que saldrás al campo para ejecutarlas, asegurando que nuestro marketplace opere con una eficiencia impecable. Serás la voz que traduzca KPIs operativos en decisiones de negocio de alto impacto.
Buscamos una persona con alta capacidad de negociación, enfoque en resultados y habilidades para traducir datos operativos en decisiones estratégicas que impacten positivamente en nuestros socios conductores y clientes.
Responsabilidades principales
Estrategia de Crecimiento y Fidelización de Flota (~40% del enfoque)
- Ejecución de estrategias para asegurar la adquisición y activación de flota para transporte de carga por diferentes canales (A nivel nacional).
- Ejecución de estrategias para asegurar la retención de los vehículos de carga activos (A nivel nacional).
- Ejecución de estrategias para asegurar la reactivación de los vehículos de carga churned (A nivel nacional).
- Construir relaciones con gremios de transporte y stakeholders del sector para expandir la flota.
Analítica de Performance y Capacitación (~40% del enfoque)
- Medición, control y monitoreo del proceso de registro de la flota, incluyendo el despliegue de iniciativas de mejoramiento operacional.
- Monitoreo y control del proceso de comunicación, conciliación y seguimiento de conductores, liderando los espacios de capacitación e información con la flota.
- Control y medición del proceso de inscripción de conductores, gestión de la base de leads y porcentaje de conversión de vehículos activos.
Liderazgo y Gestión Táctica (~20% del enfoque)
- Solucionar novedades operacionales y administrativas de manera eficiente y rápida.
- Asegurar la calidad del servicio y el control de costos operativos de la flota.
- Controlar el proceso de capacitación de conductores.
Requisitos del perfil
- +1 año de experiencia en control de flota de carga, desempeño operacional y estrategias de retención.
- Profesional en Administración Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Dominio avanzado de Google Sheets/Excel y herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experiencia en gestión de procesos de conciliación con conductores y adquisición de flota.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y persuasión.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional para la supervisión de operaciones.

Job Summary
As a OTM Consultant (Oracle Transportation Manager)(19889) you will be responsible for supporting and delivering transportation solutions within Oracle Transportation Manager (OTM), covering key functionalities such as Order Management, Transportation Planning and Execution, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit and Payment. You will manage and complete customer work packages while ensuring alignment with defined budgets, work plans, quality standards, and timelines, analyze and address client requirements using established templates, frameworks, and standard product functionalities, and collaborate with internal or external DevOps teams to deliver transportation project solution work packages and implement change requests.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The key purpose of this role is to gather requirement, solution design services and development of the transport solution for a broad range of projects and Support.
- Support the business project teams to determine IT solution requirements, CRP demonstrations, customer meetings, solution design
- Manage the implementation of IT project work packages in line with the DHL DevOps way of Working.
- Manage required IT development activity in line with the customer requirements. Ensure any development IT in accordance with supplier governance policies.
- Provide IT support as required for live customers (CRs, new releases etc.).
- Projects implementation, post warranty support and Go-live Support.
- Build effective relationships and maintain close liaison with business and IT by maintaining regular contact through the full project lifecycle.
- Undertake other projects and roles as required from time to time by senior management.
- Run business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template based implementations.
- Build working relationships with Project team, customers, business and suppliers
- Development of test scenarios and scripts.
- Work with testing team to automate the Testing.
- Manage and/or perform IT testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Document user training to internal and customer teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good understanding of transportation customer requirements and good technical understanding of solution capabilities e.g. OTM, Kewill.
- Good Knowledge on Agile and DevOps.
- General understanding of transport related ancillary systems and B2B integrated e.g. HERE, Transporeon, Centiro.
- Participates and organizes workshops & events.
- Preparation of solution design proposals from a commercial as well as a technical perspective.
- Advising / consulting to external customers.
- Coordinate, direct and oversee work package delivered by Specialists and/or suppliers
- Developing content for customer presentations and providing technical/functional content
- Years of Experience: 5-8 Years | 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementation (At least one Implementation in Agile/DevOps) in Oracle Cloud.
- Geographical Experience: Experience implementing Transport solutions in latest Oracle Cloud at least two different regions.
Main Technical tools:
- Core OTM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OTM modules (Shipment Management, Rate Management, Business Process Automation).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- OTM Tools: Experience with Workflow Agents, Integration Manager, and Screen Sets.
- Cloud Experience: Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud is highly preferred.
- -Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of transportation modes (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air), multi-leg planning, and freight audit.
