About the Role  

You will be working as a part of a distributed agile team, building a new SaaS platform that underpins a suite of enterprise applications  solving a variety of hard data analytics and enterprise problems.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the framework and products we develop meet the established design, implementation, and quality goals.

About the Role: 

As a Senior Analyst on Motive’s Vendor Finance team, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and our Lending Partners (external). The Vendor Finance team (VF for short) coordinates deal processing with our sales stakeholders and their prospective customers when there is interest in a potential financing opportunity. Our team helps land deals for customers, while bringing cash to the business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our team and play an instrumental role in ensuring customers find what they need in app while driving growth. About the Role

• Step in as needed to support demos and negotiate more complex or higher-value Commercial deals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of international sales experience (US market strongly preferred).
• 2+ years of proven success in sales leadership (managing or mentoring teams), ideally in a tech or product-focused environment.
• A strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures.
• Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills, effective at mid-tier transaction sizes.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and holding teams accountable for accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable motivating and directing a diverse commercial team.
• A resourceful mentality, adept at thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous market conditions.
