About the Role: 

Technical Support Engineers manage, track, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root causes for customers in Technical Support. They also train, educate, assist, and provide guidance to other employees within Support and across the company, as needed. The Role

Telnyx infrastructure team is building a next-generation platform that spans across multiple cloud providers and multiple continents. In This Role You Will

• Experience with Nginx modules and custom configurations

Infrastructure as Code (Required)

• Advanced Terraform skills for multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning

Messaging & Streaming (Required)

Database & Proxy Technologies (Required)
