About the Role
We’re seeking a technically fluent Customer Engineer to join our Engineering organization and serve as a critical link between Engineering and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Enablement.
This role is embedded within the Development organization, and focuses on helping the GTM teams understand, configure, and support deployments of our Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform. While the role is not directly customer-facing, it requires a deep understanding of the product and underlying technologies to ensure field teams are well-supported during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to stay close to the technology, without being in a traditional coding role.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a technical liaison between the Engineering team and GTM teams (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, etc.), enabling them with the product knowledge, tooling, setup and deployment support they need.
- Work closely with Engineering to understand new features, deployment requirements, and system behaviors, and translate them into actionable documentation, enablement content, demo environments and tooling for internal teams.
- Assist in internal setup and deployment of DSPM components (Kubernetes-based microservices, data connectors, APIs), and help validate internal staging/demo environments.
- Help develop internal technical resources such as playbooks, integration guides, architecture diagrams, and field enablement materials.
- Support the Go-to-Market team with API usage, scripting (e.g., Python), and basic troubleshooting, particularly during proof-of-concept or pilot phases.
- Read, interpret, and sometimes modify basic code or configuration files to help debug issues or support integration efforts.
- Validate deployment workflows across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure alignment with field practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization (e.g., dev support, sales enablement, QA, technical consulting).
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-native stacks, including:
- Kubernetes and containerized services
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Data infrastructure (e.g., SQL, data lakes, data warehouses) - Comfort with basic scripting in languages like Python or shell scripting for automating setup, working with APIs, or testing integrations.
- Ability to read and understand application code (e.g., Python, YAML, or JSON configurations) to support basic troubleshooting and deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize technical concepts for internal enablement and cross-functional understanding.

Overview

About the Role:
Technical Support Engineers manage, track, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root causes for customers in Technical Support. They also train, educate, assist, and provide guidance to other employees within Support and across the company, as needed. About the Role:
The Sales Data Quality Analyst II (L4) is a pivotal member of the GTM Strategy and Sales Operations organization, dedicated to ensuring that Salesforce data remains accurate, comprehensive, and actionable across all sales motions. Serving as the primary subject-matter expert for sales data integrity, this role focuses on account and contact data, segmentation, and global hierarchy management (including the UK and Mexico). About the Role
We’re seeking a technically fluent Customer Engineer to join our Engineering organization and serve as a critical link between Engineering and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Enablement.

What You’ll Do

- Help develop internal technical resources such as playbooks, integration guides, architecture diagrams, and field enablement materials.

- 3+ years of experience in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization (e.g., dev support, sales enablement, QA, technical consulting).
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-native stacks, including:

What you’ll get to do
- Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
- Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.

To succeed in this role, you should have

- Native Android (Kotlin preferably) and IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
- Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics.
- Figma: Should know how to use Figma to analyse and view the designs to build the app
- Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.

About the role
As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the successful delivery and execution of projects within your teams. You will manage end-to-end technical planning, ensuring that product requirements are translated into actionable tasks, while orchestrating collaboration between various stakeholders including engineers, product managers, QA, and UX. This role requires a deep understanding of software design and development and the ability to plan, execute, and deliver product features in a timely and predictable manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining high technical standards, managing team bandwidth, and ensuring project milestones are met with efficiency and accuracy.
What you’ll get to do
- Own delivery and execution across cross-functional teams within the product area. Evaluate business and product requirements for feasibility and ensure they align with the existing product architecture, translating them into EPICs and technical stories. Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to refine and groom tasks.
- Plan and organize sprints with clearly defined goals, using project planning tools to establish timelines, and delivery milestones, and identify task dependencies early. Foster engineering processes that promote seamless collaboration and teamwork.
- Track team velocity to ensure resources are effectively allocated, balancing bandwidth with task demands. Coordinate alignment and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to critical projects by ensuring appropriate design patterns and coding techniques are applied. Remain hands-on, participating in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
- Ensure monitoring and observability are in place for all owned services, meeting defined SLIs/SLOs. Partner with Product Managers to track and publish post-deployment product metrics, ensuring transparency with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Expertise in breaking down complex product requirements into structured EPICs, Stories, and Tasks.
- Solid experience with backend technologies. Experience with frontend is a plus.
- Knowledge of project planning tools for visualizing and tracking delivery timelines.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics and monitoring tools to assess team performance and product health.
