About the Role
We are now expanding our engineering team and looking for a senior DevOps engineer. What You’ll Do
- Be a part of a globally distributed team of operations team to design/develop/architect Securiti’s core infrastructure
- Write reliable, secure, performant, and fully automated deployment pipelines
- Monitor platform performance and be on-call to address any urgent issues
- Integrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructure
- Evaluate and adapt new technologies where they provide value
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed to monitor and act on alerts from Securiti’s infrastructure
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing software, with experience in cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with writing infrastructure as code with relevant experience using tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation
- Experience with Container technologies like Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Experience with configuration management, network request routing, blue/green or canary deployments, in-service software upgrade
- Development experience with one of Python or Golang
- Experience with Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, WaveFront, Zabbix,, etc
- Good knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting
- Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies
- Knowledge and use of performance tuning, profiling,, and software metrics tools
- Very strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to utilize creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.

The Role
Telnyx infrastructure team is building a next-generation platform that spans across multiple cloud providers and multiple continents. We leverage the Telnyx private backbone network with cross-connects to major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud to build a cloud-agnostic, highly available platform. With our lean team, we're currently running infrastructure in 10 PoPs and 3 continents.
In This Role You Will
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions for managing databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and others, both in virtualized environments and Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve pain points in managing large-scale, high-availability database infrastructure.
- Lead the migration of existing database services from VMs to Kubernetes, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.
- Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and performance tuning for on-premise database systems.
- Implement and manage observability, logging, and alerting systems.
Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure operations, especially in Linux-based systems.
- Expertise in at least one deployment and orchestration technology (Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform), with a focus on deploying and managing stateful applications
- Skills in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar, to automate workflows and manage infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience managing at least one relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
You’d Be A Good Fit If You Have
- Experience with non-relational databases such as Cassandra, OpenSearch, or other distributed data stores.
- Familiarity with streaming and messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ, including scaling and monitoring in a distributed setup.

What you'll do
- Design and build advanced, scalable applications in Swift.
- Write high quality, performant and reliable code while working on defined tasks/bugs independently.

What you'll need
- 4+ years of iOS application development with extensive use of Swift
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related technical field.
- Full understanding of the mobile development life cycle. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm under iOS, memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multithreading, and publishing iOS apps in the Appstore.
- Reactive programming (RxSwift/Combine) is necessary.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Experience working with remote teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines similar to Bitrise.
- Experience with SwiftUI and structured concurrency.

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer who can deliver high-quality technical support across endpoint systems, SaaS applications, and core IT services. This role requires hands-on experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to support users both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to modern IT operations, including MDM platforms, ticketing systems, cloud productivity tools, and emerging AI-driven support workflows
What You’ll Do
- Provide end-to-end IT support across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments, including mass OS installations, upgrades, and configurations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (onsite and remote), covering device provisioning and MDM enrolment
- Provide IT Support for MDM platforms such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune
- Hands-on MacOS support and advanced troubleshooting for Windows OS issues
- Support enterprise SaaS tools including Google Workspace (G Suite), Okta, Salesforce, and collaboration platforms
- Provide onsite support for office users and remote support via Jira tickets, email, and Slack
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and device lifecycle records
- Assist with basic network and infrastructure troubleshooting and maintain awareness of next-generation firewalls
- Basic understanding of current AI trends and how AI can assist in IT support ticket management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–6 years of IT support experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of MacOS and Windows, with basic Linux familiarity
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Microsoft Intune, or similar)
- Solid understanding of ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management
- Practical experience supporting GWS, SSO, CRM, VoIP and other SaaS applications
- Good foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and general infrastructure
- Awareness of modern IT security concepts and tools, including next-generation firewalls
- Understanding of how AI and automation are applied in IT support workflows
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work varying hours or shifts when required
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, Microsoft 365, etc.) and call-center IT support experience are a plus

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage our multi-cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions, ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud operations across multiple cloud providers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions
