What you’ll do:
As a Technical Support Advisor at Bókun, you will be part of the Escalation Team, playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle a diverse range of technical challenges — from troubleshooting complex incidents to investigating in-depth cases that require strong analytical thinking, mediation, and negotiation skills. Using all available tools and resources, you’ll accurately triage and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams as needed. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communication in English and Italian across multiple channels, including email, phone, video calls with screen sharing, and chat. You will be responsible for researching and replicating reported problems, raising detailed bug reports, and proactively following up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution. In addition, you’ll maintain clear troubleshooting documentation, act as an internal escalation point for Tier 1 support cases, and collaborate closely with technical teams to manage escalations effectively. Success in this role depends on your ability to combine strong technical acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality support that meets key performance goals such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer for Developer Tools, you will be a key contributor to the software that connects quantum developers to IonQ's hardware. You will focus on contributing to quantum compiler tools and features that our users and internal research teams depend on to run applications. You will build tooling to give users deep insights into how their circuits are optimized and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for hardware-specific compiler passes, such as quantum error mitigation and quantum error correction, and ensure our tools are robust and well-documented. You will work closely with our Compiler, QEC, and Applications teams to take new features through development, testing, documentation, packaging, and release, and use software engineering best practices to document, distribute, and use them in quantum software applications.
The Developer Tools team builds the critical software layer for the quantum ecosystem. In this role, you will help shape an ecosystem of tooling that turns high-level quantum circuits into optimized instructions for our quantum computers. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and capabilities of quantum applications running on IonQ systems by focusing on the compiler's application-facing features and its connection to the hardware.

The Role

Role Overview
The mechanical design engineer will be involved in the design, prototyping and testing of mechanical components, modules and complete systems. The role will require a creative analytical approach to design novel and elegant mechanical solutions for Refeyn’s current and next generation instruments.
They will join the growing engineering team, and will liaise with research, product and operations teams to capture requirements and translate these into technical specifications. The mechanical design engineer will take accountability and responsibility for producing 3D designs and mechanical drawings, validation/verification activities and continuous improvement of Refeyn’s product portfolio.
This can role can be either a level 4 - Mechanical Design Engineer or a level 5 - Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, depending on experience

Role Overview
The Software Engineer will play a vital role in the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for both our existing product line and new innovations. This position involves developing software and tools that support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and cloud-based or Internet-related tools. Additionally, the engineer will assess hardware compatibility and its influence on hardware design.

At Tripadvisor Experiences our Engineers are versatile and enjoy working on a variety of technical challenges. This is a full-stack position in which you will be working mostly on the backend with some front end projects from time to time. While you need to be hungry to learn, you don't need to be an expert at front end development right away - we can teach that part on the job and you won't be tested on it in interviews.

The base pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.

What you’ll do:
As a Technical Support Advisor at Bókun, you will be part of the Escalation Team, playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle a diverse range of technical challenges — from troubleshooting complex incidents to investigating in-depth cases that require strong analytical thinking, mediation, and negotiation skills. Using all available tools and resources, you’ll accurately triage and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams as needed. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communication in English across multiple channels, including email, phone, video calls with screen sharing, and chat. You will be responsible for researching and replicating reported problems, raising detailed bug reports, and proactively following up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution. A Salesforce Engineer works with the product teams to develop software products in line with the project management goals and contributes to the design and development of any work needing to be done by the team with regards to Salesforce, while ensuring that code is in line with the general ethos and approach to development of the Salesforce platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working with the Salesforce Platform in a development capacity but is looking for a role where they can grow into a Subject Matter Expert in all things SF. You will be joining an organisation who use multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Integration) in solutions aligned across multiple operational groups.
The Salesforce technical resources operate in a guild structure where platform knowledge and shared implementations are discussed across operational program boundaries. About the Role
At Dexory, our autonomous robots are at the heart of what we do. We design, build, and test them in-house at our Wallingford facility, and now we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Assembly Technician to join our electro-mechanical team. This is a practical, workshop-based role where you’ll be assembling and commissioning robot subsystems and full robot builds to the highest standards. This role will be onsite 5 days a week, and a full UK driving licence is ideal for this role.
Your work will mostly often be divided between sub-system and robot assembly.
