An opportunity has arised in our Marketing team who play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by strategically positioning and promoting our innovative FISH and NGS products across research, clinical, and pharma markets.

As a Product Manager for FISH at OGT, your primary responsibility is to drive the success of our fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) product portfolio. You will join our Product Management team who are entrusted with overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception through to launch and ongoing optimization. Your role involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop and execute strategic product plans.

Your duties will include:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gather the voice of the customer, identifying key needs, pain points, and market trends
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and strategic partners to leverage their insights and connections for market intelligence
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to leverage their market knowledge and insights, integrating their input into the VoC strategy and ensuring alignment between customer feedback and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development (NPD) ideation, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements
• Provide strategic input into product roadmap planning, prioritizing features and enhancements based on VoC findings and business objectives
• Develop robust business cases for new product initiatives, including market opportunity assessment, financial projections, and risk analysis
• Lead the product launch process, coordinating activities across marketing, sales, operations, and support functions to ensure a successful market introduction
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer insights and competitive analysis
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, incorporating VoC insights to optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional tactics
• Oversee the development of global marketing campaigns to effectively position and promote products in target markets
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and collateral to support product selling efforts
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, iterating on strategies and tactics to optimize product success
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, features, and user experience based on market feedback and technological advancements.

What we’re looking for in you:

Essential

• Degree level education in a molecular biology discipline
• Previous experience in a global Product Management role in Life Sciences, Genomics, or in vitro diagnostics Knowledge of FISH, ideally in a clinical setting
• Comprehensive knowledge and keen interest in developing applications, new technology and uptake in clinical and diagnostic applications
• Customer focused
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to travel for up to 20% of their working time, including internationally.

Desirable

• Experience in clinical cytogenetics, molecular genetics, or cancer genetics
• 1-2 years lab experience in NGS and/or FISH
• Proven track record of success in growing or supporting sales in clinical molecular genetics, diagnostics, or cancer genetics markets, including managing relationships with key customers/opinion leaders in their field
• A successful track record in product management and/or product development.

The Salesforce team is a crucial part of Oodle’s Engineering division. We drive the Salesforce platform and data  that integrates to all of our other front-end systems. We strive to deliver a high quality on all of our Salesforce and integrated software products, in a fun and social environment.

🙌 The Role

Salesforce Engineer at Oodle Car Finance. 

A Salesforce Engineer works with the product teams to develop software products in line with the project management goals and contributes to the design and development of any work needing to be done by the team with regards to Salesforce, while ensuring that code is in line with the general ethos and approach to development of the Salesforce platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working with the Salesforce Platform in a development capacity but is looking for a role where they can grow into a Subject Matter Expert in all things SF. You will be joining an organisation who use multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Integration) in solutions aligned across multiple operational groups.

The Salesforce technical resources operate in a guild structure where platform knowledge and shared implementations are discussed across operational program boundaries. You should have a thirst for learning and an ability to communicate proposals and solutions to both Salesforce peers and technical resources not familiar with Salesforce.

What you’ll need for this role:

• Experience developing on the Salesforce Platform using both declarative and coded solutions
• An understanding of Lightning UX and configuring Salesforce for agent efficiency, using standard Salesforce features and Lightning Components
• Experience using a development IDE such as VSCode or IntelliJ
• Experience using Git or an equivalent source control system
• Experience in using integration technologies such as REST and SOAP
• Solid problem solving skills.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent demonstrable experience

• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
• Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.
