AEC firms and infrastructure owner/operators increasingly demand seamless integration between GIS data and BIM models to improve all aspects of asset design, construction, and operation. The global demand for housing and the need for roads, energy, and water to support them requires innovative workflows that help owners, engineers, planners, and stakeholders collaborate. Esri is working in partnership with Autodesk and other firms to help our customers design, build, and operate the sustainable infrastructure of the future more rapidly, at lower cost, and in compliance with complex regulatory landscapes. 

Providing this integration requires innovative software engineering to ensure reliable, secure, seamless, and scalable access to this information in ways that are user- and industry-focused while adapting to evolving global standards for BIM and GIS, such as IFC, 3D Tiles, and Esri i3s. In this role, you will be the crucial resource in the design and implementation of this integration. Join us in helping define the future of GIS-AEC integration in collaboration with the product owner, product engineers, and software engineering peers on a multi-disciplinary team. 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement:
  • Integration between the ArcGIS geospatial cloud and cloud-based BIM systems such as Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Platform Services, Autodesk Forma, and other information systems
  • Public and internal RESTful APIs to integrate the above platforms
  • Typescript components and widgets compatible with ArcGIS Experience Builder
  • Geoprocessing tools to automate the linking and data migration of BIM data to ArcGIS
• Communicate with industry developers on best practices for extending ArcGIS to the AEC and BIM industries
• Design real-time and batch data pipelines for synchronizing versioned BIM data with GIS
• Construct complex micro-service pipelines for large BIM datasets 

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product development experience
• Demonstrated experience developing cloud infrastructure, backend services, and data pipelines
• Exceptional understanding at least two of the following languages and tools: TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, and other responsive web frameworks or extensive experience with C++, .NET and/or Python
• Knowledge of Agile software engineering processes and proficiency with git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or related field 

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with 2D and 3D computational geometry
• Scalable full-stack software engineering experience
• Awareness of Autodesk Platform Services, ObjectArx, or Revit APIs
• Awareness of ArcGIS web application development
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Angular, or other component library or framework
• Experience with cloud services such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Experience implementing effective unit and integration tests 

Esri's total rewards strategy includes group supplemental insurance benefits, retirement plans, accrued vacation, holidays, competitive compensation, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.  Compensation decisions take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is CAD $94,500 - $138,600.

Mattermost is seeking a Growth Web Engineer to own and operate a modern, AI-enabled, developer-first website that powers high-velocity campaign execution and personalized digital experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and AI-driven workflows. You will be responsible for translating campaign strategy, intent signals, and AI-generated insights into live web experiences—quickly, reliably, and at scale.

You will play a critical role in enabling rapid experimentation, account-based experiences, and AI-assisted execution—turning the website into a core growth engine.

What You’ll Do

Daily Website Operations & Content Management

• Own the day-to-day operation of the website, including updates, edits, and publishing of pages and content
• Build, update, and launch landing pages, campaign pages, and site content on tight timelines
• Make ongoing updates to existing pages, including copy, layout, components, and integrations
• QA all changes before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance
• Monitor site health and quickly resolve issues related to broken pages, components, forms, or integrations
• Support rapid turnaround requests from marketing, including same-day updates when needed
• Maintain consistency across pages, ensuring alignment with design, messaging, and conversion best practices

Own the Website as a High-Velocity System

• Manage and evolve a static-site architecture (Astro or similar)
• Build flexible, reusable components that enable rapid page creation and iteration
• Ensure the site supports frequent updates without breaking structure, performance, or tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering, formatting, and build issues quickly

Enable Personalized & ABM Experiences

• Partner with Growth Marketing and ABM to create targeted landing pages and campaign experiences for specific accounts, industries, and personas
• Translate intent signals and campaign inputs into tailored web experiences
• Build reusable templates for ABM, industry, and campaign pages to support scale and speed
• Enable rapid iteration of messaging, layouts, and CTAs based on performance and engagement

Operate AI-Assisted Page & Workflow Systems

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate page creation and development workflows
• Translate campaign requirements into structured prompts and page outputs
• Validate and refine AI-generated code and content to ensure production quality
• Integrate the website into broader AI-driven workflows that inform lead routing, nurture behavior, and optimization
• Act on insights generated from AI systems to continuously improve page performance and relevance

Forms, Data Flow & Funnel Integration

• Build and maintain frontend form experiences within the site
• Integrate forms with Pardot using form handlers or APIs
• Ensure accurate field mapping, hidden fields, and campaign attribution
• Validate end-to-end data flow into Salesforce
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking via Google Analytics 4
• Debug and resolve issues across the full lead capture, routing, and attribution process

Integrations & Third-Party Systems

• Integrate and maintain external tools such as:
• Qualified
• Navattic
• Greenhouse
• Ensure consistent styling, performance, and tracking across all embedded systems
• Maintain reliable data flow across marketing and AI workflow systems

AEO / GEO & Technical SEO

• Structure pages and content to support both traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO)
• Implement schema, metadata, and semantic page structures to improve answer engine visibility
• Work with emerging AI search and optimization tools (e.g., Profound, AthenaHQ, or similar)
• Continuously optimize pages based on search performance, AI visibility, and engagement signals
• Monitor and address indexing and performance issues via Google Search Console

Git-Based Workflow & Deployment

• Own content and code workflows in GitHub
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments (e.g., Vercel, Netlify)
• Ensure reliable publishing with minimal friction and downtime

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Skills

• 3–6+ years in frontend, growth engineering, or similar roles
• Experience with static frameworks (Astro, Next.js, Gatsby, or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Git-based workflows and modern deployment pipelines

Growth & Execution Mindset

• Proven ability to launch and iterate on pages quickly in fast-paced environments
• Strong bias toward action while maintaining quality and stability
• Experience supporting marketing or growth teams (landing pages, campaigns, experimentation)

Systems & Integration Experience

• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, etc.)
• Ability to debug issues across frontend, backend, and data systems

AI & Modern Tooling

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in development workflows
• Ability to generate, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted outputs
• Comfort working in environments where AI workflows are integrated into execution

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms or structured content systems
• Experience implementing advanced tracking, attribution, and experimentation frameworks
