Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding to their team a Risk Management Consultant to their Insurance Consulting & Risk Advisory team.  This role requires a high‑impact, client‑facing professional capable of leading complex assignments, synthesizing technical detail into strategic insight, and advising senior stakeholders on enterprise and transactional risk issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, contractual, and third‑party risk exposures arising from client business activities, vendors, service providers, and customers.
• Strategically manage enterprise‑wide insurance and risk program renewals, including broker oversight, coverage optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and market negotiations.
• Collaborate with and direct external advisors including brokers, underwriters, claims professionals, TPAs, legal counsel, and specialty consultants.
• Review contracts, leases, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements to ensure compliance with established insurance and risk management requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate insurance pricing, program structures, deductibles, limits, policy wording, and service agreements; prepare cost‑benefit analyses of program alternatives.
• Analyze loss data and prepare monthly reserve accruals and reporting for finance, risk, and safety teams.
• Partner with legal, HR, audit, and claims teams to establish settlement strategies and support complex claims decision‑making.
• Research emerging and best‑in‑class risk management trends, providing strategic recommendations related to insurance purchasing, program design, loss control, safety, and claims management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in corporate risk management, insurance brokerage, underwriting, or a related advisory role, preferred
• Strong technical knowledge across major insurance lines and risk financing structures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to advise non‑technical senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect risk decisions to business outcomes.
• M&A or private equity diligence experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.
• Professional certifications preferred: ARM, CPCU, CRM, FRM, RF.

About the Role

As a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM), you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission to improve health outcomes by making nutrition care accessible to more patients. This is a provider-facing field role where your primary goal is to grow patient referrals to Nourish by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams — including primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers.

Your impact will be felt every day: by putting patients first, championing providers as partners, and ensuring more people gain access to life-changing nutrition support. In this role, you’ll report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-moving, values-driven team.

Please note: This is a full-time role and you must be located in Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of growing your territory and building lasting provider partnerships. You’ll have both the autonomy and support to approach the work creatively and effectively, with a clear focus on driving patient impact. Core responsibilities include:

• Field Engagement: Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
• Spotting Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
• Connecting & Converting: Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients’ nutrition care.
• Fostering Relationships: Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals.
• Contributing to Growth: Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team.

What You’ll Do

As a Tax Director, you will: 

• Perform initial and/or final review of manager, tax senior, tax staff and intern work products.
• Act as primary client point of contact for the firm.
• Identify opportunities for value added services for clients by staying abreast of their business needs.

• Resolve work product issues using firm resources.
