As a Hospitality Coordinator, you're the on-the-ground expert keeping our short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work directly shapes guest satisfaction, review scores, and the care of our homeowners' properties.

About the Role
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll serve as the on-the-ground expert responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) for every guest. You’ll perform inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues during and between stays.
This role is a combination of what many companies call a property caretaker and a runner and may at times include work more generally associated with that of a hotel front desk. You’ll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and will report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction, review scores, and how well we care for our homeowners’ properties.

As a Hospitality Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional stays and satisfied owners within your assigned zone. You will be directly responsible for the stewardship of a subset of homes within your zone and the relationships with their owners, while at the same time adopting a team mentality to make sure the entire zone is operating well.
You’ll work alongside Hospitality Coordinators and report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your primary focus will be on operational execution — making sure homes are functional, clean, and stocked (FCS), supporting guest readiness, resolving in-stay issues, and proactively maintaining owner satisfaction.

About the Role
As the Team Lead, Hospitality Operations, you will serve as the day-to-day operational leader of your zone (~100–120 homes). Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage a team of Hospitality Operations Managers and Hospitality Coordinators to deliver a five-star guest experience, maintain homeowner satisfaction, and execute key operating standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in field operations, enjoys mentoring others, and knows how to drive performance without needing full ownership of sales or pricing strategy. Think of it as a mini-GM role with less direct financial responsibility and more operational execution.

About the Role
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll serve as the on-the-ground expert responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) for every guest. You’ll perform inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues during and between stays.
This role is a combination of what many companies call a property caretaker and a runner and may at times include work more generally associated with that of a hotel front desk. You’ll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and will report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction, review scores, and how well we care for our homeowners’ properties.

About This Role
You will work closely with our Business Development Lead to shape Sage’s commercial motion—helping refine how we enter new markets, accelerate land-and-expand, and structure the sales organization for scale.
