Anduril’s Supply Chain team is seeking an Senior Material Flow Engineer to join us. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Passionately work across multiple programs from development to full rate production to scale best-in-class solutions to align with maturity of manufacturing process
• Proactively identify imbalances and bottlenecks caused by inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other production constraints; flag constraints with the appropriate owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality and drive to resolution
• Own the metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring production line health and efficiency, such as cycle time, throughput rate, capacity, utilization, process non-conformities, and inventory accuracy.
• Time studies of current and developing processes to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations.
• Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
• Translate tools and reports into actionable tasks that impact the health of warehouse operations across a plethora of processes and sites.
• Produce and maintain tools to increase accuracy of work demand for new facilities and maturing processes using a data-driven approach using tools such as Value Stream Mapping/ Process Mapping/ Line Balancing techniques
• Be badass and make an impact to the warehouse team. Value incremental improvements and push them to the floor as quickly as possible. Then iterate until we reach a world-class level.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
• 5+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment, where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies are built with heavy data utilization
• Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data, understanding of a variety of hardware manufacturing processes for both electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.) and structures, mechanical components, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Columbus, OH

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with using Siemens Plant Simulation, Visual Components, or Process Simulation software to model a production line and run production scenarios
• Experience with department or factory design and set up - value stream mapping, flow lines, continuous flow, one piece flow, workstation design
• Ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish, measuring each step of the process, creating actionable tasks that culminated in a significant and sustainable business improvement

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Pre-sales experience is required
• 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required. Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
• Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions

We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Cost Accounting to manage and execute full stack cost accounting for a significant portion of Anduril’s portfolio of products. This role is critical to driving accuracy, insight, and control across our
development, manufacturing, and production operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of cost accountants and analysts dedicated to supporting the specific products and their associated production sites.
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical expertise to the team.
• Oversee and continuously improve standard costing practices to ensure accurate product costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
• Responsible for a portion of the Company’s cost accounting close process, including cost roll-ups, variance analysis, absorption reporting, and reconciliations of inventory and work-in-process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience with standard costing in complex, low-volume, high-dollar manufacturing environments, with ability to grow into a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting cost principles (FAR/CAS).

Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking a world-class Senior Material Planner to join our Fury Launch team at Aresenal-1 in Ashville, OH. The Senior Material Planner has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. • Drive product improvement for Road Runner by implementing processes for data collection and incident reporting that will inform activities like detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes and parts, sub-assy, and the vehicle, itself.
• Drive clarity & resolution for development ambiguities associated with product maturity, process stability, and field performance that impact the product meeting it’s quality & reliability goals for volume production.

• Experience leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) efforts for complex problems and issues. Utilizing tools such as 8D, Lean six sigma, Fault tree analysis, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Working knowledge of design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and lethality systems.
• Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements such as Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes.
• A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion.

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking a world-class S&OP Planning Analyst (internally known at Anduril as Demand & Supply Planner) to join our Fury Launch team at Aresenal-1 in Ashville, OH. The Demand & Supply Planner has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools.

The Fury Launch Team (FLT) will set the standard for building the future at Arsenal-1, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ashville, OH. This team will have the opportunity to train under our world-class manufacturing team at Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA for 3 months before bringing that standard of excellence back to Ohio in Q2 of 2026.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.

The Production Control team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including execution of the monthly production plan, coordinating the implementation of engineering changes, maintaining accurate inventory and government property, monitoring the health of the ERP and WMS systems and developing/implementing material flow strategies/processes to support efficient movement of material.

• Strategic Financial Leadership for Arsenal Manufacturing: Provide end-to-end financial management for the Arsenal facility's manufacturing execution.
