What you'll do:

Executive Assistance

• Serve as a right-hand partner to the CEO, acting as an extension of their time, energy, and judgment
• Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision and thoughtfulness for three executives
• Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier execution and communication
• Facilitate internal communications and support executive alignment across functions and teams
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality
• Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operations
• Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine

Office Management

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage the company’s corporate credit card ensuring invoices are submitted and paid on time
• Coordinate weekly EnergyGrub for the Brooklyn office, taking into consideration dietary restrictions
• General physical office duties

About the opportunity

EnergyHub is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist to ensure the success of all our utility and consumer programs. Our platform is used by utilities across the United States to manage demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resource (DER) programs and we are adding several new programs every year. The Specialist would be responsible for helping with the entire end user enrollment process from customer support, incentive processing and invoicing, to attrition management and efforts to improve existing enrollment processes. 

Main Responsibilities: What you’ll do

Enrollment

• Manage and be accountable for the enrollment process of our programs across multiple simultaneous projects
• Coordinate across different data sources to resolve outstanding enrollment applications and questions
• Work with Client Success program managers and clients to provide customers with enrollment incentives across relevant programs; pull and review reporting and secure incentives through external vendors. 
• Implement attrition management processes across device partners so programs have the highest quality aggregations and outcomes.
• Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommended improvements to the product, incentive, invoicing and enrollment processes
• Help manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
• Develop and implement enrollment SLAs to maintain client and customer satisfaction

Support

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity as needed
• Maintain a suite of instructional and troubleshooting documents to assist end customers and utility program staff

About the Opportunity 

As a Software Engineering Intern on our growing EV team, you will design and develop frontend or backend services that support residential EV programs, while maintaining a strong security posture across our infrastructure. Working closely with leading EV
providers such as Tesla and GM, you will improve grid flexibility and enhance the value of our programs.

Partnering with other engineers, you will build new services and products in EnergyHub’s EV platform, engaging homeowners and OEMs on initiatives that unlock the full potential of EVs and deliver meaningful grid impact.

This role can encompass several areas including data monitoring, internal tooling and reporting, integrations with EV OEMs or other third party services, and new features to improve the quality and breadth of our EV solutions. Ideally, we would love our intern to be with us from July to December.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop Kotlin-based or Ruby on Rails-based solutions, working towards well-structured, high-quality code with automated testing
• Develop front-end solutions supporting EV drivers and/or utilities in React
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, internal engineering teams, and stakeholders to contribute to high-impact projects.
• Work within real-world constraints to develop creative solutions that work towards platform flexibility and scalability.
• Contribute to best practices for CI/CD, data modeling, and iterative development (e.g., PoCs, rapid prototyping, milestone-based execution).

Seasonal Customer Programs Associate 

EnergyHub is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of our utility and consumer programs. We are supporting dozens of electric utility programs and we're growing quickly! The Associate will be a key contributor during EnergyHub’s busiest times of the year when our platform is deployed by dozens of utilities to help maintain much of North America’s grid reliability. The Associate will have a unique opportunity to work closely with dozens of Grid Edge experts on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide email support for our program applicants and participants
• Provide a 2nd and 3rd line of support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
• Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
• Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to products and processes
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all program support activity as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer support and/or process management role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a big plus

Tudor’s Macro Pipeline team seeks a Quantitative Researcher to work within a low latency trading team that currently researches and builds low latency trading models in the liquid futures space.  The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include researching and implementing fully automated systematic futures signals and strategies with short to medium horizon.  Suitable candidates will generally have at least 3 years of comparable research experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience researching low latency futures signals and strategies
• An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) from a top institution is preferred
• Strong preference for advanced degrees in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• Excellent understanding of probabilities, statistics and optimization
• Experience manipulating large datasets, including tick-level data

Compensation

• Annual base salary for the position is expected to be from $150,000 per year to $250,000 per year.
