About the opportunity
EnergyHub is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist to ensure the success of all our utility and consumer programs. Our platform is used by utilities across the United States to manage demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resource (DER) programs and we are adding several new programs every year. The Specialist would be responsible for helping with the entire end user enrollment process from customer support, incentive processing and invoicing, to attrition management and efforts to improve existing enrollment processes.

Seasonal Customer Programs Associate
EnergyHub is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of our utility and consumer programs. We are supporting dozens of electric utility programs and we're growing quickly! The Associate will be a key contributor during EnergyHub’s busiest times of the year when our platform is deployed by dozens of utilities to help maintain much of North America’s grid reliability. The Associate will have a unique opportunity to work closely with dozens of Grid Edge experts on a daily basis.
