As an AI-forward enterprise, we are constantly pushing the envelope, leveraging the world’s largest security data lake to power our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. This innovation protects our customers from cyberattacks and data loss by securely connecting users, devices, and applications in any location.
Here, impact in your role matters more than title and trust is built on results. We say, impact over activity. We seek innovators who actively use AI to amplify their impact and who thrive in an environment where we leverage intelligent systems to stay ahead of evolving threats. We believe in transparency and value constructive, honest debate—we’re focused on getting to the best ideas, faster. We build high-performing teams that can make an impact quickly and with high quality. To do this, we are building a culture of execution centered on customer obsession, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
We value high-impact, high-accountability with a sense of urgency where you’re enabled to do your best work and embrace your potential. If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on solving complex challenges, and want to be part of the team that’s helping to secure the AI age, we invite you to bring your talents to Zscaler and help shape the future of cybersecurity.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant - AI Security to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. This is a remote role based in the US, reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting - AI Security. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals passionate about delighting customers and sharing expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. As a key technical partner, you will demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to cement our position as the world leader in cloud security.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Drive business growth by partnering with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
Plan, execute, and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) projects demonstrating product capabilities and business ROI
Form lasting customer relationships to ensure success, facilitate smooth onboarding, and cultivate Zscaler product champions
Act as the voice of the customer by channeling insights to the development team to shape the product roadmap and feature scoping
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Zscaler offerings, developing business value propositions, and monitoring competitor products
Who You Are (Success Profile)
You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.

Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering or consulting

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering to architect and ship autonomous systems that transform the software development lifecycle at Noom.
We are building a future where every step of product development, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and monitoring, is driven by intelligent, autonomous agents. This is not a theoretical exercise. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and productionize agent-powered workflows that reshape how software gets made.
As a senior engineer embedded within Engineering and reporting to the CTO, you will operate at the intersection of LLM orchestration, developer tooling, and production infrastructure, turning manual, human-gated processes into reliable, observable, and autonomous pipelines.
You Will
About You
You have shipped agentic systems to production, not just demos or prototypes, and understand the gap between a working notebook and a reliable, observable production agent. You think in systems, not scripts, designing for failure modes, observability, human escalation paths, and graceful degradation. You’re opinionated about a future software development lifecycle powered by agentic systems and are willing to lean into that future. You stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and agent ecosystem and can quickly evaluate new models, frameworks, and emerging patterns.
If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by building autonomous systems that redefine how software is created, this role may be for you!
