The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications aligned with client program objectives. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across full-stack development, cloud platforms, application integration, and modern AI-driven architectures, along with the ability to collaborate across business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead architecture design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications aligned with client business objectives and program goals.
- Define and govern solution architecture across backend, frontend, integration, security, and cloud layers to ensure scalability, performance, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineering, security, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee backend and frontend web development, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Drive application integration patterns, API strategies, and security enhancements, including identity and access management.
- Ensure alignment of development strategies, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions with overall client program objectives.
- Conduct requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical solutions, and produce clear technical and architectural documentation.
- Oversee solution delivery, providing technical leadership, design reviews, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and enable solutions that leverage generative AI and agentic AI workflows, ensuring architectural compatibility, scalability, and responsible use.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, cloud-native patterns, and AI-driven solution design.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on expertise in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular Framework for frontend web development.
- Solid experience in Backend and Frontend Web Development with scalable design patterns.
- Strong understanding of Application Integration (APIs, messaging, services) and Security best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience integrating AI agentic workflows into enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, including cloud-native architectures and services.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud & Virtualization technologies.
- Good understanding of Data Architecture, including data modeling, data flows, and governance considerations.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing scalable systems leveraging Generative AI technologies.
Domain & Additional Experience
- Background or understanding of Accounting & Auditing concepts and processes is a strong plus.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with architectural governance and strategic thinking.

Staff Full Stack Engineer
Location: Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, or Jersey City Area, NJ

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our next-generation, cloud-based platforms. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who thrives in both hands-on engineering and strategic influence. You’ll own key architectural decisions, guide engineering best practices, mentor teams, and drive major multi-team initiatives that shape the future of our technology organization.
What You’ll Do:
- 60% coding, 20% design, 20% leadership and influence
- Lead architectural strategy across teams and set long-term technical direction
- Unblock engineering teams and design scalable, high-performance solutions
- Drive major cross-team initiatives aligned with product and business priorities
- Make high-impact architectural and technical decisions
- Promote a culture of learning, ownership, and technical excellence
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and understanding financial drivers
What You Need:
- 8+ years developing with JavaScript/TypeScript and one OO language (Java, Go, C/C++, C#, Python, etc.)
- 6+ years architecting and delivering Micro Frontends or similarly complex cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with WebGL, D3.js, or SVG visualizations
- Experience with modern UI libraries (e.g., Angular Material)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS or other IaC/cloud environments
- Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, frontend best practices, UI/UX, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum and optimizing global, enterprise-scale software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, HTML, GraphQL, RPC
What's Nice to Have:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong system design experience (scaling, reliability, design patterns)
- Professional speaking or client-facing experience
- Background in supply chain, cyber supply chain, risk, or analytics
- Experience building modern web platforms from the ground up
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in Micro Frontends and large-scale frontend architecture
- Strong skills in cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, performance optimization, and advanced debugging
- Ability to define and champion a “Golden Path” for frontend development

- Highly collaborative with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Skilled in guiding architectural decisions and influencing technical direction
