We are looking for a junior Product Manager with a major focus on the Customer Service stream. In this role, you will work on making our CS team more efficient, proactive, and personalised, ensuring consistent quality across every interaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst
- Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission
- Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance:
- Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service
- Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts
- Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution
- Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience
Requirements
- Internship (with the possibility to transition into full-time employment)
- STEM degree from a top university (fresh grad) or a final year student
- Full-time:
- STEM degree from a top university
- 6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC)
- A passion for great UX/UI
- Outstanding written communication
- Highly analytical

About the Role:
Your Impact:
- Develop and enhance Kotlin-based backend services that power Wrike’s mobile application
- Contribute to the core platform, including APIs, business logic, and performance optimizations tailored for mobile use cases
- Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, QA, product, and design teammates to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews and peer reviews to maintain engineering quality and consistency
- Help evolve the mobile backend service and propose innovative technical solutions using Kotlin
- Support the delivery of a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experience for Wrike customers
Your Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of software development experience using Java, Spring, MyBatis, PostgreSQL, and Maven
- Production experience building backend systems and services
- Good understanding of backend architecture, SOLID principles, and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API design
- Ability to keep solutions simple, scalable, and maintainable
- Strong communication skills in English
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- At least 1 year of production experience with Kotlin is preferred

- Experience working closely with mobile engineering teams
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
- Background in SaaS products or enterprise software

Job Overview
As the Lead Core Gameplay Designer, you will own the end-to-end player experience. You are responsible for the systems that define how the player interacts with the world—combat, traversal, and core loops. You will lead a team of designers to create deep, engaging mechanics that remain satisfying from the first hour to the hundredth.
Reports to
Design Manager
What will you do?
- Work with Creative and Gameplay director to define for core gameplay systems and their development (e.g., the flow of combat, the weight of movement, or the depth of a progression system).
- Design complex, interlocking systems that allow for emergent gameplay and player expression.
- Write and maintain clear, concise Design Documents (GDDs) that serve as a source of truth for the engineering and art teams.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure mechanics are intuitive and accessible.
- Lead and grow a team of designers, conducting design reviews and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and constructive critique.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years in game design and lead positions, with a focus on systems or gameplay, including a lead role on at least one shipped high-profile title.
- Working within game engines (Unreal Engine 5, Unity, etc.) to prototype and balance mechanics directly. While games uses it's own engine it is quite similar to Unity.
- Ability to deconstruct successful games and translate those observations into actionable design principles.
- Ability to pitch ideas and explain "the why" behind design decisions to both stakeholders and technical teams.
- A strong grasp of UX principles and a passion for accessibility in core gameplay.
