About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Engineer, Growth to join our Growth team. This is a full-stack engineering role for someone who is deeply interested in sales, go-to-market strategy, and revenue systems.
You’ll build and own internal and customer-facing products that sit directly in the GTM motion—tools used by Sales, Partnerships, and Growth to source, qualify, convert, and expand revenue. You’ll work across a modern full-stack environment (PHP/Laravel, Python, TypeScript, Next.js), partnering closely with Sales and Product to turn effective GTM tactics into scalable, well-designed software.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to operate close to the business, ship fast, talk to users daily, and see their work directly impact revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Ship production full-stack code across internal tools, GTM systems, and customer-facing surfaces
- Design and build products that power the sales and partnerships motion—from lead sourcing to deal execution and expansion
- Identify friction across the GTM funnel and ship high-leverage solutions that remove it
- Partner closely with Sales and Growth to translate real workflows into intuitive, scalable software
- Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows for enrichment, qualification, personalization, and follow-up
- Instrument systems to create visibility into performance, usage, and revenue impact
- Test new GTM features and provide direct feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Document systems and patterns so what works once can scale across teams
The Winning Recipe
- Have shipped production software used by real users
- Have 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Enjoy operating close to sales, revenue, and customer feedback loops
- Have experience working with AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Think like a product engineer: you care about UX, outcomes, and adoption—not just code
- Are comfortable working across a modern full-stack environment (e.g. PHP/Laravel, Python, TypeScript, Next.js)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Engineer to join our nimble, high-impact team. As a generalist, you’ll work across the stack—shipping core product features, scaling systems, and improving the user experience. You’ll use cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered development environments, cloud-native platforms, and fast feedback loops to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
What You’ll Do
- Build Full Stack Features: Architect, implement, and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP/TypeScript), and infrastructure.
- Use AI to Accelerate Development: Leverage state of the art generative AI tools to prototype, debug, and automate faster.
- Contribute Across Surfaces: Tackle UI polish, system performance, backend logic, and operational tooling with equal enthusiasm.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work directly with design, product, and operations to define requirements and ship user-facing improvements.

What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2-10 years of engineering experience, ideally with fast-moving product teams

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.)
- Strong product sense and an eye for good UX
- Comfort using AI tools to boost productivity and reduce repetitive work

Compensation is based on your experience and the scope of the role. Final compensation is based on factors like experience, location, and internal equity. This role also includes equity and a full suite of benefits. Typical base salary ranges are:

We’re looking for a deeply technical, strategically minded Domain Architect to lead the next evolution of our platform architecture. In this role, you’ll rapidly assess our existing systems, define convergence opportunities between key domains, and shape the integration strategy that drives scalability, velocity, and long-term technical excellence. You’ll bridge product, engineering, and data to define clear domain boundaries, establish technical standards, and guide the modernization of our architecture—ensuring we balance innovation with business impact.

What you'll be doing:
Strategy
- Evaluate and define the target-state domain architecture across multiple products, identifying convergence opportunities and technical debt reduction paths.
- Design and lead a scalable integration strategy between heterogeneous systems (e.g., Rails <-> Node/React Native via APIs, Kafka, or event streams).
- Define domain boundaries and service ownership models that enable sustainable growth and platform flexibility.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align architectural priorities with product roadmaps and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional discussions on modernization strategy, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
Technical/ Execution

- Architect core platform services—authentication, identity, content, and analytics—shared across web and mobile products.

- Strong AWS architecture experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, EventBridge, SQS/SNS) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
