As a Senior Medical Writer 2, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex scientific and medical information into clear and concise written materials. Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the development of various documents that support our research, clinical trials, and regulatory activities.

About You 

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality written materials are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scientific writing tools is important, and the candidate should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. While knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and biotechnology is advantageous, it is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Document Preparation: Create a wide range of medical and scientific documents, including clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
• Content Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in written materials.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all written materials strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality standards.
• Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support the development of evidence-based documents.
• Data Interpretation: Proficiently interpret and summarize complex scientific data and clinical trial results for various audiences.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with scientists, clinical teams, and regulatory affairs professionals to align written materials with project goals and timelines.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical writers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline). 
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Must have hands on experience with independently drafting CSRs, ICFs, IBs, Protocols, and/or CTD modules
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality written materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scientific writing tools.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and biotechnology is advantageous but not required.

The expected salary range for this role is $148,000 to $161,500 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.

Regional Sales Manager – Air Solutions (Northeast Region)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Air Solutions team, responsible for driving growth across the greater Northeastern United States. In this role, you will serve as the applied channel lead for the region, focused on expanding LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning business throughout Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

As a key leader within the organization, you will develop strategy, lead talent, and build strong external partnerships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, engineering firms, contractors, and owners to identify market needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of regional sales engineers to drive performance across the applied representative channel and achieve regional sales and margin objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party channel partners, strengthening long-term strategic relationships.
• Develop and execute regional commercial account strategies and action plans to meet business plan objectives for the process cooling segment.
• Qualify channel opportunities and manage the sales pipeline providing accurate monthly forecasts for awards and revenue.
• Communicate regularly with Air Solutions leadership regarding pipeline status, market dynamics, and business performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer support by coordinating efforts across the sales team, customer call center, and field support teams.
• Provide voice-of-customer and market insights to optimize LG’s regional offerings and overall value proposition.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and customer advocate, influencing product development and process roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate LG’s value proposition and differentiation.
• Represent LG at industry events, strengthening brand visibility while deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, sales leadership, applied representative management, and/or large account management, with a proven record of driving growth and managing complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical expertise within the Commercial Air Conditioning industry; VRF experience preferred.
• Experience with process cooling systems including scroll chiller products preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and standard Windows applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L management.
