Role Overview

The Executive Engagement Officer supports Axon’s Global Executive Engagement function by coordinating, preparing, and executing executive-level engagement activities across international markets. Working under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Programs & Partners, this role ensures that engagements with senior police, defence, and government leaders are well-prepared, professionally delivered, and effectively followed through. The role focuses on operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and internal alignment rather than setting strategy or owning executive relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of executive engagements with senior leaders across police, defence, and government agencies internationally.
• Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, background research, stakeholder profiles, and meeting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of executive engagements, including stakeholder contacts, engagement history, and agreed next steps.

Experience and Capabilities

• 5+ years’ experience in executive engagement support, government relations, program coordination, or senior stakeholder management.
• Experience working with police, defence, government, or public sector organisations is strongly preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of briefing materials.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when working with senior leaders and sensitive information.

The role 

The Site Selection & Colocation Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing optimal locations for new data center developments and colocation expansions. This role combines real estate strategy, technical due diligence, market analysis, and vendor management to support the company’s global data center growth. The manager will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, finance, legal, and network planning teams to ensure that selected sites meet operational, technical, and business requirements.

The role

Nebius is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Security Manager to lead the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations throughout Europe. This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across multiple European countries, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex cross-border logistics network, and leading the response to security incidents.

The role

Nebius is looking for a DC & IT Tools Development Lead to join the Hardware Infrastructure team. You are welcome to work in our Amsterdam office.

The team designs, develops and supports systems across the DCs lifecycle, including:

• ITDC Terminal (a specialised task tracker used by local DC staff)
• Test/Disposal WH stands (functional testing and decommissioning)
• Logistics & Stocktage tools (asset intake, inventory, movements, and dispatch)
• DC tools (maintenance for engineering and IT equipment in our DCs)

Your focus is to own the direction: architect systems, shape the roadmap, coordinate delivery with a neighbouring backend development group and lead stakeholder engagement. Hands-on work is welcome but not required.

• Own architecture across the portfolio: target designs, system boundaries, interfaces and SLAs.
• Define and maintain the systems roadmap: prioritisation, maturity, risks and success metrics.

The Field Structured Cabling Senior Technician is responsible for managing and controlling structured cabling activities on-site, ensuring installations are completed according to approved designs, specifications, and project schedules. • Maintain accurate field documentation and update tracking spreadsheets or deployment systems.

• Support as-built documentation by ensuring all field changes are captured.

• Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, handling, and staging of cabling materials, including large palletized deliveries.

• Act as the on-site point of contact for structured cabling-related coordination and issue resolution.

• 2–3+ years of relevant field experience in structured cabling or telecommunications.

• Proven hands-on experience with structured cabling deployment (fiber and copper).

About the Role: 

Come Ride With us as our Requirements Planner at our Almelo assembly factory. Reporting into the Supply Planning manager, the Requirements Planner turns approved demand forecasts into a clear, reliable supply plan for the factory and selected external suppliers. We’re looking for a proactive and organised People Operations Associate to join our People team, supporting our European offices — primarily the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

The Role

We are looking for a Group Product Manager / Director of Product to lead our Customs product vertical. You will manage a team of Product Managers while remaining hands-on with the strategy and execution of our most complex technical products. You will own the roadmap for the Global Customs suite, ensuring we deliver compliant, high-velocity clearing solutions for our global customers.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership (Coach): Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 Product Managers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, user empathy, and high-velocity shipping.

Overview

The 3PL Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship, performance, financial oversight, and strategic alignment of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) distribution partner at the Netherlands location. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the 3PL provider at the location.

The primary objective of this role is to continuously enhance service levels, operational efficiency, cost performance, and customer experience with the outsourced distribution operations. This position plays a critical role in launching new initiatives, driving continuous improvement, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the development of Alo’s flexible, customer-centric fulfillment strategy.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on operational leadership, with regular on-site presence at 3PL partner facilities.

Key Responsibilities

3PL Performance & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL distribution partners.
• Manage and monitor 3PL performance across service, cost, capacity, and operational KPIs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs and SLAs to ensure service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular service level reviews and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with 3PL partners.
• Ensure 3PL alignment with Alo’s operational plans, forecasts, and peak readiness strategies.
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation plans, particularly during peak periods.
• Be present on-site at 3PL facilities to oversee performance and drive operational execution.

• Oversee 3PL financial performance, including budget management, invoice reconciliation, and cost control.

Ideal Background and Skills:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience within Europe and Asia; experience working for multinational corporations preferred
• BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or related field
• High proficiency with HR information systems 
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications and comfort using data to complete analyses, drive recommendations and provide executive-level reporting
• Must be fluent in English and Dutch languages. German language skills are a plus

Job Summary: 

The Global Logistics Lead -Europe works with the Supervisor and Director of Global Logistics to lead the Global Logistics team and its activities. This position leads the Global Logistics team to manage and grow the carrier portfolio by developing and improving delivery solutions in the European markets. This position also acts as the key liaison with transportation vendors as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive further logistics efficiencies within the organization. 

Job Expectations: 

• Lead the development of cost- efficient, competitive and compliant shipping solutions that balance customer experience, cost and operational efficiency

The Role 

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the day to day operation by liaising with the various (heads of) departments and suppliers. The Purchasing Coordinator ensure appropriate availability of food-, beverage- and other product at all times as well as ensuring one-off ad-hoc needs are met.

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for accurate tracking of logistics information (orders, receipts, invoices) in the ERP system and for the provision of reliable cost of sales information and reports from the system.

Key Accountabilities

Purchase to Pay

• • Review and raise orders with suppliers based on inputs from the various teams, current stock levels and ad-hoc requests;
  • Maintain contacts with key suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts in place;
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues or one-off ad hoc needs from the teams;
  • Ensure records in the ERP system (Adaco) remain up-to-date in regards of orders, deliveries and invoices as well as standing data (products, suppliers, recipes);
  • Manage a team of two goods receivers and support them to run a smooth internal logistic operation;

Inventory & Cost Control 

• • Support the goods receivers and various teams with their periodic inventory count;
  • With the heads of department, review and analyse outcomes from stock take and follow-up as appropriate;
  • Together with heads of departments, regularly assess set PAR levels and update as appropriate reflecting menu changes and seasonal pattern;
  • Support the finance team on cost control and provide weekly cost of sales reports;

Team Management

• • Manage a team of 2 goods receivers including rota’s, health and safety on the job, people development as well as day to day setting of priorities and ensure all tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner;
  • This role reports into the on-site financial controller and works closely with heads of department including but not limited to chefs, restaurant- / floor managers, bar manager, housekeeping manager, and the maintenance manager;

Working Place & Hours

• • This is a full-time job (38 hours), fully carried out on site in the Soho House in Amsterdam;
  • Typical working hours would be from Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:00, occasionally and in line with business needs this may require some flexibility;

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA. Initially we will hire one role in the region, with a plan to scale the department over time. This person will bring strong Services and/or Partner experience, and will operate at a high level very quickly. This role will report to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success.

This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice. 

Internally, this person will work with other partner functions (Partner Sales, Enablement, Experience, Operations) and key teams at Workato (Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services). Externally, this person will work with partner leaders (executives, practice owners, technical leads, project managers, etc), and will also interact directly with prospective & existing customers as needed. 

This role will be critical in building and scaling the global Partner Success department - creativity and hard work, combined with relevant (and successful) experience are essential.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the full logistics workflow, including monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing system and physical packing, conducting inventory control, handling logistics invoices and purchasing, and providing operational support. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and safety regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external carriers to maintain efficient logistics operations. 

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Shipment Monitoring:
   • Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery. 
   • Communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues or delays.

We’ll coach you to become a true leader in one of our Fulfilment Centers and teach you to supervise 100+ people per day. • Onboarding: One-month immersive training with fellow trainees, workshops, real improvement cases, and site visits to expand your network and supply chain knowledge.

• Operational Management: Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfilment, receive mentorship, and take ownership of operations within two months..

• Analytics: Use floor insights to lead improvement projects, boost efficiency, and customize your development with your team lead.

• Leadership: Become a team lead at your FC, receive training on delivering feedback, recruit new employees, and develop your people skills.

Traineeship Year 2: Leading for impact

• International experience: Opportunity to work at an international Fulfilment Centre (e.g., Paris, Berlin, Hamburg), sharing insights and learning from global teams. 

• Taking ownership: Engage in larger projects covering various aspects of our supply chain, such as optimizing purchasing orders or supporting the launch of new automated FCs or DCs. Leverage your insider knowledge and data-driven project management skills to elevate Picnic's supply chain to the next level. 

Future Opportunities: upon completing the Fast Track to Leadership program, you can step into the role of an experienced Operations Manager or explore various supply chain leadership options within Picnic.

• You are a Master's degree graduate with a specific interest in logistics and supply chain

• You have 0-2 years of full-time work experience

• You gained your first leadership experience with for example a board year, committee work, or voluntary projects

• You're fluent in English

About you

• You are a Master's degree graduate with a specific interest in logistics and supply chain

• You have 0-2 years of full-time work experience

• You gained your first leadership experience with for example a board year, committee work, or voluntary projects

• You're fluent in English

• You possess strong analytical skills making you able to quickly grasp numerical data

• You're ready for a hands-on, operationally-focused role

• You do not shy away from early morning supervisor shifts

• You're eager to make an impact and grow in an innovative company

• You have an EU working permit
