Ready to join us?
Your Role
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Hardware team in Den Bosch and help us build our smart camera and wearables products. You’ll work as part of a multi-functional, autonomous squad using Agile methodology, alongside electrical and mechanical engineers developing the next generation of our products. You’ll be a key player in constantly seeking ways to improve our quality practices and level up the capability of the people around you.
In this position, you’ll:
Establish and scale automation. You’ll design, implement, and maintain the automated testing infrastructure and test suite for the embedded Linux and RTOS firmware. You should have strong experience using automation technologies such as Robot Framework, Docker, and GitHub Actions, as well as experience testing at different levels of the product – including integration, functional, performance, and stress testing.
Collaborate and advise. You’ll work closely with our Hardware, Firmware, and Application Software Engineers, as well as the System Architect, to ensure testability is built into the design and to create a reliable, scalable, and easily updateable firmware system.
Mentor and drive quality. You’ll be a proactive advocate for quality, guiding the team in planning, designing, and delivering comprehensive QA strategies, including both automated and manual testing efforts on complex projects.
Power our next generation of devices. You will help us move early prototypes into robust, fully functioning, and production-ready devices by being the quality partner throughout the development cycle.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Den Bosch, but, with our flexible work policy, there aren't any requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
Expertise in low-level embedded software/firmware testing. You have six or more years of experience in low-level embedded systems and firmware testing, plus you’re an advanced user of a Unix-like operating system.
Technical proficiency. You’re familiar with HDLs and programming/scripting languages, such as C/C++, Rust, Python, Bash, or others, and are willing to learn new technologies when necessary.
Team-player mindset. You’re collaborative and flexible and fully commit to a team; in fact, that’s when you perform at your best.
Nice-to-Haves
A STEM degree. You hold a BSc degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another STEM discipline.
Similar product experience. You’ve worked on and scaled embedded systems, camera technology, wearables, or Linux-based products.
Experience in the sports industry. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within sports technology.
Our Role
Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.
Available Locations: London (hybrid), the Netherlands (remote), Paris, or Munich
About the Role
Cloudflare’s Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) operate at the intersection of product engineering and customer impact.
As an FDE, you will be embedded within one of Cloudflare’s most strategic global customers, working side-by-side with their engineering teams to build and deploy solutions using Cloudflare’s platform. Unlike traditional Solutions Architects or consultants, you will write production code, shape technical architecture, and directly influence how Cloudflare products are used at massive scale.
You will operate as a technical extension of both organizations - helping the customer ship faster while surfacing real-world product insights back to Cloudflare engineering.
This role is ideal for engineers who want to:
Stay deeply technical
Work on real production systems
Influence product direction
Build long-term partnerships with world-class engineering teams
Responsibilities
Deep Technical Embedding: Serve as the dedicated, long-term technical partner within a strategic customer’s engineering organization, operating as a trusted extension of their team.
Production-Level Engineering: Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations directly into customer infrastructure using the Cloudflare platform.
Technical Accountability: Own the account's technical success across the entire Cloudflare portfolio. Serve as the primary technical point of contact, with other Cloudflare technical resources taking direction from your technical strategy for the account.
Operational Integration: Participate in customer engineering rituals, including daily standups, design reviews, and real-time incident response.
Platform Advocacy & Adoption: Identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Cloudflare services, unlocking new capabilities across the customer’s tech stack.
Platform Breadth & Depth: Deep technical competence in building production applications on a modern stack, combined with the willingness and ability to go deep on all Cloudflare product areas. From Workers to security, networking, and observability.
Feedback Loop & Product Influence: Surface real-world edge cases and product gaps directly to Cloudflare’s Product and Engineering teams to influence the developer platform roadmap.
Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted technical relationships with senior leadership (Staff+ engineers, Directors, and VPs).
On-Site Presence: Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations to foster deep collaboration and cultural alignment.
Requirements
Proven Engineering Pedigree: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. You are a builder at heart, with a track record of delivering production-grade systems, not just advising on them.
Production Ownership & Operational Maturity: You have owned mission-critical services with real-world users. You understand the gravity of on-call rotations, the urgency of incident response, and the architectural rigor required to maintain "five nines" uptime.
Active Practitioner: You are currently in the IDE. You have a "ship-first" mentality and maintain a high velocity, staying current with modern frameworks, languages, and deployment patterns.
Full-Stack Architectural Depth: Broad technical fluency across the entire stack—from frontend performance and backend logic to database optimization and distributed infrastructure.
AI-Native Development: You have integrated AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) into your daily development cycle to accelerate prototyping and delivery.
Systems Design & Strategic Thinking: Ability to decompose complex business requirements into scalable, resilient technical architectures. You can visualize the "big picture" without losing sight of the implementation details.
Cloud Ecosystem Fluency: Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including an understanding of serverless, networking, and security primitives.
High Agency & Navigating Ambiguity: You are a self-starter who thrives in "zero-to-one" environments. You don't wait for a ticket; you identify the problem and own the solution from end-to-end.
Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging in high-stakes technical and strategic discussions with VP-level stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex engineering trade-offs into business impact.
Fluency in Hebrew and English
Nice to Have
Direct experience building on Cloudflare Workers, or the broader Cloudflare Developer Platform.
Previous experience at a fast-paced startup or in a customer-facing engineering role where you operated directly within a partner’s codebase.
A visible public profile, including open-source contributions, technical blogging, or speaking engagements at industry conferences.

About the Role
The Staff Qualitative Researcher is Superbet's most senior practitioner of human-centred inquiry. This is a hands-on, high-output IC role. You are the person who knows how to get to the truth of a user's experience: their mental models, their anxieties, their unspoken expectations, their moments of delight and frustration.
You will lead qualitative research across the most strategically important and ambiguous product questions Superbet faces - from understanding how new markets experience sports for the first time, to uncovering the emotional dynamics of live in-play gambling, to defining what responsible gaming actually feels like from a user's perspective. You will work closely with the Principal Quant Researcher and the Research Manager to ensure qualitative and quantitative evidence are always richer together than apart.
You bring methodological mastery, creative curiosity, and the kind of presence that makes participants forget they're being observed and leaders believe you shape company wide narratives. You also bring a future positive mindset: you are actively integrating AI tools into your workflow to do more, faster, without sacrificing the depth that makes qual irreplaceable. You know when AI is helpful and when it is not and can help junior researchers make decisions around when to use them.
What You Will Own
Deep Qualitative Research Execution
Design and independently execute complex, multi-method qualitative research programmes spanning generative discovery, concept exploration, and evaluative depth - not just individual studies but longitudinal programmes of inquiry.
Lead the most high-stakes and ambiguous research briefs: new market entry, new product category launches, trust and safety research, responsible gambling insights, and strategic bets where the organisation has the least existing evidence.
Operate the full qualitative toolkit with mastery: semi-structured and unstructured in-depth interviews, contextual inquiry and ethnographic observation, diary studies and longitudinal panels, participatory design workshops, focus groups, co-creation sessions, and remote moderated/unmoderated studies.
You have deep expertise in mental models, perception, jobs to be done and combining them to paint a rich psychological and workflow design.
Own recruitment strategy end-to-end: define screeners, work with research ops and vendors, build proprietary panels where needed, and ensure participant samples are representative of the diversity of Superbet's user base across markets.
Produce analysis that goes beyond surface themes: you apply systematic coding, grounded theory approaches, interpretive phenomenological analysis, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks - selecting the analytical lens that fits the question, not the one that's familiar.
You inspire product teams to take action and drive progress. You can handle different levels of exposure to research within the company and convert colleagues to champions.
AI-Enhanced Qualitative Workflows
Lead the integration of AI tooling into Superbet's qualitative research practice - not as a replacement for human interpretation but as a force multiplier that increases throughput and analytical depth.
Deploy LLM-assisted transcript analysis pipelines that handle first-pass thematic coding, anomaly flagging, and cross-participant pattern detection - freeing analyst time for higher-order interpretation.
Use AI tools for rapid synthesis across large corpora of qual data: customer feedback, support tickets, app reviews, social listening, and interview transcripts - triangulating signals that would otherwise require weeks of manual work.
Critically evaluate the output of AI-assisted analysis for bias, hallucination, and over-compression - maintaining methodological integrity while embracing efficiency.
Build workflows and documentation that allow the broader team to use AI-assisted qual tools responsibly, and run training sessions that upskill colleagues on both the power and the limits of these tools.
Strategic Insight Generation & Storytelling
Translate raw qualitative data into insight frameworks that have a life beyond the single study: mental model maps, user need taxonomies, experience principles, and behavioural archetypes that inform multiple product teams over multiple quarters.
Craft research deliverables that move people — not slide decks of quotes, but evidence-driven narratives that make stakeholders genuinely see the world through the user's eyes.
Partner with the Principal Quant Researcher to design mixed-methods programmes where qual findings generate hypotheses that quant can test at scale, and where quant anomalies trigger qual investigation.
Present research to senior and executive stakeholders with confidence and authority — you know how to hold the room, handle pushback on findings, and advocate for the user even when their experience is inconvenient for the business.
Maintain a living qualitative insights repository: tag and cross-reference findings so that past research informs present decisions and the organisation's qualitative knowledge compounds over time.
Research Quality, Standards & Community
Set the qualitative methodological bar for the research team: review study designs, discussion guides, and analysis from junior and mid-level researchers - providing specific, developmental feedback that elevates their craft.
Develop and maintain qualitative research standards documentation: best practices for moderation, coding, synthesis, and reporting that are practical, not theoretical.
Act as a qualitative research community builder within Superbet: run internal workshops, share cutting-edge methods from the field, and make qualitative research legible and valued by non-research partners.
Identify opportunities to democratise qualitative methods across Product and Design teams, building guardrails and templates that enable safe self-serve research without compromising rigour.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience
8+ years of UX research experience with a clear depth specialisation in qualitative methods - ideally with experience in both generative and evaluative contexts across the full product development lifecycle.
Mastery of qualitative data collection: exceptional moderation skills across IDIs, focus groups, diary studies, ethnographic observation, and co-design facilitation. You are comfortable in the field, in a lab, and on a video call.
Deep qualitative analysis expertise: systematic thematic analysis, grounded theory, affinity diagramming at scale, IPA, and the judgment to know when interpretive depth is needed versus surface-level synthesis.
Strong mixed-methods fluency: experience designing studies that integrate qual and quant, and the ability to have a credible technical conversation with quantitative researchers about their methodology.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in qualitative workflows - not just awareness, but real implementation with critical assessment of quality and validity.
A track record of qualitative research that influenced major product or strategy decisions, with specific examples you can speak to in depth.
Experience working across multiple markets or cultural contexts - essential given Superbet's multi-country footprint.
Skills & Mindset
World-class moderator: You have a gift for putting participants at ease and creating the conditions where genuine, unguarded truth emerges. You know when to probe, when to wait, and when to redirect.
Interpretive depth: You go beyond what users say to understand what they mean — and you can defend your interpretations with analytical rigour, not just instinct.
AI-enhanced, not AI-dependent: You use AI to go faster and deeper, but your analytical judgement is irreplaceable and you know it. You apply AI tools critically, not uncritically.
Generative thinker: You don't just answer the research question - you reframe it when necessary, spot adjacent insights the brief didn't ask for, and bring back richer evidence than expected.
Empathy with edge: You care deeply about users and can advocate for them powerfully - but you're not naive. You understand the commercial context and know how to make the business case for user-centred decisions.
Cultural intelligence: You are sensitive to the ways that culture shapes how people talk about their experiences, and you adjust your research approach accordingly.
Org Mover - Your research is not theory alone, you know how to make things tangible, bite sized and move people and work forward.
Embrace difficult conversations - Driving research impact is as much about doing good research as it is about convincing people to see things your way. You work with people both easy and difficult to collaborate with to make great experiences come alive.
Nice to Have
MSc or PhD in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, HCI, Cultural Studies, or a related human behaviour field.
Experience in high intensity consumer products, marketplaces, gaming, financial services, with some degree of experience in trust and safety is useful.
Experience with specialist qualitative methods: semiotics, discourse analysis, narrative research, or video ethnography.
Proficiency with qualitative analysis tools: Dovetail, NVivo, MAXQDA, Atlas.ti, Reduct.
Experience building or managing qualitative research panels or longitudinal participant communities.
Published work or conference presentations in a qualitative research or HCI venue.
Why This Role at Superbet
Sports is one of the richest contexts for qualitative research: the experience is emotionally intense, socially embedded, culturally specific, and morally complex. Users have contradictory motivations. Their stated and actual behaviour diverge. The moments of joy and frustration are extreme. Understanding all of this deeply, not just what users click, but why they feel what they feel - is what separates good product decisions from great ones.
Access to a diverse, passionate user base across 12+ markets - every cultural context brings new research challenges.
A team that values qualitative rigour and won't ask you to reduce everything to a number.
Senior visibility: your insights will be read by the CPO and product leadership, not just deposited in a repo.
A Principal Quant Researcher as a genuine peer - someone to build with, argue with, and create better mixed-methods evidence with.
Competitive compensation at Staff IC level with equity and a genuine investment in your development as a researcher.

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
Why this role?
We need someone who has built the platforms and infrastructure that enable quality at scale, not a traditional QA tester. We're looking for the kind of person who set up SonarQube for an org, built quality gates into CI pipelines, created end-to-end testing frameworks, or stood up developer productivity metrics. This hire strengthens our "test" capability and ensures quality is embedded into the delivery pipeline by design.
Overview
We're looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer with a quality engineering and developer productivity background to join Release Engineering. You'll own the tooling and infrastructure that ensures code quality, test reliability, and engineering productivity across all of our stacks, making it easy for engineers to do the right thing by default.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve our code quality infrastructure: static analysis (SonarQube), quality gates, coverage reporting, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Build and maintain testing frameworks and infrastructure: end-to-end testing platforms, test orchestration, flaky test detection, and test environment management.
Define and implement quality gates across the delivery pipeline, from PR checks through staging and production promotion.
Drive developer productivity tooling: build performance monitoring, CI feedback loops, and metrics dashboards (build times, test reliability, cycle time).
Partner with engineering teams to create "golden paths" that embed quality into the standard development workflow without adding friction.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a platform, DevOps, SRE, or developer productivity role with a strong quality engineering focus.
Hands-on experience setting up and operating code quality platforms (SonarQube, CodeClimate, or similar) and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.
Experience building or maintaining test automation infrastructure (not writing test cases, but building the platforms that enable testing at scale).
Familiarity with CI/CD systems, containerized environments, and build tooling.
An engineering mindset: you solve quality problems with tooling and automation, not manual processes.
Nice to Have
Experience with Bazel or monorepo build systems and their quality/testing integrations.
Background in developer productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE, or custom frameworks).
Familiarity with test impact analysis, selective test execution, or AI-assisted quality tooling.
Experience working in a multi-stack environment (Go, JS/TS, Erlang/Elixir).

An overview of this role
As the first Engineering Manager embedded the Upstream Studios organization at GitLab, you'll lead a focused team of Engineers responsible for two foundational surfaces: the Pajamas Design System, which powers the coherence of the entire GitLab product, and docs.gitlab.com, the documentation platform serving millions of GitLab users and contributors worldwide.
This is a rare opportunity to define what engineering leadership looks like inside a design organization. You’ll report to the Chief Design Officer and partner closely with Product Design, Technical Writing, Localization, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering leaders across GitLab. Critically, the design system is a contribution-based, company-wide platform that engineers across the entire organization depend on and actively participate in. Building those partnerships and making it easier for engineers everywhere to contribute to Pajamas will be central to your success.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader and people manager in equal measure: guiding architecture decisions, shaping contribution workflows, and helping a small, high-impact team do some of the most leveraged work at GitLab.
What you'll do
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, working across the Pajamas Design System and the GitLab documentation site.
Define and build the engineering practice within Upstream Studios–this is a new function and you’ll have real influence over how it takes shape.
Guide architecture and technical decisions for the design system (components, tokens, patterns) and the docs site (performance, reliability, infrastructure, localization).
Help others across the organization understand the strategic value of a well-maintained design system and documentation platform.
Advocates for engineering quality: technical debt, accessibility standards, customer issues, security, and platform reliability.
Collaborate with Product Design and Technical Writing to translate design and content needs into scalable technical solutions
What you'll bring
Experience leading infrastructure, platform, or development teams, with a track record of building high-performing, values-aligned teams.
Deep expertise in design systems–including design tokens, component architecture, accessibility standards, and contribution models.
Excellent technical background, including professional experience with Git, docs-as-code, Hugo, accessibility and building and maintaining a design system.
Experience of building and supporting multi-lingual sites and localization workflows at scale.
Professional experience with JavaScript (Vue.js) and familiarity with Elasticsearch, Ruby/Go, AI tools, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Strong expertise in running and scaling large, consumer-grade platforms, with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and scalability.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process.
Passion for open source and developer tools, with a commitment to GitLab's values, inclusive culture, and high-performance expectations.
About the team
Upstream Studios is the full-stack experience organization for GitLab. We imagine it, we design it, we document it, we ship it—partnering across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver a continuous deployment of quality.
We integrate research, design, frontend engineering, documentation, and brand into a unified delivery pipeline, shaping how customers experience GitLab from first impression to final deployment. For more information on how we work, see the Upstream Studios section of the GitLab Handbook.

🌎 Hire Location (we can only hire for this role in the following countries): United Kingdom | Ireland | The Netherlands
Everyone’s racing to build AI. Workera exists for the 8 billion people who have to work alongside it.
While the world’s attention is on creating new tools, someone has to solve the other side of the equation: the humans. The workforce is going through the biggest transformation in a generation and most organizations are navigating it blind, without the data to understand what their people can actually do, where the gaps are, or how to close them fast enough.
That’s what we build. Workera’s skills intelligence platform is the critical infrastructure for the AI era. It’s the layer that lets organizations understand, mobilize, manage, and develop their talent with precision. Trusted by the Fortune 500 and powered by proprietary AI agents, we’re the company helping the world’s largest organizations not just survive the transition to AI, but lead it.
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer whose heart is in the backend — someone excited to architect and own the systems that power our AI-native platform, built on Elixir/Phoenix. You’ll join small, autonomous project teams (2–3 people) that take full ownership of a feature from scoping and prototyping through to rollout and user feedback, with the depth to contribute across the stack and the instinct to lead from the backend. AI fluency isn’t optional here — you will use agentic coding and AI agents as a core part of how you work and build.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
As Workera scales its AI-native platform to serve global enterprise customers, we need senior engineering talent who can own critical backend systems end-to-end. This role exists to add to our EMEA engineering team, bringing someone with depth and ownership — shipping high-stakes, platform-critical features while advancing our AI-first engineering culture.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll join a cross-functional team operating at the intersection of generative AI, enterprise software, and talent transformation. Your immediate engineering team consists of four engineers, supported by a product designer, product manager, and engineering manager, all based in the EMEA region. The team values deep work and async communication — with only a few regular touchpoints each week — so you’ll have plenty of uninterrupted time to build.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
This isn’t a list of tasks. These are the outcomes you’re accountable for:
Architect and own backend systems that are robust, performant, and built to scale with a growing enterprise customer base
Lead full projects end-to-end — owning scoping, architecture, build, and rollout — within a small autonomous team
Ship AI-powered product features using agentic coding workflows and LLM integrations as a core part of how you build
Identify and drive cross-team technical initiatives that advance Workera’s AI-first engineering organization
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues throughout the full stack with speed and confidence
Contribute on the frontend (Phoenix + React) when needed, bringing a full-stack perspective to backend-led ownership
HOW YOU’LL RAMP
We don’t expect you to figure it out alone. Here’s what great looks like at each stage:
First 30 Days — Learn the Machine
Immerse yourself in Workera’s platform, customers, and the problems we’re solving. You’ll shadow key workflows and understand how AI is embedded in day-to-day operations across teams
Get fully up to speed with our development process and begin using AI tools and agentic coding workflows to learn and contribute to the codebase
By 90 Days — Ship Something Real
Own your first meaningful deliverable and demonstrate end-to-end execution
Be fully up to speed with our development process and using AI tools and agentic coding workflows to learn about and contribute to the codebase
Deliver a project in a small team that touches every relevant part of the codebase, and be ready to troubleshoot production issues throughout the stack
By 6 Months — Multiply Your Impact
Operate with full autonomy in your domain; your team relies on your judgment
Have built or deployed at least one AI-assisted workflow that the team adopts
Lead a full project, owning scoping, architecture, build, and rollout end-to-end
Identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation to increase leverage and impact in your team
Deeply understand our market position and communicate clearly in cross-functional discussions
We’re a fast-moving company — the scope and shape of this role will evolve as we do.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for signal, not checkboxes. Here’s what matters most:
7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend specialization in a SaaS or startup environment — full-stack capability is valued, but your heart is in the backend
Practical experience building scalable backend systems top to bottom — ideally in Elixir/Phoenix/PostgreSQL; Go, Erlang, or Clojure backgrounds also considered; a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly is a must if you don’t have Elixir experience
Deep expertise delivering platform-critical, high-stakes backend projects where robustness, performance, and troubleshooting are non-negotiable
Day-to-day use of AI tools to enhance personal productivity (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent); bonus for experience building user-facing GenAI features
Strong user and customer orientation — you understand and optimize user flows, not just code
Willingness and ability to contribute on the frontend when needed (Phoenix + React)
2+ years working with a fully remote, async team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfort working in an AI-first environment where intelligent automation and experimentation are part of daily operations, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to improve productivity and decision-making
Strong systems thinking — ability to see how your backend work connects to a broader AI-driven platform and enterprise customers
The details: remote work & tech stack
You should be located in the UK, Ireland, or the Netherlands. You are free to choose working hours that suit you best, as long as there is an overlap with your team for most of the day.
Our stack primarily consists of Elixir + PostgreSQL on the backend and Phoenix on the frontend (with some pockets of React). We monitor performance using Sentry, and our platform is hosted on AWS, running on Docker containers defined in Terraform. Our platform is AI-native, and we make extensive use of LLMs in our application. Our code lives on GitHub — in fact, GitHub, Slack and Linear is where most of the collaboration happens. We practice using Loom to demo our work.
HOW WE WORK: AI IS THE DEFAULT
At Workera, AI isn’t a feature we sell — it’s how we operate. Every team member is expected to:
Use AI daily. AI assistants, copilots, and automation tools are part of your stack — not optional extras. We expect you to actively experiment with new tools and push the boundary of what’s possible in your function.
Build your own leverage. Our marketers write code. Our PMs build automations. Our ops team deploys agents. If a workflow can be automated, you’re expected to automate it — or work with someone who can.
Think in systems, not tasks. We value people who build repeatable, scalable solutions over people who grind through one-off work. Your goal is to make your function run smarter, not just harder.
AI fluency is a cultural expectation, not a line item on a job description.

FAQ
Do I need a quantitative background? It's a strong advantage, but not a hard requirement. If your internships and projects demonstrate real hands-on ownership and data-driven thinking, we'll consider your application. You do need a Master's degree, basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and relevant work experience.
Does the program include rotations? No, intentionally. We believe depth creates ownership, and ownership creates impact. Rather than rotating across teams, you’ll go deep in one area, build real expertise, and gradually expand your scope as your impact grows. If you have topic preferences, tell us during the process.
In what language should I apply? English. Please include your CV and Master's degree transcript or any other relevant test scores (e.g., GMAT)
What are the long-term opportunities after the program? This program is a fast track into a high-impact career at Picnic, it’s an entry point for a long-term future, not a two-year stopover.
Career paths here are as varied as the people on them. Some grow vertically, building deep expertise and a team around them as their project expands. Others move laterally - from Commercial to Fulfilment, Distribution to Customer, or wherever their strengths and ambitions take them. What they share is real ownership, real impact, and a career they shaped themselves.

Partner with UX to ensure tone of voice consistency across marketing and product experiences. Present ideas confidently and manage stakeholders effectively.
Raise the Creative Bar: Maintain a high standard of craft across all outputs - from big campaign ideas to high-volume transactional assets. Be proactive, challenge the status quo and continuously look for smarter, more scalable ways of working.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to re-design our safety capability from the ground up. This is not a role for a policy-checker; it is for an architect who views safety as an integral part of operational excellence. You will define the strategy, set the standards, and ensure that safety is embedded into every workflow across our Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Hubs, and Fleet. Your work does not stop there. Creating a safety culture requires the ability to move our workforce and change their mindset. You start with a blank sheet and the responsibility to create a program that scales.
What you’ll do

Who we are Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.
About the role We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve Data Capture, the surface where every Typeform creator builds and every respondent answers.
Typeform's respondent experience is widely recognised as one of the best in the market. Behind that experience sits Data Capture: the form builder, the blocks library that powers every question and interaction, and the formats through which respondents engage. As Typeform expands into new use cases and AI powered experiences, this surface must evolve toward a composable foundation that supports conversational, page based, embedded, video, voice, and AI moderated interactions from a unified architecture.
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of Data Capture across three teams. You will manage two Senior Product Managers, carry IC ownership on one of the teams, and drive the architectural evolution of the surface into the composable primitives.
About the team Data Capture owns the creator and respondent experience end to end. It is made up of three teams: • Create & Design — the form builder, design system, brand kits, and multi language. • Blocks — the library of question types and the renderer that powers them across every experience. • Agentic forms — AI-native surfaces: voice agents, video interviews, and AI-moderated flows where the form thinks, asks follow-ups, and adapts in real time.
The group works closely with platform engineering, product design, Typeform AI, Integrations, and the teams driving end to end customer journeys. Its mission is to keep Typeform's surface market leading on craft while expanding into the components and formats our customers need.
Things you will do • Define and drive the strategy for Data Capture in line with the Group's vision and priorities, with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing for 2026 and 2027 • Lead the replatforming of the surface into composable primitives consumable across multiple surfaces in the organisation • Define and ship the AI-native evolution of Data Capture: Smart Blocks, AI-moderated interviews, voice and video respondent flows, and the primitives that make them composable • Partner with Typeform AI to land agentic respondent experiences in production at the scale of 500 million responses a year, without fragmenting the core platform • Hold the quality bar across the group on specs, discovery, instrumentation, and craft • Partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, and product leadership to align on priorities and technical direction • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making. • Use data and customer insight to identify opportunities and measure product impact. • Show strong ownership and high agency: proactively identify risks, unblock teams, and push things forward • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and sales to align on priorities and technical direction • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations to identify opportunities and guide strategy
What you already bring to the table • A strategic thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership • AI-native operator: builds with LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks daily and treats AI fluency as a core multiplier, not a buzzword. Has a point of view on what AI-first respondent experiences should feel like • Real depth in agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool use, or action execution frameworks, with a view on how they ship in production at scale • Architectural conviction: Familiarity with platform architecture, sufficient to partner on renderer refactoring and modular and composable architecture decisions • Technical depth: comfort engaging with engineers on architecture, system design, and the underlying primitives (APIs, webhooks, rendered components, data contracts, event flows) that connect blocks to downstream consumers, not only the abstraction layer • Comfort with technical trade off discussions around performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and architectural direction • Experience managing Product Managers while owning IC work on one team • Experience defining mid and long term product strategy across multiple teams in fast moving environments • Strong product sense and the ability to identify what creates a great creator and respondent experience • Customer first mindset with strong discovery and validation skills; pairs early customer signal with data to test ideas fast • A data driven approach to decision making and prioritisation; able to set the measurement model for a surface without leaning on a data analyst for every question • Strong storytelling and strategic framing: able to bring alignment and influence group and leadership level decisions through clarity and narrative • High agency: doesn't wait to be told, thrives in moving things forward proactively • Passionate about mentoring others and contributing to a strong product culture • Always learning, always improving, and invested in building great things with others
Nice to have • Familiarity with AI enhanced product experiences such as AI moderated workflows, smart logic, or agentic flows • Experience leading platform or infrastructure level product initiatives • Experience driving architectural or platform refactoring initiatives, especially transitions from product facing to platform composable structures • Experience with developer facing surfaces such as webhooks, APIs, SDKs, and event systems
This is where you will make an impact You will own the surface that every Typeform creator builds on and every respondent answers through.
By evolving Data Capture into a composable foundation, you will unlock faster innovation across the platform and shape how hundreds of millions of people interact with forms every year.
*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe. We move as one team, empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective. This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust. We are an equal opportunity employer
We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
We help creators get more out of every conversation with Instagram-focused automations and support for other channels like Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.
With a diverse team of 350+ people across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform — trusted by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide. AI is one of our top strategic priorities. We’re building intelligent, production-grade systems that power conversations at scale — and we’re just getting started.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
We’re hiring a Senior Python Engineer to help build Conversational AI inside Manychat — a production system that enables creators to manage high-volume Instagram conversations at scale. This team is solving that problem by building AI-powered experiences that help creators respond faster, convert more leads, and focus on growing their business. Your work will directly influence how conversations turn into measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-load, real-world backend environments and enjoys tackling the practical challenges of production AI: reliability, latency, observability, quality control, and safe behavior at scale. You take ownership, think in systems to turn ambiguity into shipped, impactful solutions.
YOUR FUTURE TEAMMATES 👋
Meet the AI team:
We build AI systems from the ground up — not research silos, but production-ready services that power Manychat at scale. Our strong Python foundation fits naturally into a high-load, product-driven environment.
We collaborate closely with AI Experts, Product Managers, Designers — contributing to architecture, delivery, and reliability decisions that drive speed, stability, and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
Design, build, and scale AI-powered backend services embedded directly into the Manychat platform.
Architect scalable, async Python services operating in high-load, production environments.
Integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure-hosted models, etc.) with a strong focus on reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Design and maintain internal and external APIs, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Own features end-to-end — from discovery and technical design through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Ensure production reliability through strong observability practices (monitoring, logging, alerting).
Implement and maintain high-quality unit and integration test coverage.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve release processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, AI experts, and Platform teams in a Scrum environment.
Connect engineering decisions to measurable product and business impact.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll need:
5+ years of commercial Python development in production environments.
Strong expertise in modern Python frameworks (FastAPI preferred; Django/Flask acceptable).
Solid experience designing and integrating APIs (including third-party services).
Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency (AsyncIO, non-blocking I/O).
Experience working with PostgreSQL and large datasets.
Experience building and maintaining high-load backend systems.
Strong testing practices (unit and integration tests; PyTest preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
Strong ownership and product mindset — able to align with stakeholders and connect engineering work to business impact.
It would be great if you have:
Experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML features into production systems.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts applied in real-world products.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience with containerization (Docker).
Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience with Meta or TikTok APIs.
Exposure to distributed systems architecture.
WHAT WE OFFER 🤗
We care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort:
🌍 Hybrid onboarding to start remotely and relocation support for you and your family.
💙 Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.
📚 Professional development budget for conferences, courses, and learning resources.
🫶 Flexible benefits package tailored to your priorities.
🪴 Hybrid work and generous leave options for work-life balance.
🍽️ In-office perks including free meals and snacks.
🤝 Company-funded sports activities, annual offsites, and team-building events.
