The role

We’re looking for a Security Product Manager to join our team. Security Product Manager is responsible for conveying the company’s security strengths to customers, partners and the market at large. This includes participating in relevant security partnership initiatives, influencing security positioning and branding, and working closely with internal teams to ensure company’s security posture and security products is communicated effectively to all stakeholders. By combining expertise in compliance requirements with a customer-centric approach, Security Product Manager helps position security as a competitive advantage rather than just an internal obligation. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Product Management 

• Define the vision and roadmap for Nebius’ security products. 
• Owning the ideation, postmortem, prioritization, backlog, and customer feedback processes. 
• Guiding new features, systems and services from inception to launch, while keeping customers at the center of everything. 

2. Customer-facing communications 

• Lead public-facing communications around security updates or changes in compliance status. 
• In the event of a security incident, coordinate user messaging (email notifications, press releases, FAQs) with support from the Head of Security Products and CISO. 
• Gather user feedback on user experience and security to guide continuous improvements. 

 3. Competitive analysis and market research 

• Conduct ongoing research on industry benchmarks, emerging security standards and technologies, and competitor certifications. 
• Identify gaps and opportunities in organization’s product security posture; propose strategic initiatives that differentiate the company’s security story in the market. 
• Stay informed about new regulations or frameworks that may influence future product certifications or transparency requirements (e.g., privacy laws, data sovereignty standards). 

 4. Certification and audit support, service ownership 

• Collaborate with the CISO office to gather technical evidence or make necessary product enhancements that satisfy certification requirements. 
• Take ownership of some security-related services of Cloud platform. 
• Track and maintain a certification roadmap (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPPA, etc.), working closely with CISO, GRC & Compliance, Corporate Security departments. Communicate timelines, goals and status updates to leadership and sales representatives. 

5. Cross-functional collaboration 

• Coordinate with multiple Product Managers to align security goals with other product roadmaps, ensuring a consistent narrative between product security and external messaging. 
• Work with Platform Security, GRC & Corporate Security and legal teams to gather essential information for security products enhancements (e.g., penetration test summaries, compliance reports). 
• Work with Customer-facing teams to address client inquiries about security posture and guide them on using security features optimally. 

We expect you to have: 

• 3+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience with a focus on security initiatives. 
• Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and familiarity with how they translate into business value. 
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner (e.g., writing content, speaking at webinars or conferences). 
• Stakeholder management skills to align with other Product Managers, CISO staff, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams. 
• Analytical mindset: comfortable defining success metrics (e.g., security feature adoption, NPS around trust, certification progress) and making data-driven decisions. 
• Project management skills: demonstrated ability to manage inter-team collaboration within company-wide projects, ensuring timely delivery of cross-functional tasks and alignment with compliance goals. 

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

•  Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP; prior experience in regulated industries; prior experience working for Cloud Service Provider.

Role & Team

As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple teams to evolve a suite of web and internal tools that enable utility companies to more effectively manage risks associated with climate change and wildfires.

We are seeking improvement in the following areas:

• Performance & Scalability: ensure that our product can handle 3x YoY growth 
• Accelerate time to value of new product capabilities
• Reduce the amount of manual work required to ingest vegetation analysis into our customer facing tools

At Overstory, our Staff Engineers are hands-on technical leaders whose influence extends beyond their team either through leading cross team initiatives, making technology choices for critical aspects of our technology platform or solving for critical technical challenges within teams enabling our business to achieve our rapid scaling plans (growing 3x YoY). 

This role will start off being primarily team scoped solving critical scaling challenges. There is scope to expand remit as we grow.

Time zone requirement: Europe (GMT/WET, CET, EET) and Eastern North America (NST, AST, EST)

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in a high growth scaleup environment 
• Product minded and able to demonstrate significant impact you have had on a business through the application of technology
• Proven experience of full stack development across the following (or similar) technologies: React/Typescript, Python/fastAPI, Postgres DB, Data pipelines)
• Comfortable working in a build it, run it environment (GCP, cloud run, grafana, k8s) - or similar
• Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach engineers at all levels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with evolving technologies and industry trends

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead People operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific. This role flexible to be based in either Hoofddorp, Netherlands or Frankfurt, Germany or Stockholm, Sweden. This role supports employees across the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Malaysia, and other growing regions.

As Airspace continues to expand internationally, this role will play a critical part in scaling our People function and enhancing the employee experience across regions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief of Staff and collaborate closely with our HR Director to ensure global alignment on policies, programs, systems, and best practices.

Role Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the HR function for Airspace’s Europe and APAC operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a consistent employee experience across all regions.
• Manage and coach the HR Officer in Malaysia, providing mentorship, guidance, and alignment on company-wide initiatives and HR best practices.
• Partner with global HR counterparts to align policies, programs, and systems for a cohesive, one-Airspace approach to People operations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
• Partner with Global Payroll Specialist ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee global benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless, efficient experience for employees across all countries.
• Enhance company culture by promoting engagement, recognition, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures that improve efficiency, compliance, and the employee experience, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Partner with Senior Corporate Recruiter and help drive recruiting efforts and liaise with  hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and support local recruitment efforts.
• Drive sustainable HR system management (e.g., Rippling), ensuring data integrity and consistent adoption across all regions.
• Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations, particularly Dutch labor law (knowledge of German and Swedish labor law is a plus).
• Foster a strong cross-regional partnership between Europe, APAC, and U.S. headquarters to share insights, promote consistency, and advance company-wide initiatives.
• Drive change management efforts and act as a culture ambassador, ensuring Airspace remains a safe, compliant, and equitable workplace.

Ideal Background and Skills:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience within Europe and Asia; experience working for multinational corporations preferred
• BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or related field
• High proficiency with HR information systems 
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications and comfort using data to complete analyses, drive recommendations and provide executive-level reporting
• Must be fluent in English and Dutch languages. German language skills are a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable working with senior business partners on a daily basis
• Strong project management experience coupled with self-motivation and ability to effectively prioritize to meet business needs
• Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with people from different geographies and backgrounds

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Salary range: €75,000 - €85,000 or local equivalent
