The Atlas Enablement team is looking for a senior software engineer to help us build the next generation of the internal Atlas development platform, enabling hundreds of MongoDB Atlas engineers to scale alongside our customers.
The Atlas Enablement team empowers autonomous product teams to build robust, reliable, and secure distributed systems for the Atlas product line. By investing in the systems, tooling, and education that drive our developer platform, we elevate the engineering experience for all Atlas engineers and promote a loosely coupled architecture and operational excellence. Our goal is to equip developers with the platform and expertise required to implement highly available, secure systems that meet our customers' growing needs today and for the next decade.
This role is fully remote, with travel to our New York City office up to twice annually for team on-sites.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will help us deliver features such as:
- A highly available configuration management system that allows our distributed control plane fleet within Atlas to react to incremental or global configuration changes
- Multi-region resilience for our asynchronous application workflows platform, which drives all async processing for the Atlas control plane
- Expanded language support for a baseline set of common libraries, ensuring integrations with internal systems enforce our standards for security, compliance, and availability
- A continuous deployment platform with built-in safety guardrails to ensure misconfigurations, bugs, and performance degradation are caught as early as possible
Baseline Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems
- Experience managing the end-to-end development lifecycle, including building, deploying, and operating software at scale
- Experience mitigating and resolving outages or other high-impact events in production cloud environments
- The ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks after alignment with the team and stakeholders
- A proven track record of identifying problems, implementing solutions, and delivering complex projects in distributed systems
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills, with a desire to collaborate with colleagues and multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise building common libraries and tooling to support internal application development
- Deep understanding of CI/CD systems, including linting, testing, and various deployment strategies
- A strong command of multiple programming languages and monorepo technologies

Aviation Project Engineer
We are looking to hire an Aviation Project Engineer. We offer opportunities to work on a variety of complex local airport agency and private clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and hold a PE.
Location
This position will have a hybrid work schedule and when in the office could work out of any of the 45 Benesch locations. The following locations have an aviation team and or focus on aviation business development: Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, 4 locations throughout Nebraska (Bellevue, Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha) and 4 locations throughout Kansas (Kansas City, Wichita, Topeka, Manhattan), and Kansas City, MO. Remote work will be considered.
The Impact You Will Have
- Design responsibility for elements such as pavement, drainage, utilities, lighting/NAVAIDS, security and fuel facilities
- Responsible for project design calculation files, ensuring adequate independent quality control reviews
- Manage the process of compiling and coordinating plans, specifications, cost estimates and pay items
- Coordinate and review drafting and the assembly of plan sets
- Develop and oversee task work plans for assigned team members
- Engage in active team communication
- Organize technical meetings among design staff
- Perform occasional field construction observation, sometimes requiring out-of-town travel
- Active involvement in professional organizations

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
- Experience with FAA design standards

About the position:
The Netskope Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
You will work closely with customers and partners as your primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Support team. You will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base. Heavy travel within the territory is required and as necessary to support other company-based engagements within the US.

Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills ranging from tech level up to senior executives. Comfortable in public speaking and presenting to both internal and external executive audiences.
- Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs.
- Love and passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction even when faced with difficult customers.
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration Linux, MacOS and Windows-based systems
- Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, working with remote access and site to site VPN technologies, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security and understand but also write regex expressions
- Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
- Experience working with Active Directory Services including ADFS, working knowledge of Azure AD is desired
- Experience working with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP)
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
- Travel - within region. Experience working in and selling cloud-based technologies (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS).
Desire:
- Demonstrable experience with scripting languages such as Python, and REST API framework.
- Prior experience with other vendor Cloud Security solutions is advantageous.
- Strong security skills that would include hands-on experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper along with other appropriate certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC/JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, etc).
- Agile Scrum Certification: CSPO, CSM, or CSP | Project Management Certification: PMP
- Advanced level network technology certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, CCSP, JNCIE, etc).

Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site.

Enterprise Solutions Engineer
We’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical owner and strategic problem-solver for our Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of our most complex accounts, from initial implementation through long-term evolution and plays a key role in shaping how Workshop’s product supports enterprise-scale needs.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, owning complex technical setups, designing scalable solutions, and influencing product direction based on real customer needs. You will be a trusted technical partner to our largest customers and a critical voice internally for how Workshop grows as an enterprise-ready platform.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for Enterprise customer accounts, from implementation through long-term evolution
- Lead complex technical implementations in close partnership with Onboarding Project Managers
- Serve as the primary, long-term technical point of contact for Enterprise customers post-onboarding
- Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers to support renewals, expansions, and evolving enterprise use cases
- Act as the technical authority on Enterprise accounts, proactively identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities
- Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering to design and deliver solutions for complex, non-standard customer requirements
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and influence product decisions toward scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
- Create and maintain technical standards, documentation, and best practices to support consistency and scale
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, or similar) owning complex implementations and long-term technical relationships
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise environments, including:
- Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Email infrastructure, DNS, and email security tooling
- Identity and access management solutions (Okta, Active Directory, SSO, etc.)
- Experience supporting or integrating with enterprise systems such as HRIS, Payroll, or other internal systems
- Familiarity with enterprise change management processes, IT governance, and security review workflows
- Proven ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering to design customer-driven, scalable solutions
