Technician II - Turf Masters Lawn Care
Technician II's are responsible for delivering professional lawn care services, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products. This role involves diagnosing lawn issues, executing treatment plans, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- No experience required
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application preferred but not required; training provided.
- Obtaining & maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s) if applicable.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices.
General Responsibilities:
- Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and other lawn care chemicals according to company guidelines and application guidelines.
- Follow the assigned route to complete daily scheduled services on time.
- Evaluate lawn conditions, including grass health, soil quality, and pest issues, to determine appropriate treatments.
- Operate and maintain application equipment, such as sprayers and spreaders, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with customers, answering questions about services and products.
- Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their lawns after treatment, as well as any observed lawn issues and provide tips for ongoing maintenance.
- Document and communicate any complex customer concerns or requests to the Service Manager for resolution.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Handle chemicals responsibly, adhering to state and federal regulations as well as company standards.
- Maintain certifications or licenses required for chemical application.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and application rates.
- Submit daily service logs and reports to the Service Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
- Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on application equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
Pay Range: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads. This is a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads.
What you will do:

Real Estate Acquisition Consultant
The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is a remote role (does not report to an office everyday) however you will be responsible for conducting in person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis.
What you will do:
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
About You:
- You have 4+ years of sales experience
- You have been consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- You have great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- You have proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)

Position Summary
We have experienced significant growth in recent years and are now seeking to add a Senior Developer to our development team who has full-stack experience and PHP expertise. This position will play a key role in helping us solve platform challenges, modernize our stack, and elevate the customer experience.
We are seeking a well-rounded software developer who has been involved in every aspect of development from definition to launch and who enjoys working collaboratively with team members across the organization to fully understand needs and translate them into technical capabilities. We have a small team so this role will be involved in a broad range of work, and you’ll be able to see the outcomes and impact of your work directly.
This position can be done mostly remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Our headquarters is in Dallas-Fort Worth, and we have several team members based in Nashville, so our preference is for this position to be based in or near one of those locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and evolution of high-performance and scalable web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Optimize and maintain existing codebase for maximum efficiency and security
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure adoption of the latest technologies and methods
The Senior Developer will also support the VP of IT on a wide range of technology initiatives. Here are examples of tasks and projects this role may be involved in:

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of well-rounded experience in software development within AWS environments and working collaboratively with team members cross-functionally
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining large-scale web applications
- Experience transitioning from legacy systems to new technologies
- Deep experience with PHP
- Experience with Laravel version 9 or later in a production environment
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proven experience with database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience working on a small team in an early-stage company or similar high growth environment is a plus
- Experience with automating testing and/or QA is a plus
- Experience with modern Front-End Frameworks (React, Vue.js or Angular) is a plus

What you will do:

House Buyers of America is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for bidding, managing and negotiating all contracts for our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of purchasing including developing detailed scopes of work and recruiting new contractors/ vendors. This is a 100% remote role.
What you will do:
- Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets and work with Field Managers to ensure contractors are performing work per the contract

- Partner with senior management to determine spec levels

About you:
