Votre rôle ?  

Au sein d’une équipe Scrum de 6 à 9 personnes, vous participerez aux étapes de développement de nos solutions (de la spécification jusqu’à l’intégration) : 

• Intégration et assemblage des applications Java : Assurer la compatibilité et l'assemblage des différents modules pour garantir une plateforme fonctionnelle. 

• Automatisation des tests : Concevoir, développer et maintenir des suites de tests automatisés couvrant tous les aspects (unitaires, intégration, performance, sécurité). 

• Environnements de test et CI/CD : Gérer la configuration et l'automatisation des environnements de test, en intégrant les processus dans les pipelines CI/CD. 

• Collaboration avec les équipes : Participer aux revues de conception, apporter un regard critique sur la testabilité et améliorer la qualité logicielle. 

• Plans et stratégies de test : Définir et mettre en place des plans de test couvrant les aspects fonctionnels et non fonctionnels. 

• Suivi et analyse : Exécuter les tests, analyser les bugs et collaborer avec les développeurs pour améliorer le code. 

• Documentation et reporting : Prioriser et documenter les anomalies dans les outils de suivi. 

• Amélioration continue : Optimiser les stratégies de test pour accélérer les processus et améliorer la couverture. 

• Mentorat et leadership : Encadrer les membres plus juniors, partager ses connaissances, promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en automatisation des tests, et avoir la capacité d’évoluer progressivement vers un rôle de référent technique sur ces sujets.

• Des dizaines de milliers de tests (unitaires et d’intégration) exécutés à chaque push, incluant des tests fonctionnels avec Cucumber. 

• Aux détours de certaines parties du produit, vous pourrez être confronté(e) à d’autres technologies telles que TypeScript, React, Kafka, Stack ELK... 

Et si c'était vous ? 

Vous êtes un Ingénieur SDET / DevOps expérimenté, passionné par l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue des processus de test avec comme compétences :  

• Java (intermédiaire) : Expérience concrète en développement backend Java nécessaire pour intégrer, étendre et maintenir les tests automatisés existants et développer de nouveaux modules fonctionnels. 

• DevOps / CI/CD (avancé) : Maîtrise des outils GitLab CI, Docker et pipelines complexes. 

• Test automation (avancé) : Conception et évolution de frameworks de tests automatisés. 

• Linux (intermédiaire à avancé) : Maîtrise des environnements et scripting (Bash, Shell). 

• Qualité logicielle (avancé) : Application des meilleures pratiques (code reviews, gestion des anomalies, métriques qualité) 

• Anglais (avancé) : Nécessaire pour lire les spécifications, rédiger du code et de la documentation et échange avec les équipes basées à l'étranger.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the Customer Care Contact team in the Business Performance domain.

Your mission will be to build AI-powered tools that revolutionize how healthcare professionals deliver care. You will work on Doctolib Assistant, our AI personal assistant designed to assist doctors and medical staff in their daily work—from answering complex medical questions to automating administrative tasks with accuracy, reliability, and safety.

What you'll build

• Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems powering Doctolib Assistant, our AI personal assistant that addresses key challenges for healthcare professionals
• Build and improve AI agents and our orchestration systems
• Partner with data scientists to design and implement evaluation pipelines, security/safety guardrails, and metrics—while taking ownership of operational AI projects as data science teams focus on exploratory research
• Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities including memory, reasoning orchestration, tool adapters, and multi-agent coordination, ensuring strong observability, fallback mechanisms, and fail-safe behaviors
• Own performance, observability and security: monitoring dashboards, SLO/SLI, and security posture
• Ensure privacy and security by design, with a particular focus on medical data sensitivity

What you'll bring

• Have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Design System & Accessibility Team and help us become the #1 digital and secure medical companion for patients.

We are part of the Platform domain, whose mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.

Why this role matters: With 80% of Doctolib's traffic coming from mobile, we're on a mission to bridge the gap between our Web and Mobile Design Systems. You'll be a key player in unifying the user experience across platforms.

As a Frontend Platform team, we support and empower all other Doctolib Tech and Product teams to create Accessible and best-in-class user experience frontend applications. We achieve our mission by providing a web and mobile design system, by writing supporting tooling around it and the Accessibility topic, and guidance as Accessibility experts.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable Web and mobile Design System built with React and React Native, ensuring a consistent, accessible, and high-performance user experience across Doctolib's web and mobile applications.
• Drive the convergence of Web and Mobile Design Systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across React and React Native components.
• Develop and maintain React Native components, enabling seamless cross-platform experiences.
• Upskill and mentor team members on React Native best practices, fostering a culture of mobile-first thinking within the Design System team.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Designers to translate Figma designs into robust, reusable UI components, ensuring visual and functional parity between design and code.
