As the Engineering Manager for the OrgStore Blueprint Team, you will lead a high-performing team of software engineers, guiding them in building and maintaining these mission-critical systems. • Guide and mentor a diverse team of 4-8 software engineers, fostering their career growth while ensuring high team performance.

Product Analytics aims to help developers, product managers and designers understand their users, take data-oriented product decisions and evaluate the impact of technical issues on their customer base. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product Analytics Backend team, you'll join a new, fast-growing product area. The Data Science team designs and builds algorithmically driven features in the Datadog app. We work across a range of applications, primarily focusing on analysis on streaming data such as anomaly detection, error outliers and faulty deployment analysis. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the Customer Care Contact team in the Business Performance domain.

Your mission will be to build AI-powered tools that revolutionize how healthcare professionals deliver care. You will work on Doctolib Assistant, our AI personal assistant designed to assist doctors and medical staff in their daily work—from answering complex medical questions to automating administrative tasks with accuracy, reliability, and safety.

• Partner with data scientists to design and implement evaluation pipelines, security/safety guardrails, and metrics—while taking ownership of operational AI projects as data science teams focus on exploratory research
