About the role:

As a Senior Value Consultant, you will own the financial narrative behind Parloa’s most strategic enterprise deals by shaping how customers understand, quantify, and commit to the value of agentic AI. You’ll operate at the intersection of Sales, Solution Engineering, and executive stakeholders, turning AI capabilities into clear, defensible business outcomes.

Areas of ownership:

• Value Engineering & Deal Support: Lead value engagements across the sales cycle, from early-stage value framing to late-stage deal support and post-live validation for strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Business Case Development: Build robust, CFO-grade ROI models that quantify impact across cost reduction, productivity, revenue, and customer experience.
• Executive Value Discovery: Facilitate value discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes.
• Value-led Selling Enablement: Develop frameworks, narratives, and tooling that enable Sales and Solution Engineering to lead confident, value-driven conversations.

Who you are:

• 5–8+ years of experience in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory roles within enterprise SaaS or B2B environments
• Proven track record of owning ROI models and business cases that influenced €1M+ enterprise deals involving finance and procurement stakeholders
• Strong financial modeling expertise (e.g. NPV, IRR, TCO, payback), with the ability to build, defend, and adapt models in real time
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments with ambiguity and time pressure
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling business narratives
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for multi-scenario modeling, combined with strong presentation capabilities
• High level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with cross-functional teams

As Lead of FP&A, you will be the central driver of financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support at ARX Robotics. Reporting directly to the Director Finance, you will build and lead the FP&A function, deliver actionable financial insights to the leadership team, and ensure robust planning processes that support the company's growth trajectory in the European defense market. 

Key Responsibilities 

Financial Planning & Budgeting 

• Own and drive the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning 

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow 

• Coordinate cross-functional input from engineering, operations, commercial, and HR to build consolidated plans 

Business Performance Analysis 

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting to the C-Level and board 

• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) and provide clear, actionable commentary 

• Track and report on key financial and operational KPIs across the business 

Strategic Decision Support 

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Director Finance, CFO and wider leadership team 

• Provide financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market entry, partnerships, and M&A opportunities 

• Model and evaluate different growth scenarios and their financial implications 

Revenue & Project Controlling 

• Support revenue forecasting and project-level financial tracking in collaboration with commercial and program management teams 

• Analyze project margins, milestone-based revenue recognition, and advance payment structures 

• Drive visibility into unit economics and fully loaded cost structures 

Working Capital & Cash Flow 

• Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting in collaboration with the Treasury Manager 

• Monitor working capital KPIs (DSO, DPO, DIO) and drive optimization initiatives 

• Ensure alignment between operational plans and liquidity requirements 

Team Leadership & Process Building 

• Build, lead, and develop the FP&A team as the company scales 

• Establish scalable FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards 

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of planning and BI tools 

• Foster a data-driven culture across the finance function and the broader organization 

Stakeholder & Investor Reporting 

• Prepare financial materials for board meetings, investor updates, and funding rounds 
• Support the Director Finance and CFO in external reporting requirements and stakeholder communication 
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial narratives across all reporting channels 

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus 
• 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting with a strong financial focus 
• Proven track record of building or significantly scaling an FP&A function 
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development 
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics 
• Experience with project-based or milestone-driven revenue models is highly desirable 
• Proficiency in ERP systems and modern FP&A/BI tools (e.g., SAP 4/Hana Public Cloud, Looker Studios, or similar)

• Architecting the agentic future: Lead the transition from manual and system-supported workflows to AI-enabled, increasingly autonomous processes across all global functions. You will take AI initiatives from concept to production and ensure they are fully integrated into business operations.
• Rethinking & Rebuilding our system landscape: You have a full mandate to rethink our entire current setup. If it doesn't serve our future as an AI-first company, your mission is to simplify legacy structures and rebuild our enterprise backbone from the ground up.
