Role: Senior Integrated Designer  / Multimedia Designer

Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:   

The Integrated Designer / Multimedia Designer is responsible for driving the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns and content. You will collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, AI designers, and  to bring UL beauty, luxury, and premium consumer stories to life through sophisticated and engaging visuals. 

What you will be doing: 

Creative Development: 

• Lead motion graphics and video content creation for global campaigns. 
• Turn complex briefs into innovative motion assets for all platforms. 
• Collaborate with teams to ensure visual storytelling is effective. 
• Mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality and creative team output. 
• Track motion design trends and recommend new creative approaches regularly. 
• Ensure all content adheres to UL branding and creative standards. 
• Efficiently deliver multiple projects, meeting all deadlines and budgets.

Technical Expertise: 

• Advanced proficiency with After Effects for motion graphics and animation. 
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro. 
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya). 
• Knowledge of video editing, color grading, and sound integration. 
• Familiarity with rendering processes and file optimization for digital platforms. 
• Ability to storyboard, animate, and create compelling visual narratives. 
• Understanding of current motion design trends and visual storytelling techniques. 
• Experience integrating AI tools or assets into motion workflows is a plus. 

Content Production: 

• Manage end-to-end production of motion graphics and animated videos.

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and creating digital content, interactive programs and videos for Beauty/Lifestyle brands. With a thorough understanding of user centred design and how different digital channels present different challenges and opportunities the Multimedia Designer is skilled at combining text, audio, animation, photography, and video to create engaging and impactful content. 

The Motion Graphic Designer focus on moving motion animation for each of the digital asset to enhance the storytelling based on the creative idea of the Lead Creator/Digital Designer. 

What you will be doing:   

• Responsible for the successful delivery of multimedia content across a range of platforms 
• Thorough understanding user centred design and how different digital channels present different challenges and opportunities for each asset 
• Ability to conceptualise and develop the animation for the moving motion asset 
• Ability to input at early project stages, effectively communicating technical, creative, and production issues and solutions both internally and to the client

What you need to be great in this role:  

• Should have minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a motion graphic designer  
• Someone who is immersed in digital culture and involved in the ideation process as well as being able to utilise the Adobe Creative Suite software with a thorough understanding of storyboarding, video capture, editing and distribution of digital video. 
• Hands on experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. 
• Typically 2+ years proven track record in a digital media design background 
• Experience with beauty or skincare product digital advertising is a bonus
