Safety and Compliance:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally with a focus on chemical, explosives, or energetics industries.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing diverse and dynamic teams.

Anduril’s Rocket Motor Systems group is seeking a Program Quality Engineer to join our team in McHenry Mississippi. The Rocket Motor Systems team designs, develops, and manufactures next-generation solid rocket motors for defense and space applications at Anduril.

As a Sr. Program Quality Engineer, you will work inside and outside the organization to define and execute processes that deliver reliable products. The right person for this role has expert knowledge of manufacturing, quality assurance, and quality planning, with drive for continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the implementation and management of specific customer quality flow down requirements throughout the contract lifecycle, including supplier flow down.

• Lead the development of Product Control Plans (PCP) and Inspection Plans (IP) to support program-specific requirements.
• Support supplier, customer, and internal audit activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing), Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering, with a significant portion in a Program Quality or Supplier Quality role within the aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated hardware development and manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and implementing industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001) and customer-specific flow-down requirements.
• Strong proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA), Nonconformance management, FAI (AS9102), GD&T, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.
• Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or equivalent qualification methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders.

• Proven track record of architecting, building, and scaling production operations from NPI to sustained high-rate manufacturing (e.g., 1000s of units/year). Experience establishing new facilities or significantly expanding existing ones is highly valued.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Rocket Motor Systems is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Developmental Operations to oversee the development manufacturing activities of Rocket Motor Systems at our state-of-the-art facilities. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in establishing, managing, and optimizing developmental operations processes for our cutting-edge rocket motor systems, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency while preparing for the transition to full-rate production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Embrace the ownership and leadership for the growth of developmental operations to include maturing processes, improving workflows, and defining systems in alignment with Anduril’s rigorous AS9100 quality management system, EHS systems, and drive efficiency improvements through continuous improvement efforts. This position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) , specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates Relativity’s propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. You’ll work in a close-knit, dynamic environment where collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is not only encouraged, but expected. As the company scales, the Stennis Test team becomes even more critical to unlocking our next phase of growth: proving out full-stage systems and paving the way for routine, reliable flights of Terran R.

 About the Role:

• Serve as an Electrical Engineer connecting various internal technical teams to define electrical requirements and develop solutions on a wide variety of projects.
• Act as the owner’s representative to external consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Manage electrical utility construction activities for test stand facilities, including developing conceptual drawings/designs, requests for proposals, competitive bidding, bid evaluations, subcontractor selection, and subcontractor management for Stennis Space Center sites and other facilities across Relativity’s real estate portfolio.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the existing electrical distribution system, including developing maintenance and testing procedures for all AC power distribution equipment.
• Lead the design of electrical distribution systems for the Terran R and A2 test complexes.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities in coordination with the project manager for the Terran R test complex.
• Oversee commissioning and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot AC power requests for Stennis Space Center facilities.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on electrical power systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC).
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: analysis/design, hands-on field work, project management, or project execution.
