Overview
With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and also our recent recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we find the need for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push our missing forward.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

The Customer Success Representative (CSR) at Numerix plays a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of a global and diverse customer base, spanning multiple industries and cultural backgrounds. This role focuses on proactive engagement, product adoption support, and coordination with internal teams to deliver operational excellence. The CSR acts as a trusted partner to clients, helping them maximize value from Numerix solutions while building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as traders, portfolio managers, risk managers, model validation teams, quantitative analysts, and development teams.
This is an individual contributor role, execution-focused, designed to support financial services clients while developing domain expertise in capital markets and risk analytics. The role may require flexibility to accommodate global time zones and occasional availability outside standard working hours.

Notre client est un acteur engagé dans la micro-finance et l’inclusion financière, utilisant la donnée pour renforcer ses dispositifs à impact social.
Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données pour fournir des insights pertinents et soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et opérationnelle.
Collecter des données internes et externes pertinentes pour les équipes
Garantir la qualité, l’intégrité et la cohérence des données
Intégrer et consolider des sources variées (ERP, CRM, fichiers Excel, bases SQL…)
Identifier tendances, anomalies et opportunités à partir des données
Élaborer modèles statistiques et rapports analytiques
Fournir des recommandations pour améliorer la performance de l’organisation
Créer et maintenir des dashboards interactifs (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…)
Produire des rapports réguliers pour la direction et les équipes métiers
Présenter les résultats de manière claire pour des non-spécialistes

Formation
Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Statistiques, Mathématiques, Informatique, Data Science ou équivalent
Expérience
Minimum 2 ans en analyse de données, reporting ou business intelligence
Compétences techniques
Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
SQL, Excel avancé, Python ou R
Connaissance des bases de données et systèmes ERP/CRM
Statistiques et modélisation de données
Qualités personnelles
Esprit analytique et rigoureux
