ABOUT THE ROLE 

• As the Global AI-Enhanced Quality Manager, you will define the future of quality at SharkNinja. You’ll lead global QA standards across human and AI-assisted channels, ensuring we deliver empathetic, consistent, and high-performing consumer experiences worldwide. You’ll modernize our approach to quality—shifting from traditional sampling to intelligent, AI-informed assessment—while ensuring our programs build trust and reinforce our Hear It, Feel It, Fix It philosophy. You’ll partner with Technology to influence how tools evolve and with regional leaders to ensure global alignment with local nuance. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Lead global QA strategy, scorecard design, calibration models, and quality expectations across all regions and channels. 

• Modernize QA practices by integrating AI-supported evaluation, behavioral cues, and near-real-time performance visibility. 

• Partner with Technology to inform requirements, training data needs, and workflow enhancements for AI QA tools. 

• Drive global calibration practices to ensure fairness, alignment, and consistent agent evaluation. 

• Identify agent capability gaps and collaborate with Global L&D on training and coaching interventions. 

• Provide guidance to Operations, regional QA leaders, and BPO partners to maintain high standards and continuous improvement. 

• Translate QA learnings into clear actions that elevate empathy, trust, and the consumer experience. 

• Ensure SharkNinja provides all consumers with an extraordinary 5-star experience regardless of their preferred contact channel  

• Promote a culture of curiosity, quality, and rapid problem-solving in alignment with Hear It, Feel It, Fix It.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or similar discipline; equivalent experience welcome. 

• 6+ years of experience in QA leadership, contact center operations, or consumer experience performance roles. 

• Deep understanding of QA frameworks, calibration practices, and performance drivers. 

• Experience working with or influencing AI-supported QA tools; ZOOM an asset. 

• Ability to drive global standardization while respecting cultural and linguistic differences. 

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect quality trends to meaningful actions. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-regional leaders and partners.

The opportunity
Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
• Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.
• Mentor engineers across the team, share patterns broadly, and decompose ambiguous problems into the highest-value path forward.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
• Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
• Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

• Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.

About the Role

The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. The role combines deep hands-on Java engineering with architectural ownership — from high-level system design and technology selection to leading delivery of critical, cross-cutting platform capabilities.

At this level, engineering excellence extends beyond implementation: the engineer determines the right approach to complex problems, communicates technical decisions across functions, participates in hiring, and is accountable for the long-term health of the systems they own. This level demands sound judgment on technology and business trade-offs and the ability to act as a technical lead. A defining expectation is mastery of AI-assisted engineering — leveraging agentic AI tools as force multipliers while retaining full ownership of architecture, quality, and technical outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Expert Java engineering: Deep understanding of Java internals — GC tuning, Collections Framework, advanced concurrency (java.util.concurrent, multithreading), NIO/NIO2, performance profiling, and heap-dump analysis. Mastery of Spring Framework (IoC/DI, bean lifecycle, Spring Boot). SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and GoF design patterns
• Software architecture and design patterns: Expertise in monolith and microservices architectural styles — including migration patterns and domain-driven decomposition. Inter-process communication design (REST, gRPC, messaging), transaction management in distributed systems (Sagas, 2PC), CQRS, Event Sourcing, and external API design focused on scalability, security, and documentation
• Cloud-native platforms and infrastructure: Experience designing high-availability and high-load systems on GCP (preferred), AWS, and Azure. Cloud security best practices: IAM, VPC, data encryption, JWT/JWS/JWE. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) and Twelve-Factor App methodology
• Observability, reliability and deployment: Implementing full observability stacks: structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics, and alerting. SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks. Deployment strategies: Rolling Updates, Blue/Green Deployments, Canary Releases
• AI-assisted engineering: Practitioner-level command of agentic AI tools applied to software engineering — encompassing prompt engineering techniques, AI context management and its limitations, sub-agents, skills and plugins, multi-agent orchestration, and team-of-agents architectures. Experience with Claude Code (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI), or equivalent is mandatory

What You'll Do

• Architecture and technology leadership: Lead high-level design for complex, cross-service features. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns before delegating implementation. Produce and maintain architecture documentation: design docs, ADRs, tech specs, and wiki pages
• Advanced Java feature implementation: Own and implement critical product components — including prototyping, architecture validation, and production-grade code. Ensure correctness, performance, and long-term maintainability with comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, contract, component)
• Technical roadmap contribution: Drive the engineering agenda for assigned product areas. Proactively identify gaps in requirements, architectural limitations, and technical risks. Contribute to product roadmap planning and delivery estimation. Participate in hiring processes
• Cross-functional technical communication: Drive technical communication across engineering, product, DevOps, and ML teams. Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Produce design documents and participate in tech talks and knowledge-sharing sessions
• AI-augmented engineering: Direct agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) across the full engineering workflow — code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced prompt engineering, manage AI context limitations, compose multi-agent orchestration workflows, and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and quality. Ability to establish guardrails and improve agent configurations to raise the quality bar. AI proficiency amplifies — it does not replace — deep engineering judgment and technical accountability

About Our Process

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.

We recognise and respect the time candidates invest in this process. In return, Behavox commits significant time and resources to ensure that those who join us have the capability, judgment, and alignment required to operate at the speed and level of complexity our work demands. We value efficiency and clarity on both sides; if at any point we determine that a candidate is not a fit, we reserve the right to immediately conclude the interview or the technical assessment.

As a senior media planner, you will be responsible for developing integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and the agency’s standards of creativity. You will be an inspiring and challenging creativity agent, as well as a trusted advisor to your clients.

EVERY DAY YOU WILL

• Develop original multimedia campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, media partners, and creative agencies, while ensuring synergy with the brand strategies developed by the communication agency;
