• Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making

• Partner closely with account managers, specialists and channel partners to create a seamless and holistic customer experience and strategy to drive revenue growth and net new business
• Delight customers and teammates with your technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN product spaces
• Take control of evaluations,  benchmarks and system configurations
• Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations with vigor to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts
• Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacity
• Seek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation
• Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges
• Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives
• Stay current with the competition and ensure that materials accurately reflect the latest, differentiated solution positioning

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Pre-sales experience is required
• 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required. Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
• Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
• Must have a familiarity with modern web architecture a plus (LAMP stack, scale-out vs scale-up architectures, AWS well-architected framework, microservices architecture)
• Prior experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
• Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
• Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)
• Previous experience with Linux, NFS file systems and Linux distributed network environment
• Installation/configuration of distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystem, storage subsystems architecture, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, windowing systems
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers
• Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, k8s and microservices architectures a plus

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience delivering consumer-facing mobile software, with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivering end-to-end product outcomes that measurably improved engagement, retention, or conversion.

This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format. 

This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume

onX is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer to drive operational excellence across high-impact, cross-functional marketing campaigns. onX is seeking a Sr. Partnerships Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated marketing lead embedded within our growing partnerships program — the connective tissue between our internal marketing teams and the marketing organizations of our brand and sponsorship partners. You'll bring genuine marketing expertise from the earliest stages of a partnership, shaping what we build together, how we bring it to market, and how we measure success. You'll be the person in the room when marketing decisions get made — not tacked on at the end, but present and influential from the start.

Partnership Strategy & Relationships

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partner organizations, building trusted, senior-level relationships with their marketing and brand teams.
• Work "attached at the hip" with onX's Partnerships Program Manager, bringing the marketing expertise and strategic voice that complements their program management role.
• Represent onX's marketing perspective during deal formation — not just at launch — asking the right questions and ensuring marketing value is built into every partnership from the start.
• Own the feedback loop between partner stakeholders and onX's internal creative, brand, web, and growth teams.

Go-to-Market & Campaign Development

• Lead co-marketing strategy for each partnership — knowing when to apply a brand-level approach and when to go deep into the culture of a specific vertical (Hunt, Offroad, Fish, Backcountry, etc.).
• Identify and prioritize net-new marketing channels through partnerships — retail co-op, event sponsorships, outfitter agreements, non-profit co-promotions — based on onX's growth roadmap.
• Arrive at every partner engagement with a recommendation, a baseline message, and a clear vision for what great looks like.
• Build and maintain onX's partnerships playbook — our philosophy on how we partner, the menu of co-marketing capabilities we offer, and how we think about audience alignment and mutual value.
• Develop tiered partnership frameworks defining what Tier 1, 2, and 3 relationships look like in terms of marketing commitments and deliverables — reducing guesswork and last-minute pivots.

Project Management & Operational Excellence

• Own end-to-end briefing, scoping, and coordination for every partnership marketing initiative — from brief through launch.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of partner moments and campaign windows that feeds proactively into the broader marketing calendar.
• Be the single point of contact for the marketing component of every active partnership — the person who knows what's happening, what's due, and what just changed.
• Build scalable workflows, templates, and playbooks that turn partnership marketing from a series of one-off requests into a repeatable acquisition channel.
• Enforce creative and brand guidelines with partner teams before anything goes to production.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as a creative multiplier — arrive with the strategic rationale, audience insight, message hierarchy, and a POV on execution already in hand.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed: scrubbing scripts, attending shoots, writing briefs, managing feedback cycles, and staying on partner calls until it's right.
• Route partner audience insights to the right internal teams to create testable opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with product marketing, lifecycle, growth, web, and creative to ensure partner campaigns show up consistently across every touchpoint.
• Embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows — experimenting in real work, refining with sound judgment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in partnerships marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a role that required direct management of external partner marketing relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute co-marketing programs end-to-end, from strategy through measurement — you've built this before and have results to show.
• Strong marketing expertise to hold your own as a strategic voice — not just a project coordinator — in rooms with senior brand and marketing leaders at large partner organizations.
• Exceptional project management skills: you can hold a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative together across internal teams and external partners without things falling through the cracks.
• A multiplier mindset — you reduce friction, bring a POV, and make the teams around you better, rather than adding a layer of telephone between partners and execution teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists — building new playbooks, frameworks, tiering systems, and workflows doesn't intimidate you, it excites you.
• A strong curiosity for exploring new technologies, including AI

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

onX is seeking a Senior Manager, Vertical Marketing to lead growth for our Backcountry app—our digital companion for human-powered recreation. You will help shape how Backcountry shows up in the market during a pivotal stage of its evolution, as we sharpen differentiation and unlock the next phase of growth.

You will operate as a marketing leader who is both strategic and deeply hands-on. You will own the full-funnel growth strategy, with a focus on identifying and testing non-traditional growth levers that connect in-field product value to compelling go-to-market narratives. Success in this role depends on rapid experimentation, learning from real customer behavior, and translating insight into action.

In close partnership with the GM of Backcountry, the Backcountry Product Manager, and the CMO you will play an active role in positioning the product, communicating its value, and accelerating efficient growth as the business scales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Growth Strategy & Hands-on Execution

• Own the full-funnel growth strategy for onX Backcountry. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing on opportunities to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Lead channel management strategy, taking a hands-on approach to guide the team and directly manage key channels as needed, while empowering your team to own their respective areas and contribute effectively.
• Work closely with the GM of Backcountry, Backcountry Product Manager, and CMO to position Backcountry for its next phase of breakout growth
• Develop and execute a high-velocity experimentation roadmap to unlock new growth levers, using AI-supported analysis and rapid testing to accelerate learning, surface insights, and focus investment on what works.
• Partner with subject matter experts across the company to generate new marketing programs and direct or influence testing roadmaps for multiple channels including influencer marketing, partnerships, paid media, social media, digital user acquisition, lifecycle, PR, and events.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid experimentation.
• Enable your team members to contribute productively by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and coaching, and removing roadblocks to their success.

• Leverage data from market trends, customer behavior, and performance — using AI-supported synthesis and pattern detection — to refine strategy and identify new opportunities for impact.
• Partner closely with Business Intelligence and Finance teams to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns. Deeply understand subscription-based B2C business metrics (LTV:CAC, ARPU, ARR, etc.) to identify and explore new opportunities and approaches.
• Effectively communicate Backcountry’s performance, learnings, and plans across onX, translating complex, AI-supported analysis into clear, actionable narratives for diverse stakeholders.
