Legend Biotech is seeking a Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway Associate as part of the Commercial team based Remotely (Midwest Region).
Role Overview
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate is a selective, high-impact role designed to accelerate the development of the next generation of commercial leaders at Legend Biotech.
LEAP Associates participate in a structured, end-to-end commercial development experience spanning key commercial functions, paired with real accountability, senior leader exposure, and hands-on ownership of meaningful business work. The program is intentionally designed for high-potential professionals who have demonstrated strong execution, leadership maturity, and a desire to grow into broader commercial leadership roles within biotech.
Unlike traditional entry-level or functional roles, LEAP Associates are positioned as enterprise-minded contributors, expected to think strategically, execute rigorously, operate across functions, and continuously elevate how work gets done, including through modern, AI-enabled ways of working.
Upon successful completion, participants are expected to be ready for expanded-scope commercial roles within the organization.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. SAMs will be responsible for product performance at a territory level and expected to be a disease category expert and product champion. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location. About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is currently searching for a Regional Business Director (RBD) to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. The RBD will be primarily responsible for the supervision and leadership of an industry shaping, uniquely structured salesforce leveraging the use of a highly sophisticated digital infrastructure. All RBDs will be aligned to geographical territories and assume full ownership of driving sales within the region.
The RBD is responsible for sales performance at a Region level and is expected to be a product champion and exhibit the business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace. This is a cross-functional front-line leader role that will focus on the launch of our new Migraine medication. The position is field-based and will require travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.

Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs. Position Overview
The Diagnostics Hematology Specialist will contribute to Adaptive’s overall sales objective by utilizing their Hematology / Oncology background, relationships, and successful sales experiences to perform assigned sales-related activities to exceed sales goals. This sales role is primarily responsible for the sales growth of all their targeted accounts in the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the territory and administrative requirements efficiently to drive product sales. This role will act as the primary customer contact for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals with products, services, and information to enable customers to use and prescribe Adaptive’s portfolio of products safely and effectively.
