We are seeking to hire an Architect to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Pittsburgh and/or Miami, FL offices and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:
As an Architect at Woolpert, you will:
- Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
- Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
- Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
What You Will Bring:
- A Master’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
- Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) - Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

What You’ll Do
- Lead creative projects across digital, bringing ideas to life with originality, strategic thinking, and precision using AI.
- Lead and refine AI production workflows across projects, setting the standard for AI-integrated creative execution.
- Own the content creation process end-to-end—from concept and scripting to execution—using AI as a creative accelerator.
- Originate and pitch concepts that leverage the latest AI video and content technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate how AI can solve complex or “impossible” creative briefs—faster, better, and more imaginatively.
- Design and execute AI-driven social media strategies that grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Spot trends early and translate them into compelling, platform-native content.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to transform strategic ideas into engaging stories and campaigns.
- Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.
- Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines while integrating AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and creative experimentation.
- Direct deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, and creative strategy.
- A strong foundation in branding, visual design, and user experience.
- High degree in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- A powerful design portfolio demonstrating originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, ideally including AI-enhanced work. Portfolio should include examples of visual design, branding, presentation decks, graphic design, print, and information visualization, AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI models, VEO 3, OpenAI Nano Banana, Seedance, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing, and trend analysis.
- Ability to bridge the gap between traditional cinematic craft and the frontier of Generative AI.
- Proven experience creating audiovisual content across digital channels.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Knowledge of designing social assets, visuals, video storytelling.
- Strong understanding of what performs on each platform—and why.
- Ability to hook trends, visuals, and data, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives real results.
- Experience generating content ideas and scripts and repurposing content efficiently across platforms.
- A natural storyteller with excellent taste, style, and design sensibility.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on reach, engagement, growth, and impact.
- Ability to think in visuals, narratives, and data.

We are seeking to hire an Architect to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Pittsburgh and/or Miami, FL offices and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:
As an Architect at Woolpert, you will:
- Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
- Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
- Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
What You Will Bring:
- A Master’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
- Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) - Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Position Summary:
As the Assistant Designer you will manage the administrative and follow-up aspects of the product design process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of the line from initial concept to final production handoff. You will actively support the design team's creative vision by preparing technical sketches, managing approvals, and attending technical fitting directives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development Support: Actively participate in the creative process by providing recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to the line, and new concepts.
Technical Sketching & Specification: Responsible for the precise design details of products, including preparing and consistently updating technical sketches (in Adobe Illustrator) and specifications.
Product Consistency: Assist in ensuring that the product design is cohesive, trend-relevant, and aligned with Perry Ellis's established business strategy and brand aesthetic.
Fittings & Execution: Lead or actively participate in technical design fittings, clearly defining and communicating go-forward directives to ensure updates are executed accurately and on time.
Design Package Completion: Ensure the product design package is complete, accurate, and handed off on time to the product development team, technical design department, and vendors for the creation of prototypes and salesmen samples.
Approval Process Management: Monitor and manage the approval process for material and color components, including lab-dips, knit-downs, strike-offs, and handlooms.
Qualifications:
A college degree in Fashion Design is required.
Required mastery of technical design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Familiarity with advanced design technology (e.g., Ned Graphics, PLM systems) is a plus and demonstrates an ability to learn.
Strong design and conceptual skills with a thorough knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, color ways, sewing techniques, graphics, and trim.
The ability to think three-dimensionally and visualize the final garment from a swatch or sketch to the body.
Excellent ability to identify, combine, and approve colors effectively within the collection.
Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills to clearly convey design directives and influence others.

Position Summary:
As the Designer for Southern Proper, you will be responsible for the complete creative process, from initial concept to final product execution. Reporting to the Design Director, you will be a key player in shaping the brand's identity, developing original designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring collections to life.
Southern Proper leans into a Classic Traditional aesthetic—think heritage prep and polished casual rather than high-performance athletic wear. You will drive the design of our menswear collections, overseeing everything from trend research and color palette selection to providing fit comments and approving final samples. This role requires a highly creative designer who understands the nuance of licensed brands and can produce innovative, cohesive collections that align with our "classic" brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Lead the design process from start to finish, including trend research, color palette selection, and mood board creation. You'll be responsible for generating Illustrator sketches and CAD designs that reflect a traditional, "lifestyle" aesthetic.
- Product Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to provide clear creative direction for fabric and print development. Ensure all products align with business goals, meet SKU requirements, and tell a strong merchandising story rooted in classic Americana.
- Collaboration & Presentation: Present new trends and collections to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the merchandising team to define seasonal timelines and ensure creative and business goals are in sync.
- Product Execution: Oversee the approval of sales samples and provide fit comments to ensure each garment is production-ready. You will be responsible for staying on track with the time and action calendar to meet all deadlines.
- Mentorship: Help guide and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Woven garment design is required (over knit-heavy backgrounds).
- Brand Background: Experience working with licensed brands is highly preferred
- Menswear: Proven track record in Menswear is a must.
- Software Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a requirement.
- Industry Knowledge: A background with heritage or classic traditional brands is strongly preferred. While we are in the golf space, this role focuses on the "less golfy," lifestyle side of the brand.
- Garment Construction: A solid understanding of garment construction, specifically regarding wovens, is essential.
