The role…

We are looking for an experienced full time Coordinator to join our Soho Support Team. This position would suit someone with experience in room reservations, who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Main Duties

• To effectively handle all incoming calls and email enquiries for room reservations for Soho House properties in the Americas, converting enquiries to bookings and in line with mystery shop guidelines.
• Accurate data entry, ensuring that all guest records are correctly inputted at all times, without exception.
• To be commercially aware and able to offer recommendations on services. Keeping up to date with all promotions and special offers across the business.
• To ensure that Soho House reputation is second to none within the industry in terms of customer experience by continually exceeding guest expectation and providing service excellence.
• To undergo any training needed to achieve the above responsibilities
• To work to agreed KPIs and adhere to company policies and procedures, whilst delivery service excellence in line with the Soho House ethos.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role or similar - telephone based customer service experience essential.
• Previous experience with Opera essential
• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
• Previous experience of working with high profile/VIP guests
• Experience of working in a 5 star/luxury hotel
• Problem solving skills and previous experience of managing complaints efficiently
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.
• Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or Security Experience .
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Florida D or G License, including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

At Soho House, the Front Office Assistant Manager supports the Front Office Manager and ensures optimal experience is had by all members, guests and staff that interact with the front office, member services and reception desk. As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising front desk agents, mitigating guest and member risk by introducing solutions and processing payments.

A successful Front Office Assistant Manager will manage staff schedule, inventory and bookkeeping. In conjunction with the Front Office Manager the FOAM ensures seamless, positive and efficient experience for all members and guests. Organized, engaging, professional that can quickly make decisions in a high-volume and demanding environment!

Main Duties

• Partner with Front Office Manager to develop, create and refine efficiency in the member and guest check in process and welcome experience
• Contribute to yearly departmental goals, related to payroll, expenses, staffing levels and guest service
• Responsible for monitoring and supporting daily operations, greet hotel guests and members upon arrival
• Supervise, direct, coordinate, influence and persuade staff in order to maintain service standards set forth by Soho House & Co.
• Participate in identifying talent gaps, interviewing and hiring staff as well as host staff meetings and training opportunities to develop and grow staff skills as well as provide counseling and discipline when applicable
• Ensure all new hires are provided a proper New Hire Training process with all new employees
• Communicate daily events, guest lists, VIP’s, room (hotel) occupancy and sales budget
• Maintain quick correspondence in courteous, professional and rapid manner in order to resolve all guest and staff inquiries
• Collaborate with controller and Purchasing Manager to ensure all perishable and nonperishable items are ordered available to distribution and inventory is maintained 
• Deliver the highest standards of customer service and process, track and report all guests’ disputes and claims

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working and 1+ year of FO Supervisory experience
• Detail oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills, Excel, MS Word, MRM, Salesforce and Opera preferred
• Customer services oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual language skills a plus
• Hospitality Degree preferred

A successful Greeter will be dependable, proactive, punctual, and always remains professional and approachable.  You will have a strong attention to detail, follow through, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focused and achieving deliverable goals.

• Greets and directs all members/guests with open arms and in a hospitable manner
• Build relationships with members/guests and communicate any red flags and positive feedback for management to assess
• Ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set and a manager is notified

• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; preventing trespassers
• Ensure events and House experiences maintain the Soho House experience but are also safe, secure, and meet local standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
• Controls traffic flow by directing foot traffic
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
