What you’ll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Florida, obtained before your One Medical start date

The Opportunity
As a Part-Time One Medical Phlebotomist/Front Desk (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. You have a strong grasp of verbal and written communication. You bring self-awareness to your daily work to utilize your strengths and develop your areas of opportunity. What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
- Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
- Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization
- Master our technology suite including, but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, in order to interact with team members and complete daily work

What you’ll need:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
- A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
- A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks
Competitive salary: starts at $19 per hour based on a part time schedule
This is a part-time role, working 24+ hours per week, working at 8 hour shift. Needs to be available Monday - Saturday, between the hours of 7AM - 7PM. This position is based in-person with our team and patients at our office in Pembroke Pines, FL

The Opportunity
As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Front Desk (internally known as a Patient Care Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.

What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs

As a Provider Partnerships Manager, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission to enhance health outcomes for as many patients as possible. Your primary goal will be to grow patient referrals to Nourish by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of building relationships with Nourish’s provider partners. While creativity is strongly encouraged in tailoring your engagement strategies, core responsibilities include:
- Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
- Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.

How This Role Makes a Difference
This role entails collaboration with multiple teams, including but not limited to Fleet, People & Human Resource, Integrated and Decentralized Clinical teams, etc.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Field Operations & Events Support: Provide crucial support to our decentralized operations, events, and Clinical Studies through effective field operations and event coordination.
- Supply Management: Handle, transport, and manage various supplies, including operational, clinical, and fleet-based items, both at internal facilities and decentralized events.
- Inventory Handling: Load, unload, and manage inventory, including oversized, bulky, and heavy items, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Demonstrate mechanical or technical aptitude to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues, proactively resolving technical problems in a timely and creative manner.
- Reporting and Asset Management: Compile and generate reports to effectively manage and account for various business assets, such as financials, equipment, inventory, and staff.
- Vehicle Organization and Optimization: Take the initiative to organize vehicle interiors in a practical and consistent manner, enhancing usability and functionality.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Excel, web-based applications, and inventory management tools proficiently to support operational activities.
- Flexible Work Availability: Be available to work extended time periods on the road, including weekends and holidays, and stay in hotels as necessary for operational demands.
The Expertise Required
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current driver’s license with clean driving record required.
- Ability to drive trucks over long distances for several days.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
- Experience working in Healthcare or Operations required.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), preferred.
- Technical knowledge base including an operational understanding of equipment, tools, and basic assembly.
- Mechanically or technically inclined to troubleshoot basic issues with vehicles with initiative to solve technical problems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Professional Truck driving experience without violations, preferred.
- Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience, preferred.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
How We Work Together
- Travel: This role requires up to 100% travel requirements. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs & company initiatives.
- Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
The expected salary range for this role is $24.00 - $38.00 USD per hour for full time team members.
