Security Project Manager

The Job  

The Security Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of the security systems platform with a strong emphasis on projects under construction. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of security industry standards and experience coordinating these practices with contractors, architects, and other project managers in the design phase. This role also ensures that state-of-the-art technologies are integrated into the security profile of on-going construction projects, which include corporate, data center, and high-security facilities.  

Responsibilities 

• Review architectural drawings to ensure interior floor plans and vehicular traffic flows align with established security standards.  
• Review camera, access control system (ACS), and intrusion detection drawings in a quality control capacity.  
• Collaborate with Core Scientific’s Site Development group and the larger design team when introducing design recommendations.  
• Update the security Basis of Design as necessary 
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and company security policies. 
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction security regulations.  
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet specific industry standards (e.g., NIST, ANSI, ISO 27001, SOC 2). 
• Partner with Core Scientific’s Electronic Security System (ESS) Infrastructure Designer, external security consultants, architects, and general contractors to seamlessly integrate security design standards into all project phases.  
• Participate in RFI and Submittal processes. 
• Conduct audits of system installations and participate in the commissioning of end-state security platforms. 
• Collaborate with vendors involved in security infrastructure installations encompassing visitor management, key control, and radio communication systems.  
• Oversee the installation of temporary and permanent security measures at construction sites. 
• Provide recommendations for security infrastructure improvements and budget planning. 
• Present detailed security reports and project updates to management and key stakeholders. 
• Maintain, review, and update ACS, visitor management and key control policies as needed. 
• Foster open, respectful, and professional communication within the immediate team, with cross-functional colleagues, and with leadership across the organization. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• A bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred. 
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in security systems design and/or installation, physical security, or construction security management.  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, security technology, and infrastructure protection principles. 
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, etc. 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel 
• Familiarity with electronic security system design (video surveillance, access control, alarms, perimeter detection systems). 
• Detail-oriented with a proactive security mindset. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other security design software is a plus. 
• One or more of the following certifications are highly desirable: 
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) – ASIS International 
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) – ASIS International

Work Environment 

This job is operated in a professional office, warehouse, and data center environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment, including laptop computers, photocopiers, smartphones, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts. Personal protective equipment is required at industrial and construction sites. 

Physical Demands  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do

• Create an educational vision and strategy for Hillel, including innovative Jewish learning opportunities for formal, informal, and experiential Jewish education for students from diverse backgrounds and interests that represent a multiplicity of Jewish perspectives. 
• Ensure a pluralistic and welcoming atmosphere by strengthening the multiple worship and learning options offered by Hillel.
• Work with the Executive Director to craft an educational vision and strategy for Hillel, creating innovative opportunities for formal, informal, and experiential Jewish learning for students with diverse backgrounds and interests that include a multiplicity of Jewish perspectives.
• Advise and mentor student interns and volunteers, empowering them to create regular warm, welcoming, and inspiring ritual and Jewish experiences for their peers.
• Lead, coordinate, implement, and evaluate all aspects of major Jewish holiday programming and observances on campus, including Shabbat, High Holidays, and Passover.
• Identify the needs of Jewish communities on campus that are underserved, and develop strategies for meeting these needs with proven community organizing, outreach, and relationship-building methods.
• Develop and support vibrant Jewish experiences, one-on-one or small group learning, and educational programs, including immersive trips, as students find relevant.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with the University community, including Student Affairs, Admissions, and the University Interfaith Chaplains Association.
• Contribute to the Jewish community of Miami by representing UM Hillel in Jewish and rabbinic spaces throughout the community, including local synagogues and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Rabbinic Council. 

What You’ve Accomplished

• Rabbinic ordination from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in Hillel, youth movements, camping, or experiential Jewish education is helpful.
• Proven success in community building and previous experience in program visioning and implementation.
• Training and experience in counseling, supervision, and development/fundraising is desirable.

The Role…

We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented Member Services Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. This is a fully remote role requiring residency in the Miami Beach area, supporting multiple high-profile Houses across New York and Los Angeles, with opportunities to expand scope as the business grows.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for a team of Member Service Coordinators, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service standards, fostering team performance, and driving key customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities…

• Act as the central point of contact and guidance for a growing guest services team
• Oversee daily team workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses across all customer touchpoints
• Responsible for driving performance to achieve and exceed key targets, including a 95% answer rate and 4+ CSAT score
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to elevate individual and team performance
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, including delivering training, monitoring performance, and ensuring a smooth integration into the team
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Champion and uphold the department’s quality assurance framework, ensuring consistent adherence across the team
• Serve as deputy leader and liaison for department Director in the absence of the team Manager.

• Strong and stable at-home WiFi required for this role
• Candidates must be based in the Miami area and available to travel to host onboarding and occasional team days at our Miami Houses.
• While a dedicated home office is not required, you must have access to a quiet, private workspace free from distractions during working hours.
• This role requires working 40 hours per week across a 7-day operation, with varied shifts scheduled as 9:00 am–6:00 pm, 11:00 am–8:00 pm, or 2:00 pm–11:00 pm.
• A strong and reliable internet connection is essential to perform effectively in this role.
