Monks is seeking a Visual Quality Analyst (QA) to join our global quality team supporting one of the biggest clients in the world. You’ll play a key role in ensuring visual excellence across large-scale digital campaigns and assets produced by cross-functional creative and production teams.
This role requires an expert eye for design, deep knowledge of testing tools, and the ability to manage complex QA processes for high-volume, high-visibility creative output.
Role
As a Visual QA, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing testing strategies to ensure the highest level of quality across digital assets — including banners, images, and video content. You’ll collaborate closely with design, production, and engineering teams to identify visual inconsistencies, usability issues, and brand deviations before final delivery.
You’ll take ownership of your projects end-to-end: from planning and testing to bug management and post-delivery verification.

THE ROLE
You'll be the visual storyteller behind design work that makes Dove unmistakable in crowded feeds. Working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, you'll translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and Dove's brand purpose into visuals that feel authentic, inclusive, and distinctive across every format and platform.
We're looking for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design craft, someone who can develop a big idea and then execute it beautifully across social, digital, and, where needed, OOH and POS touchpoints. You'll guide and mentor a team of designers and content creators, pushing the standard of social-first design while integrating Gen AI tools thoughtfully into the creative process.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Renderist to join our design team. This role is critical in bringing our outdoor living projects to life—creating hyper-realistic, emotionally engaging renderings for turf installations, patios, pergolas, and complete landscape transformations.
You’ll collaborate with landscape designers, project managers, and marketing to deliver compelling visual assets that support design development, client presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality 3D landscape renderings and animations using SketchUp, Lumion or D5, and Photoshop
Interpret design plans and sketches to develop photorealistic visuals
Collaborate with designers and project managers to refine concepts and align with client expectations
Create visuals for presentations, client approvals, and marketing use
Ensure consistency, detail, and realism in all rendered environments
Manage feedback loops efficiently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization with a strong landscape-focused portfolio
Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion or D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop
Solid understanding of landscaping elements, including materials, grading, hardscape layouts, lighting, and plant design
Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail, design, and composition
Strong communication skills; able to interpret complex briefs and provide timely updates
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely across international time zones
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Experience with Unreal Engine or VR environments
Familiarity with AI-enhanced rendering tools (Photoshop Beta, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
Animation or short video rendering experience
AutoCAD experience or similar drafting software
