You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. In this role, you’ll support the team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance and Customer Experience. to assist in reporting, process improvement, and the development of data-driven insights. The Consumer Performance Marketing team owns the execution of paid acquisition across a full upper-funnel ecosystem, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and YouTube. We operate at scale across the U.S. and Canada, managing complex builds, pacing routines, live optimizations, QA workflows, and experiment cycles that directly impact consumer growth.
We work closely with U.S.-based Channel Managers, Creative, Analytics, and Martech, functioning as one integrated performance engine. This requires strong operational discipline, fast signal interpretation, and a mindset focused on translating platform behavior into clear, actionable steps.
While the team is execution-heavy, we also influence strategy by shaping testing agendas, surfacing insights, and partnering with platform reps on betas and new product rollouts. It’s a high-ownership environment for operators who thrive in fast, data-driven systems.
This role is focused on implementing paid marketing campaigns targeted at creating awareness, reach and consideration for new or existing DoorDash consumers across our priority markets. You will build, QA, pace, optimize, and iterate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap, managing multi-million-dollar budgets with precision.
You’ll partner with U.S. and Canada based teams and platform reps to run experiments, test new bidding approaches, evaluate audience structures, and support creative testing. Role Summary

• Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, building charts and graphs, etc.
• An understanding of Python and/or SQL (especially BigQuery/GCP) is helpful but not required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a niceto-have.
• A background in statistical modeling (e.g., linear regression) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of media ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager or Meta CAPI would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP) and quantitative business measures.

About the role:
The 3PP Specialist (Mexico) is the dedicated guardian and owner of Nu's critical Third-Party Provider (3PP) process within our regulated banking operations in Mexico. This role ensures that all steps and governance are observed, the cadence is maintained, and that governance frameworks are consistently applied. The specialist coordinates the various internal stakeholders involved in the CNBV prior authorization process, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations. This role supports and enables the Contract Owners (who are accountable for individual 3PP files and their authorization) by providing process expertise, consistency checks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, without directly owning content creation or leading direct vendor interactions.

Our Nu Way of Working:
The Nu Way of Working is our hybrid work model that was created so people could collaborate more in person and still keep the flexibility of remote work. Starting in July 2026 we will attend the office 2 days a week and by January 2027 3 days a week. In this case in our Mexico City Office.
*Interviewing and onboarding are currently done virtually. From July 2022 forward, teams will have a suggested cadence of visiting the office in which employees go to their Business Unit's (BU) base location. Employees will have an employment contract based on the cities where Nu’s offices are located, considering their country of hire. More details can be shared during your hiring process.
