What you’ll do

As an analyst on the Payments Health Operations team you will be charged with monitoring and maintaining payments performance for Stripe’s largest users. This will include triaging, investigating, and responding to detected regressions in authentication and cost rates, providing in depth analysis of performance degradations, answering queries from our product support and technical account management team, and  engagement with users and other teams at Stripe to help ensure our users are maximizing their acceptance rates, and minimizing their costs and fraud.

You will work at the core of Stripe's platform, ensuring the reliability of our payments stack and the health of the broader ecosystem. Technical Operations roles in Payments are a dynamic and key component of Stripe's success. Focused on financial partner integrations and funds flow expansion, we sit at the intersection of product/platform engineers and financial partners, connecting them to ensure that everyone thrives and nothing is lost in translation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor authorization rates and performance for large users, responding to alerts of degradation, triaging and investigating the cause, and communicating your findings to the account team, banking partners, and card networks. 
• Analyze cost checkers to ensure our cost models accuracy.
• Respond to performance inquiries from technical account managers, product support teams, and other internal stripe teams. 
• Interface with Stripe’s financial partners across the world to communicate operational breakages and help drive resolutions.  
• Provide fast, accurate responses to complex support inquiries from partners. 
• Partner with internal and external teams to validate the accuracy of Stripe’s financial data. 
• Introduce data and process efficiencies to meet the scale and speed of Stripe.
• Identify and automate inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads.

About the team

The Corporate Technology (CorpTech) Services team is a strategic support partner to all Stripes, in office and remote.  We ensure the successful operation of new hires, account off-boards and critical business systems with a global team. 

We’re looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to join the MXC CorpTech Services team to provide in-person, thoughtful and individualized support for all Stripes. Stripe is looking for individuals who can work in a fast paced environment and work autonomously to deliver team oriented results.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.  In-person support is required as well as setting up desks and managing/auditing peripherals.  

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person, email, Slack or ticketing system.

Scale's Robotics business unit is dedicated to solving the data bottleneck in Physical AI across Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, and Computer Vision. As Scale's product portfolio and customer base expand, we are seeking skilled Site Reliability Engineers to manage and maintain our physical infrastructure, including robot stations, servers, computers, and network installations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our on-site technical facilities operate smoothly while coordinating resource usage and providing hands-on support to remote engineering teams.

These engineers will gain a deep understanding of our physical infrastructure and technical facilities, enabling them to effectively install, configure, and maintain critical systems when needed. A critical aspect of this role will be coordinating access to shared technical resources and serving as the on-site point of contact for remote engineers who need physical changes performed, transforming currently manual coordination processes into a more streamlined and efficient workflow.

Scale’s Robotics business is rapidly expanding, supporting customers building physical AI. This position will be a key contributor in working to build out Scale’s data factory in Mexico and in supporting robotics data collection. We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.

The Cloud Security team’s mission is to improve Lyft’s maturity and protect our employees, partners, and intellectual property by architecting and executing on a comprehensive  security model relative to our cloud infrastructure. 

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Cloud Security team! As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help us define milestones and deliver on high impact objectives. This role will perform security reviews, implement detections, remediate findings, implement and enforce least privilege, separation of development environments, secure design, operation, and configuration of our multi-cloud and container environments.

• Establish and execute a roadmap for secure cloud architecture

• Experience with modern programing languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and distributed systems
• Experience  with one or more major cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud(GCP), Oracle Cloud, etc
• Experience with cloud service architecture, cloud security concepts, and best practices
• Experience with Kubernetes and container security
• Familiarity with securing and hardening Linux hosts
• Able to write clear, scalable and clear design documentation

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build services that improve the security of our systems with an eye towards scalability and avoiding unnecessary friction

The Role

As a Sr. Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. This role is not focused on individual credit analysis or financial operations. Instead, you'll think at the portfolio level — identifying trends, stress-testing frameworks, and ensuring our credit risk strategies are robust, scalable, and data-driven. Our Creative team is looking for Creative Technology Senior Associate to join a team of multidisciplinary developers, executing best-in-class omni-channel projects leveraging industry leading Advertising Technologies, Ad Servers and Ad builder/DCO [dynamic content optimization] tools.

Working directly with a wide range of tech partners, inter-company and external integrated teams, the Creative Technology Senior Associate will support all dynamic creative and asset automation project buildouts, delivery and integration into ad servers. You should be comfortable working directly with multi-disciplinary team leads across the PMG both in your primary office location and supported global markets. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Support ad technology, tech integration tests, dynamic [DCO], and omni-channel campaign production efforts across multiple brand teams, geographical locations and products (including new business and new agency tech initiatives)
• Contribute to large scale programmatic, social and video campaigns across multiple formats and channels employing underlying code bases such as HTML/JS/CSS, and industry leading ad technology.  
• Support in the auditing and defining criteria for all functional and non-functional deliverable requirements including dynamic ad serving, data pass work streams, API/product feed integrations, asset tracking and tagging, performance outputs, creative authoring tools, scalability and quality assurance
• Facilitate and cultivate relationships with our preferred platform partners, to establish development best practices and requirements, ensure continued innovation through product advancements/ways of working, and continuity of service through reporting and troubleshooting.
• Encourage innovation, adoption of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, out-of-the-box thinking, cross-team collaboration, self-organization, and diversity
• Support PMG on devising strategic roadmaps and onboarding materials for the continued advancements in product development and campaign delivery, QA automation tools and process adoption through our international developer hubs, with POVs on Build, Buy, Borrow. 
• Become a super-user on new tools developed by PMG Product Teams.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years working at a Creative, AdTech and or Digital Agency 

• Knowledge of digital creative best practices and deliverables
• Ability to write scalable and modular code to employ multi-variant testing and dynamic creative industry standards. 
• Digital Creative Development (front-end) or relevant ad technology background with 6+ years experience 
• Demonstrated ability to balance campaign objectives and time-to-market requirements without compromising product quality
• Strong understanding of IAB Standards and Digital Ad Formats & specifications
• Training and Certifications on PMG required DCO ad serving platforms - primary Google GMP and similar knowledge of Clinch, Celtra, Google GMP (DCM, GWD, DCS), Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, Bannerflow, Google Web Designer
• Working knowledge of Project Management & DevOps tools like Airtable, JIRA, Smartsheets, Asana, Github
• Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative with the ability to build processes from the ground up and collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented with the ability support development team through troubleshooting and Quality assurance
