About the role
We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Designer with a 360° skill set to join our dynamic team at Sporty Group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging content across video, motion, and static formats, supporting our products and marketing channels. We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio, a passion for sports (especially football), and a sharp understanding of internet culture and modern football design trends.
What you'll be doing
Core Focus - Video Editing & Content Production
Edit high-performance video content for:
Paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Organic social (short-form, reels, stories)
Product and in-app content
Work with raw footage, templates, and motion assets to deliver scalable content quickly
Adapt global campaign assets into localized video formats for Mexico
Production Motion & Dynamic Content
Supporting Design and Others

THE ROLE
You'll be the visual storyteller behind design work that makes Dove unmistakable in crowded feeds. Working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, you'll translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and Dove's brand purpose into visuals that feel authentic, inclusive, and distinctive across every format and platform.
We're looking for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design craft, someone who can develop a big idea and then execute it beautifully across social, digital, and, where needed, OOH and POS touchpoints. You'll guide and mentor a team of designers and content creators, pushing the standard of social-first design while integrating Gen AI tools thoughtfully into the creative process.
Success means design work that captures attention, strengthens Dove's brand equity, and delivers measurable results. Work that people recognise as unmistakably Dove before they even see the logo.
